CHAPTER 61: | THE MINIATURE WORLD OF THE FIRST SEGMENT | 17
---
The wind rippled violently as my fist intercepted its claws, sending it flying to the back of his head, as I then took a stance, as mana invigorated in my palm.
Then in an instant, my palm touched its stomach as I muttered.
"Bull Gang."
White light flashed, turning the world to grey.
As the energy on my palm twisted its skin unnaturally, then its stomach contorted before the mana exploded, sending it flying hundreds of meters in a split second.
I cracked my neck, a sight of boredom escaped from my lips.
As I yawned, muttering with annoyance.
"What a troublesome woman."
Solia saw all of this happen, and my image as a divine one was now deeply rootes in her mind.
Then she smiled as she raised both of her hands, and the sky turned golden as divine moths of flame descended to the ground.
The golden eye that observed the duel earlier disintegrated into mana particles.
Solia grinned, then shouted with reverence.
"Warrior of the benevolent goddess Skaira, rise and defend me, the priestess of the order!"
All of the titans looked at each other, then at the oncoming werewolves and tigers.
They let out a shout, then grabbed their weapons.
They surrounded Solia like a divine wall, their weapons intercepting any beast that dared to target their priestess.
Then they shouted.
[The priestess has ordered us! Let us titans protect the mother messenger, for she is our prospective shaman and priestess, for she is the chosen one!]
The titans' bodies turned red as their strength increased more than threefold.
Half of the titans clapped their hands, then gripped their weapons as they charged at the demonic beasts.
The other half held their ground and defended Solia, who was now casting her blessings.
Divine light shimmered from above as the injured titans recovered instantly, as their strength increased by a significant amount, as they've destroyed everything in their way.
Blood rained from the sky, as the blood of demonic beasts that exploded upon contact with a titan's blunt weapons.
Flesh and bones flew everywhere, splattering onto the ground.
I sighed as I gazed at the scenery before me, filled with death and blood.
I recognized the bloodwolf, I'd heard of it from the first batch of silver wolves I'd encountered.
It was pretty unimpressive, unlike the infamy the werewolf muttered about, so I shouted, trying to provoke it.
"Is that all you've got, Bloodwolf?!"
The bloodwolf, now in its humanoid form, stood before me, its body covered in it's dazzling, blood-red fur.
As it gazed at me arrogantly.
Its golden eyes were laced with arrogance as it pointed its middle finger at me, then gathered mana at the tip.
Then it arrogantly thrusted its middle finger forward as a bullet of wind hurled towards me.
Just from its expression, I could tell that my provocation didn't work, so I only stood, watching the intent that forged the wind bullet.
I chuckled.
"This guy was trying to provoke me..."
So I smiled as the wind bullet struck my shoulder.
I gazed at the bloodwolf with ridicule, sneering.
"Was that all you could muster?"
It gazed at me, now irritated, its golden eyes turned bloodshot as killing intent gushed from its body.
But it remained silent as it walked towards me, then ran in the next second, before leaping into the air.
Then it stepped into the air and skywalked, as its form turned into a blur as it danced through the sky, then onto the ground, then into the rubble of the destroyed stone pillars.
It became a streak of red light due to its immense speed.
But it didn't strike me, for it wasn't an impatient predator but an apex predator that could wait for months just to let its opponent's drop their guard.
It picked up its pace, turning into red lightning.
Its intent was too fast for my eyes to read, so I sighed, then opened the eyes all around my body as I read its intent, about to eviscerate me.
The bloodwolf's claws slashed through the sky, then into the ground, and into me.

My response was a single thrust of my index finger.
Then bright red lines, drawn from the blood of the fallen demonic beasts, were etched on the horizon and into my flesh like art on an expansive canvas as it muttered into my ear with coldness.
"Lupine Evisceration Dance."
The red lines etched everywhere turned crimson, sucking the surrounding air into the lines carved in the horizon before exploding into a series of blood as my flesh ruptured, lacerated by countless grievous wounds.
But I only shook my head as my wounds began to stitch themselves in a frenzy, as as my healing factors worked their wonders.
My red lips curved into a smile.
I then gazed at my blood-stricken finger with fondness, licking it like a delicacy as I then muttered coldly.
"Bull Gang."
Blood exploded from behind me.
The bloodwolf's chest exploded.
What I did earlier wasn't just me simply thrusting my finger into the air, since I focused my mana into the tip of my finger, then used [Bull Gang], tapping its chest lightly with my index finger to unleash the mana or internal energy into a single point on my opponent's chest as a method of attack.
I let out a sigh as I couldn't help but be disappointed that the Bloodwolf would only amount to this.
But before I could react, my instinct screamed as a claw appeared inches away from from the back of my neck.
Solia's voice echoed loudly as she shouted.
"Behind your back!"
Splash...
Blood exploded as I moved in milliseconds with the help of [Void Step], allowing me duck in a millisecond and unleash an explosive kick that struck its chin, sending it flying into the air, unconscious.
I shook my head, then gazed at its body crashing into the ground without turning my face.
I sighed as I muttered with disdain.
"Truly, what a foolish wolf to think that it would jump straight at me, not knowing that I am omniscient within a mile."
The bloodwolf snapped back into reality as it awoke and heard my voice.
It shouted in rage.
"How! How could a mere monkey predict me, Xillan?!"
Xillan's anger was palpable as he ripped his fur apart, stress visible on his face as he clawed everywhere with rage and disbelief.
How could he, the great Bloodwolf Xillan, lose to a mere primitive monkey?
How could he lose to a mere monkey!
Xillan's eyes grew bloodshot as his form began to dramatically transform.
His killing intent thickened, but before he could truly transform, I muttered coldly.
"Gaze of the Fallen."
Eyes as small as a centimeter began to protrude from my back.
All of them gazed at Xillan form, as all of them unleashed an unrelenting pressure that destroyed his mana pathways and insides as a casualty, causing him to vomits buckets of blood.
But Xillan turned more erratically as he walked towards me, limping, then ran towards me.
He then crouched low and leaped with an explosive power, as he reappeared tens of meters away from me.
His feet were now in a sweeping motion, inches away from my neck, was ready to execute me as he shouted with insanity.
"Predator's Guillotine!!!"
Then Xillan vanished, then reappeared behind my back.
What he unleashed earlier was a feint, as his real attack was to unleash a spinning kick on the back of my neck.
But before his feet could contact my neck, the skin all around my neck cracked open as tentacles controlled them.
The two met, and wind exploded, but my skin, or my armor controlled by my tentacles, blocked Xillan's [Predator's Guillotine] with ease.
Shock was evident on Xillan's face as he smiled foolishly, confused.
"..."
How?
How could a mere skin block my [Predator's Guillotine] was all he could think of.
Before he could react, I had already vanished from his sight and reappeared behind his back.
I imitated his very technique, then sent him crashing into the ground with a single kick into the back of his neck, as a concussive blast erupted.
The ground exploded, then caved in.
As Xillan went unconscious, I spat on his head, then sneered at him with disdain, as I had expected him to be a bit more powerful than just that.
"Is that all you've got?"
Xillan gazed at the sky as the words of his opponent [Is that all you've got?] repeated in his mind.
He gritted his teeth until his gums began to bleed as he shouted.
"OF COURSE NOT!!!"
He howled as veins popped up from his neck.
The reddish aura already covering his body thickened to the point that it was visible to the naked eye as his threat level increased by more than five times.
His claws struck the ground as he got up, then he began to jump from the ground as his eyes, filled with insanity earlier, were now crystal clear as he muttered.
"Let me show you the difference between us."
Xillan inhaled as he took a step and his body turned into a blur as he then vanished into a streak of lightning, then into a mirage as he circled around me.
He then leaped towards me before he unleashed a series of barrages.
As I lifted both of my hands, then closed my eyes, I began to read his intent and blocked his every attack with my own hands as they were scratched, bled, and torn apart.
In a moment we exchanged a series of blows that more than a thousands times, with me defending all of them, but then one slipped through...
Thud...
"..."
My right hand was severed then it landed on the ground.
Xillan, not wasting the opportunity, backed away as he then closed his eyes, as calmness was visible on his face.
Then the blood all around us gathered above his head, as it formed into a blood moon, floating like a constellation.
He then opened his eyes as his blood-red eyes gazed at me.
"..."
A deafening silence erupted as Xillan merely gazed at me, then took a single step as his form turned into a streak of crimson light as he reappeared behind my back, gazing at his bloodied hand as he muttered coldly.
"Blood Moon Finality."
Then I saw it, his afterimages attacking every part of my body as holes began to puncture me.
But I only smiled as a blood moon appeared on my back, then my form turned into a streak of violet light before appearing in front of him as I smiled.
"..."
...Xillan was shocked as he sweated profusely.
He shouted inside his mind with confusion.
'This can't be! How! How could a mere human copy my ultimate move that I've honed for decades in a mere glance!! This is impossible!!'
Xillan was in despair.
All of his hard work was nothing but a mere scrap in front of this being.
He only laughed with insanity visible in his bloodshot eyes as he saw it, the mirages of his opponent striking his form.
"Blood Moon Finality."
He heard a cold voice as he laughed in futility.
"Hahah..."
Xillan's body then twisted from the impact as his bones snapped into pieces as I combined [Blood Moon Finality] with [Bull Gang] to better enhance its destructive power.
Waving my hand as the blood that covered my hand disappeared, I then muttered coldly.
"Boom."
Just like that, Xillan's head exploded, and his story as the symbol of hope for the werewolves was gone in that mere instant.
Then I grabbed his form, as I tore his flesh apart with brutality as I devoured him in honor for his skills.
The werewolves all around us noticed the death of their worshipped god, began to flee like lost puppies as the tigers pressed their assault on Solia, who was protected by the titans as she shouted.
"Victory is ours!"
The titans shouted in unison as their weapons killed any fleeing werewolves or the assaulting weretigers with their every strike.
[We are the mother warriors! The honor is ours to take, for the divine one has descended!]
The titans, now filled with fervor and morale, increased their attacks with intensity as Solia cheered them and gave her blessing and healing as a priestess.
I smiled at their teamwork as I gazed at the last pillar protruding from the ground as a humanoid figure posed in a bizarre pose.
As it shouted.
"Impressive to think that you could kill my sworn brother, Xillan!!!"
Then it pointed its finger at me with arrogance as excitement was visible on its face as it shouted.
"Then let me, Drao, show you pain worse than death for killing my brother from a different mother!!!"
Drao pointed his middle finger at me, then swiped it as a wind blade flew towards me threateningly.
But I only chuckled as I muttered.
"Mantis State."
My perception increased dramatically as time seemed to pause, and I read the intent of the wind blade as I thrust my index finger at its weakest point, then smiled as the wind blade disappeared.
Drao nodded as he pointed his middle finger at me, then shouted with arrogance visible on his face.
"Let I Drao Finish You!!!"
Maybe give it a try? ??
