The first time we danced all eyes were on us, this time I can have a lot more fun. Besides, this way if Krenocia does say something, I won’t be in as much trouble. Not that that is the reason for my hands to wander, I would do that even if nothing had happened with Krenocia.

  Thanks to my high endurance, I don’t have any problems dancing until the wedding officially ends. At that point, my wives and I line up and say farewell to everyone as they leave. Unfortunately, by the time everyone is gone the servants have cleaned up what was left of the food.

  Lin says “Why the long face?”

  “I didn’t get to try most of the food.”

  Mercy says “Why not? It was there the whole time.”

  “Every time I tried to eat, people would start talking to me.”

  Myria says “Is that why you spent the whole time dancing? To avoid socializing?!”

  Brightfire says “That sounds exactly like something Ash would do.”

  “Um, yeah. Pretty much.”

  Lin says “Anyway, the wedding is over. That means we have a week, if nothing comes up. Let’s not waste any time!”

  “Right!”

  I quickly open a gate to the island and wait for the girls to go through before following. As soon as I am through, I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off of my shoulders. The girls are looking around, obviously curious, so I give them a quick tour of the lodge.

  It is already dark out, so the views and playing on the beach will have to wait. After a long, stressful day that is not what I want to do anyway and the girls seem to have the same idea. So we all head up to the main bedroom and celebrate our marriage properly.

  Unfortunately, it is hours before dawn when I wake up and there is no escape this time. Besides, even if I managed to escape without the girls noticing, there isn’t anything for me to do. What’s worse is this is probably going to be a common thing during the week we are here.

  Luckily, I had an idea that this might happen and planned ahead, there is a lot of manga in my pouch. The problem is that with all the excitement last night I don’t know where my pouch ended up. It is probably on the floor somewhere, so that is where I start scanning with my mana.

  I do manage to find it, on the floor amidst the scattered remnants of shredded dresses. I quickly grab it with my mana and bring it closer, but opening the pouch turns out to be a challenge. Luckily, the pouch still reacts to my thoughts when projected through my mana.

  The manga I want pops out of the pouch and I grab it with my mana and float it to me. Holding the manga in place above me is easy enough, but turning the pages turns out to be tricky. However, it turns out to be a good way to practice my mana manipulation.

  I get lost in my reading until the light starts to change outside the windows. The sun is starting to rise and I briefly consider waking up the girls to see it, but I quickly think better of it. They were pretty exhausted last night, waking them up at dawn would not be a wise move on my part.

  I just go back to my reading until a few hours later when I feel one of the girls start to wake up. I quickly put my manga away and pretend to be asleep, but it doesn’t work too well. I feel whoever it is climb over one of the other girls and get on top of me to kiss me.

  When I open my eyes, I find that it is Myria who woke up and is the one kissing me. After a few minutes of kissing, she just curls up on my chest and goes back to sleep. Now I am even more pinned, I can’t even read my manga in my current position.

  Luckily, it is only a few minutes later that the others start to stir, which wakes Myria back up. She immediately goes back to kissing me, which is the first thing the others see when they finally open their eyes. However, that just sparks a series of long goodmorning kisses rather than anything more serious.

  I guess they still haven’t recovered completely from last night, but that’s not a problem. We have breakfast in bed and when we are done eating we head outside to finish the tour. The girls highly approve of the beach and the lagoon, enough that they immediately want to go swimming.

  Lin says “There is no one else on this island right?”

  “Right, it is just us.”

  Lin says “Great! Then we don’t even need swimsuits!”

  The girls don’t need any more encouragement, they immediately remove their clothes and dive into the lagoon. I am certainly not going to complain and quickly follow them into the water. This is my first time in the water since my evolution and the change is instantly apparent.

  I can move through the water several times faster than I could before and breathing feels completely normal. It’s not like I am inhaling water, somehow I am breathing just as if I wasn’t in the water at all. It doesn’t make any sense, but then again magic makes a lot of things not make sense.

  I can even see perfectly, which with the girls swimming above me presents some amazing views. It also gives me a completely unfair advantage when playing ‘shark attack’ with the girls. They basically have no chance of escaping me, not that they really try all that hard.

  However, the side effect is that after playing the game for a while, the girls decide to take a nap on the beach. Normally I would be worried about them getting sunburnt, but my aura heals them. Thanks to that, they completely skip the burn phase and go straight to getting a tan.

  That means that I need to stay close, so I lay down near them and let the sun dry me off. For some reason, just lying there letting the sun hit me feels really good and relaxing. For whatever reason, I don’t even feel bored and after a bit I even manage to doze off.

  The girls waking up and moving around wakes me from my nap, so we have lunch on the beach. After lunch we go for another swim, but this time without the game, we just relax. After our swim, the girls put their clothes on and we go for a nice walk around the island.

  There isn’t much to see, but it is still nice to just walk around and enjoy the fresh air. If this is going to be a resort type setting I should probably find some other things to add to the island. Maybe I could bring over some normal animals so that there is more to see and build some other buildings.
