Mili giggled, her eyes sparkling. "You’re just so serious when you train! It’s o see you rex a bit." She leaned forward, resting her on her hand, looking at him with geerest. "I mean, you turn into a different person o—like this fierce warrior, ready to take on the world. And here you are, trying not to spill your cappuo."
James rolled his eyes pyfully. "Hey, it’s a delicate bance! I ’t have my 'fierce warrior' reputation ruined by a coffee spill. you imagihe headlines? 'Local Judo Star Falls to Foam!'" He waved his hands dramatically, pretending to swoon at the thought of his imaginary sdal.
Mili burst into ughter, her joy iious. "Oh, the horror! The shame! 'James the Brave, brought low by a mere frothy drink!'" She leaned back, feigning a dramatic gasp as if they were discussing a legendary tale edy.
James joined in o, pg a hand over his heart as if wounded. "I would never recover! My career would be over before it even started!" They both ughed, imagining how such a ridiculous i could spiral out of trol, drawing in loews reporters and making headlines.
As they tinued sipping their drinks, the warmth and camaraderie between them seemed to deepen, transf the café into their own little world filled with ughter and light-hearted banter.
James looked down at his cup, swirling the foam with his spoon, watg the swirls and patterns dan the frothy surface.
