The year is 2001. A so-called “country girl” arrives in Happy Town by bus, where she meets a cast of quirky locals and makes new friends. But beneath the town’s cheerful surface, strange dangers emerge from time to time. Thankfully, Rudy and her new friends always find a way to face the trouble—though they don’t always get along or follow the rules.
