Fragments fall from the sky, awakening “vavic” powers and unleashing spirits and superpowered killers. A young half-neko girl survives a spirit attack by bonding with one of the fragments, drawing the attention of a covert HQ that’s trying to contain the outbreak. At the same time, a grief-shattered warrior goes on a violent descent tied to a dangerous artifact, while other fighters struggle to survive as society destabilizes. As HQ realizes the chaos is being steered by organized enemies, the story builds toward an oncoming “Armageddon” event—with key villains still at large and the world tipping into open conflict.
