The Untold Version of Aditya

  Midnight in the US…In a dark room…

A man was tied to a chair in the shadows. He appeared to be around fifty, blindfolded. His expensive clothes hinted at a wealthy background, and his strong build reflected power and discipline.

He looked like an uncrowned king from some fictional mafia world, waiting quietly for his retirement.

Despite the blindfold and tied hands, there wasn’t a single wrinkle of worry on his forehead.

Suddenly, the door creaked open. A man stepped in and said, “So… Mr. Rajput! Apologies for the rough treatment. Please don’t mention this to the boss, or else…”

To that, the man addressed as Mr. Rajput smiled and replied calmly,

“Why? What’s wrong? Are you scared? You and your boss are the same—lose temper and do anything in the heat of the moment.

Just like he had me kidnapped just to talk, you’ve tied me up to keep me here. And now you’re requesting me not to tell him—just like your boss will beg me later.”

“You’re right, uncle! And I’m also hoping that, like always, you’ll forgive me for being a na?ve fool!”

The moment that confident voice echoed from behind, the man flinched in fear and quickly untied Mr. Rajput’s hands and removed the blindfold.

He left the room without another word, practically trembling.

Mr. Rajput stood up and looked at the one standing in front of him—Aditya.

But before we move ahead in the story…

  Who is Mr. Rajput?

He’s the very man Aditya and Anamika came to meet.

He is Aniket’s father—Mr. Shekhar Rajput.

Shekhar stepped closer and said to Aditya, “Still haven’t outgrown your childish games, huh?”

Aditya smiled, shutting the door behind him, “Well, isn’t that what you taught me and Aniket?

Tell me, what should I call you now… ex-underworld mafia don? Or famous billionaire businessman?”

Shekhar let out a deep breath and sank back into his chair, shaking his head with a slight smirk.

“What do I even do with you both! One never listens, and the other never understands.

You two together… what exactly are you trying to achieve, I wonder?

Anyway… seems like you’ve made your way into the underworld too. Been hearing stories about you for the past three years.

And honestly, every time I hear them, I wonder… is it really the same boy who used to smile all the time and play with my son in front of me?

How did that boy become this dangerous man?”

  Aditya's voice lowered, serious now.

“This version of me only exists for those who try to steal my people or my dreams.

The ones close to me… they don’t even know this version exists.

But I didn’t come here to talk about me.”

  Shekhar narrowed his gaze.

  “Of course not.

I’m guessing it’s about the girl who was standing outside my house with you.”

Aditya's expression shifted—caught off guard, slightly irritated.

“So I was right… You came there. You saw us.

But you still didn’t meet me?”

“And you know the reason why,” Shekhar said, turning his face away.

“This month… I didn’t want to see anyone.”

Aditya inhaled deeply, controlling his reaction.

“Uncle, let go of the past.

You and I both know—neither Aniket nor his mother were ever at fault.

So why are you punishing Aniket for no mistakes?”

Shekhar turned to him, voice cold.

“I don’t want to discuss that. Just tell me what the girl wants. I’ll take care of it.”

  Aditya’s face twitched—just for a moment.

  Then he masked it again.

“I can’t just let it go like that.”

  Shekhar’s tone hardened.

“If that’s what you're hung up on, then forget it. I’ll leave—without helping.

  The choice is yours.”

Aditya ran a hand over his forehead, hesitating.

“If that’s the case… then fine.

Just promise me you’ll fulfill her wish.

She’s come here for something important.

Promise me, no matter what, you’ll help her.”

  Shekhar’s tone turned sharp.

“Tell me what it is first.

You know the underworld’s rule: once a promise is made, it must be kept.

Even if it costs your life.”

  Aditya nodded solemnly.

“I know. But there are two problems.

  First… I don’t know what she wants.

You’ll only find out when you meet her.”

  Shekhar’s eyes narrowed.

  “And the second?”

Aditya's voice softened, but the weight in it deepened.

“I won’t be able to bear it… if her heart breaks.

She’s fragile. Even small things trigger panic attacks.

And if she gets hurt… I can’t guarantee what I might do.”

Shekhar leaned back with a sigh.

“Then maybe… it’s better I don’t meet her at all.”

In that moment, Aditya’s expression changed.

  The boyish charm vanished.

  His gaze turned dark, dangerous.

“You can’t do that. She came here to meet you—with hope.

You may be the first real hope she’s ever had.”

Shekhar smirked slightly. “So that’s the game? Heads, you win. Tails, I lose.”

Aditya looked down, then dropped to his knees.

“Please, uncle. For the first time in my life… I’m asking you for something. Please don’t say no.”

  Shekhar stared at him—surprised.

He reached out, placed a hand on Aditya’s head, and smiled gently.

“Love… Love really does make us helpless. It brought even you to your knees.

Alright. For the first time, my Adi has asked me for something. How can I refuse?

I promise… Even if that girl asks me for my life—I'll give it without hesitation.”

Aditya smiled silently, in his heart.

“She won’t ask for your life… She’ll show you the one you’ve abandoned.

She’ll force you to confront what you’ve always run from.

It will be uncomfortable, painful even…

But she’ll bring you face to face with the life you left behind.

She’ll take you back to your son— The son you couldn’t even look in the eye.

  What I couldn’t do… I’ll now do with Anamika’s help.

I’ll return a father to his son. And I’ll bring both of you out of your past.”

But what is this past that Aditya keeps referring to?And when Shekhar Rajput finds out that Anamika has come to bring him back to the son he's been avoiding for years…What will he do?Will he go back on his promise?Or will something far more unexpected unfold?
