The ship is anything but rexed . As she enters, being led by Joy , she is quickly transported through the deck until a room... more like a containment cell. She is left there with her animals. After some moments, she is visited by what she can tell is a medic or someone with medical abilities who tries to check her wounds, but she denies him and directs him toward the animals . Without much question, he does so and checks all her animals before going out again. Now, it has been some hours since that encounter . She can feel the ship move through the waves of the ocean and above her how the humans move through the ship . She isn't particurly concerned about being left here, as they give her food for herself and her animals and have left her to rest . Now she is pretty sure she can punch her way into a speedboat, so all is good. A night passes until she is finally visited and taken to what she can call an interrogation room . It is just as described in a book ; in it, a pair of humans are inside - one is Joy , though she is almost certain it isn't her real name. She isn't in any special combat gear like before but is still in a bck uniform. Inside is a man, an older and seemingly more experienced person, presumably the commander she was talking about. They sit around a table in the center of the room, and Goji obliges, sitting in a chair opposite to them . She doesn't speak as she sits quietly. After some moments, another man enters, transporting the head of the Balrog and some documents that they pass to Joy and the commander. After some reading, the commander speaks.
-I'm Commander Reese of the U.S. Navy , in charge of this ship and the special team of hunters you have already met. This is team leader Joy; a pleasure meeting you, Ms. Gojira. Let's start with some simple questions, shall we?
-No problem. *At this, Joy moves through the documents to a certain page and takes the lead in asking . Commander Reese just observes.*
-Miss Gojira, as per the record of your contact with Captain Oz, you weren't at the evacuation of the isnd, and by your words, you weren't from there either . Can you crify this information?
-It's true ; I'm not from around here or anything, and I got to the isnd after the evacuation was over.*Goji, for this interrogation, has pnned just to tell the truth . Through all her reading, she has learned one thing about humans: they love their politics... but she doesn't and will not try to even pretend to py the same game as them.*
-If you aren't from 'around here ,' from where are you?
-Well, I'm not from this pnet or dimension . You could say I'm from another whole universe... *At this direct statement, both the commander and Joy take a moment to process . Months before, they would have thought it a lie, but with the appearance of gates and beings that are clearly not from this world, they cannot discard the statement, even if it is difficult to believe.*
-Are you saying you aren't from this dimension? Crify, Ms. Gojira.
-As I already said, I'm not from here. In fact, this isn't what I looked like in my original pce . This is a new body. From what I recall, I fell through a dimensional crack in reality and used all my energy to move toward whatever universe was nearest. When I awakened, I was falling from the sky into the Pacific Ocean, and then I swam toward an isnd . The blue panel appeared, and I felt too much pain until I fell unconscious. Then I woke up with this new body and a bunch of information in the blue panel telling me what happened in this world. * Silence reigns in the interrogation room once more . The only sound that can be heard is the pencil of Joy as she writes down the answers Goji has given her . Before the interrogation comes to an awkward pause, Commander Reese takes the lead . *
-We will not dwell into your origin , Ms. Gojira, but if future opportunities arise, we would like you to let our scientists run some tests on you and tell us more of your memories . Let's pass to something more real, shall we? *He points to the head of the Balrog on the table and re-reads some documents, with Joy doing the same at his side.* We would like to know if you, Ms. Gojira , could describe how you defeated this monster and what the situation inside the isnd is .
-Okay, but... aren't you too sure that I defeated the beast,No? What if I'm lying? *She isn't lying, but the total confidence this man dispys is odd, at least*
-Don't worry ; you are being supported by Captain Oz in that we believe you . That guy has a certain ability where his words carry weight in this operation, and you seem too prideful to lower yourself to lie about defeating an enemy. Plus, if you didn't, then something else did, and that something else would have an energy signal potent enough that our satellites would have caught it and sent the readings. *He says with total confidence of a man backed by enough resources, and Goji doesn't deny it either ; after all, she did kill the Balrog*
-Okay, no problem .... *And like that, she described her adventure through the isnd, the strategy the enemies used against her, the forms of communication , the ritual in front of the gate, how after defeating the Balrog it continued open, and all the information she could think of until outside the world was dark and the ship rode the waves of a starry night . The only thing she received were stunned stares, silence, and a muffled comment from Joy asking herself where the hell this barbarian came from. *
