  The blue glow slowly disappears from the spine of Goji and her tail . She stands in the pool of blood in front of the corpses as the silence around the gate is suffocating. Slowly, muffled sounds from the monsters surrounding her grow louder and louder . She doesn't have any idea what they are saying, but it seems they are discussing what to do with her. Before a conclusion has been made, she moves to the head of the balrog, taking it by the horn . It's cold, lifeless, and with a mighty roar, she raises her arm so they can see the head. Silence engulfs the volcano once again as she starts walking towards the tunnel . No one stops her, no one defies her, and with a final muffled sound, the volcanic soldiers and officers make a simple bow to the one who bested their champion.

  The walk towards the port is painful. The final use of her atomic breath has made her already low energy take a final critical hit . She walks slowly through the trail where she was attacked many times, now with the certainty that she is off the hook . The head of the balrog feels cold in her hand, but it retains the same rocky resistance as before . Her burns have not been healed yet, as her regeneration can only maintain their state; at least her abdomen is cured...kinda. Her clothes are all but in good shape , with holes poking through her outer garments where she was hit by the tail . Much of it has been burned and reduced to ashes. She is tired and in pain , but as she finally reaches the port in the ruins of the city , she puts a smile on her face.

  -Oh, my friends...are you okay ? All safe? *She lets the head drop to the ground unceremoniously as she hugs Kin and Cha, her little friends coming to her. She feels three kittens hug her tail , and the rabbit sits in her p as she sits on the ground . The lizard clings to her shoulder as she finally rexes in the only comfort she has in this new world. After a bit more comfort and opening a can of tuna for herself, she moves through the port to where her friends are staying, a ruined warehouse . Part of the ceiling has fallen off, but she pays no mind as she gets to the hiding pce, an office with a single light on. There, she changes clothes into something that isn't burned down, adopting a more urban style as she hides her wounds . She looks at a clock on the wall - three hours until extraction , three hours to rest and regain some energy. Her friends lie beside her, with the kittens and rabbit sleeping on her abdomen. She feels a bit of pain but ignores it.*

  Some hours ter , she wakes up . Her energy is still quite depleted, but her burns have been healing. She moves softly through the office as she prepares food for her friends and herself . She waits with the radio in hand for any signal. After some minutes, and with all her friends having eaten, she decides to contact first.

  -Hello? Anyone there, Captain ?

  Silence on the line, but outside, she can hear movement . She slowly, without hurrying, moves outside, her animals in line behind her . When outside, she is received by a squad of armed persons, though it seems they didn't have much budget, as one has a staff, another a bow, and two are pointing swords at her.

  -So ...are you the ones sent to extract me? *she asks calmly, all the while trying to prevent her animals from jumping the soldiers . At this moment, the girl at the back with the staff takes a tablet from her uniform. Goji can see how she navigates through the interface, and it seems to communicate with someone. After a few gnces and muffled words, she speaks*

  -Command identifies her as the operator, Ms. Gojira, no? Have you gotten any information? *Before Goji can speak, the man pointing a longsword at her speaks to the staff girl .*

  -Is she really? I see she has scales and a tail . I think she is a monster ; at least we should restrain her for security reasons .

  -We shall not . She has the same voice as the one Captain Oz has sent the records about, and we don't need to restrain her . She is wounded. *After the order, the two swordsmen fall silent at the gaze of the staff girl, and finally, Goji can speak.*

  -Well... that's rude . But yes, I have information. But first, the extraction; there are still monsters around the area, and I'm tired enough, so let's get going, shall we? *Before she starts moving with her animals, she is stopped in her tracks as the two swordsmen try to restrain the animals .*

  -What are you doing with my friends? *The voice is cold without a trace of energy as she ask the man,more serius is her posture than she was almost dying against the balrog*

  -You cannot take the animals with you ; it's policy.

  -Well, it's your policy. Step back , or we're going to have problems. I may be hurt, but I can kill you before you move that fancy sword.

  -Hey , you can't talk to me like that, you overgrown lizard! *He stands up,having to look up to catch Goji gaze. Before either of the two can make a move , the girl intervenes*

  -Let it be.She has information needed to assess the isnd, and the orders are to bring her with us . She is an asset. *As the man tries to speak again, the girl silences him with a final statement.* -I'm the one in charge of this mission ; shut up and follow orders before I leave you on this isnd and decre you MIA.

  -Yes, ma'am.*And like that, the group starts moving, leaving Goji and her animals with the girl.*

  -So? You are the leader of this team, no? You and bow guy seem to be the only ones with something inside your heads.

  -Indeed, Ms. Gojira, I'm in charge, and that puts me in charge of you . Get your things and follow me to the boat,control your animals and refer to me as Joy and about my team? The comander will respond any question,lets get going.

  And as they move trough the trough the ruins of the port towards a speed-boat and after that trough the ocean to a ship at the distance,she can see the ruins of the city and the collums of smoke that still rises in the distance,the head of the balrog securely in her arm wrapped with a bnket as she says goodbye for now to Hawaii.
