"....explain....it.....properly.....who.....is.....Hero....and.....Villain...." Lily was mumbling once more, slowly but surely transmitting what she wanted to say.
Elizabeth was...unsure if she was happy for the free info, or annoyed because Jenna could have explained this before and hadn't.
"I'll explain it, but you must also share your side," Jenna answered to Lily, then before turning to Elizabeth she added, "Also I am not explaining you or Amelia. That is not my information to share."
Amelia? Going by the data that Elizabeth had, that one could only be [The Tinkerer] in this setting. Totally not using the fact that Jenna may or may not have mentioned that name before.
".....Fine....." Lily said with a grumble, "....I am a Sniper."
That was a whole phrase!
....And nothing else.
"Please elaborate more in your description," Jenna said from the side.
"...I...kill...people....for....a....living," Lily ended up saying pulling one of her ammunition from one of her pockets, the bullet was almost as big as a pen and as thick as a thumb, "....My....targets....are....mostly....evil....people.... rich.....persons..."
So Lily was a high-target assassin? Yeah... Elizabeth could see how that could end up being labeled as something a Villain would do.
"....They....are....politicians.....CEO's......and...Heroes....." Wait, did Lily take jobs to kill other heroes? "....my....targets....are....those....that....can't.....be....judged....in.....normal.....courts."
So....at the end of the day Lily was actually doing good right? If she was going after people who couldn't be judged, then that meant that she was helping people!
"Even if most of her targets are those that you would deem evil, they aren't judged in court, there is no evidence of their wrongdoing and more importantly, she gets paid to do this." Jenna said from the side, "By any metric Lily isn't a Hero, a Magical Girl or something like that, she is merely an executioner for hire."
".....exactly...." Lily nodded at the description being given out by Jenna, ".....I'm....a....bad.....girl...."
So that's why she was qualified as a Villain? Because her job was to kill those that couldn't be judged?
That was....overly dramatic.
"For my part, I never listened to the orders from the world leaders. And I don't surrender myself to their command," Jenna said, shrugging, "Just like how your Father did, just like how [My Hero] acted. As such, I am designated as a S-Tier Threat."
....Yeah, Elizabeth wouldn't like having a living weapon prancing around her cities either.
"So then what can you tell me about the others?" Elizabeth asked, she wanted to know who she could get away with, this was important now more than ever.
"Well, the Shadow Pact...Or I guess The Shadow something," Jenna said, turning to the first dossier, "He was designated as a Villain originally because his powers allowed him to work as a Spy Master; he went around stealing industrial and political secrets. His mission within [The Twelve] was to ensure the political goals of your Father were fulfilled."
....Well....that certainly explained why Papa never endorsed her love for [Shadow Pact].
"...he....also....was....a...Mommy's....boy...." Lily added helpfully from the side.
"That is not relevant, but yeah. He had issues. Unlike what you saw him as The Shadow Tide, his original skill set allowed him to endorse mana binding and promise power types; he was a contractual skill user. Sacrifice something and earn power depending on the promise, the harsher the punishment the more power he got," Jenna added, it was good that he hadn't that available at the moment...but then again, she barely won thanks to Chloe Ashcroft's skill...
"Yeah...no joke, that fight was harsh..." Elizabeth said shuddering just thinking about how that could have ended.
"He was among the weakest members of The Twelve," Jenna said, "You need to stop thinking in terms of levels and mana density."
"...I mean...Compared with Papa and you everyone is weaker." Elizabeth said back.
"Another example then, [The Traveler]." Jenna said pulling another dossier, "He is allegedly the weakest member of the Twelve, using our current System and measuring system in place he could barely qualify as a B-Tier Hero."
...How the hell did he manage to land among the twelve most powerful heroes?
"His job within the Twelve was both one of logistics and information gathering; also, he was impossible to kill, defeat, restrain, or obstruct." Jenna said with a smirk, "Was he a Mage or a Powered?"
...That sounded like more of the versatility of a Mage, so the answer was obvious.
"The obvious answer is that he was a Mage, but there are two things that stop me from saying it outright," Elizabeth said, raising her index finger, "First, I thought the same of [The Sniper], and she ended up being a...sorceress..."
Elizabeth almost said [Magical Girl], and corrected herself when she noticed Lily looking at her with stars coming out of her eyes (Literal stars).
"Secondly: He is a Saintsworths, that family couldn't produce a Mage even if they got indoctrinated," Elizabeth was sure of that. No one who wielded that name would ever become a mage. It was just not their blood.
"...That is correct," Jenna answered with a wry smile, "Not for the correct reasons but correct nonetheless, he was a Powered. A skill user. The world doesn't know what his skill was of course."

"...Jenna...knows...and...didn't...want...to...share...the....information....when...asked...." Lily grumbled from the side, "...it's....some....kind....of....teleportation....or....cloning...."
That sounded roughly like what she thought, but by the glitched status screen Elizabeth saw she had thought his powers would be more like-
"He is a Time traveler," Jenna said, yeah. That, "He can jump in and out of the timestream, I don't know how that looks to him, but his skill allowed him to survive the backlash from the Advent when all the Saintsworths got niped from this plane."
Right...that happened and Elizabeth never went around checking on that did she?
"Not all the Saintsworths," Rossie suddenly spoke while casting a [Cleaning] spell on herself, Elizabeth had noticed some spell spilling from Rossie, but since the girl seemed normal enough. She had let that without checking.
The only thing that had changed was that some black liquid was seeping from Rossie, but her spell dealt with it as soon as it showed, so Elizabeth didn't bother with it.
Perhaps something with Rossie's method had ended with some problems in her pigmentation.
"There was another Saintsworths that survived the advent," Rossie said grimacing as she moved, it was almost as if it hurt her, perhaps Elizabeth should send her to rest? "It was an old man on life support."
"Oh yeah...That." Jenna said grimacing, "He wasn't a Saintsworths, merely a placeholder to the name, the Saintsworths never bloomed on this plane to the same degree, the ones that lived here are limited to Arthur and his relatives, and they never mixed with the others that came from The Calamity Dragons shenanigans. So the ones that are famous here arrived from external tampering, and so when the Advent happened they got ejected."
Well...that sounded ominous.
"Okay, so the [Traveler] is a time traveler, where is he now then?" Elizabeth decided to ask.
"No one knows, after the Advent he is missing. Part of the reason I suggested Lily and Amelia as mentors is because we need your help, but we will speak about that when we finish this." Jenna said closing the dossier, and arranging the others in front of Elizabeth.
The Elementalist
The Monk
The Warlock
The Beast Master
The Mother of Shadows
The Sniper
The Juggernaut
"Pick one; we might as well go using your judgment." Jenna said to the three girls.
"This one," Rena was the one to move first.
"The Elementalist?" Jenna asked.
"This one has confronted us before, and also interacted with Elizabeth's shifts before, we have an open invite to his nation too." Rossie clarified Renna's choice.
"Well, he is a standard Magic Caster of the Talisman variety. He is closer to an artificier, in Izanami they aren't called Mages or Wizards but Onmyōji." Jenna said bringing one of the pictures of the Elementalist while he was wearing the traditional robe from Izanami.
"It looks like Aura's robe, doesn't it?" Rena said, pointing at the picture.
"That it does...Aura?" Elizabeth said aloud.
"I mean, it isn't like either he or myself have a patent on comfortable robes." Aura answered, appearing from thin air. Even after the recent power up to both her senses and mana density, Elizabeth still hadn't been able to perceive the teleport from the purple-haired girl, "But if you want to know, these clothes I use are because of My Name as The Maiden of Space."
The name?
Wasn't that a title? Why did a title carry clothing?
"I can see the bimbo in you Mistress, so let me ask you this. What kind of clothes come to mind when you think of yourself as The Dragon Empress?" Aura asked with that know it all smirk.
"Well of my dress and...tiara..." Elizabeth said, she couldn't help it, that was the clothes she had been wearing when that shift came into being...no wait... "...who designed those clothes? I designed my shift as The Elemental Weaver and Shadow Empress...but not Stardust Weaver or Shadow Weaver..."
"That is the question, isn't it?" Aura said from the side, "Now try to imagine yourself as The Dragon Empress while wearing other kind of clothes."
Why would that matter? That was just Elizabeth wearing normal clothes.
"I mean that-" Elizabeth said, first picturing the haughty face she had while using that shift and swapping the dress...Only for the image to fail to form, "...what the heck?"
Elizabeth struggled, but she couldn't; even taking off the dress required way too much mental willpower, and all she could do was some sort of weird compromise of not using her title while wearing other clothes. And at best she could swap it for other type of clothes equally luxurious or regal-looking.
Like swapping her Crown of Sin for another type of tiara, moving the Gems into other jewelry and distributing it across her body, turning them into piercings or rings, etc.
"Names have power Mistress, one should not use them mindlessly. That is why your Lord Father wielded a fake one instead of the one that he was assigned. That is why he chooses to ascend with a generic one as Framework instead of the one he should wield." Aura said with a sigh, "You are currently wielding one, and have access to others with equal might and power Mistress, you should take care of which one you embrace."
And then, as her figure started to fade away, Aura turned to Jenna, "The same applies to you World's Anchor."
"Well, that was ominous," Elizabeth joked, even if no one reacted to that.
"You have a way too knowledged Maid Elizabeth," Jenna said sighing, "But she is right. Most of the former Twelve and current Nine are trying to embrace a facet to climb for more power, and while he isn't quite there Oda Ryuuji, The Elementalist. Is quite powerful."
Next Jenna turned the page and next were some photos of the weird talismans that he had floating around when they last saw them.
"His usual way of fighting includes these talismans, he crafts them and seals both magic and powerfull skills within them, this brings him great and diverse might. He may have managed to seal some of my attacks, chances are the talismans he used to do so will burn away soon enough..." Jenna said, narrowing her eyes, "But if he somehow managed to squirrel away a talisman with your Father or your Mother's might..."
"Wait a second there," Elizabeth said raising her hand, "If the ones holding your attacks will burn away, how could he manage to keep one from Papa or Mother?"
While dangerous thought, it made no sense.
"No offense, but you are...weaker than Papa and Mother, right?" Elizabeth said confused.
"None taken," Jenna said with a sigh, "The difference is that I didn't grant my power willingly, so the talisman is fighting against my Will. If your parents allowed their attacks to be sealed within the talismans, chances are either they remained as they were...or the mana within turned into Divine with their apotheosis."
Oh...
"Yeah, that could be a problem. I doubt he could manage to wield them fully, but even a fraction of the Divine would be annoying to deal with." Rossie said from the side while huffing, "Not like Eli-Eli would have a problem against her parent's mana."
...Yeah, Elizabeth was not sure about that.
"You should be wary of that nontheless," Jenna said picking up another dossier, "Because if I'm close then I'll be busy with him."
And pointed to the next one, [The Beast Master].
"Joseph Von Cavendish, The Beast Master." Jenna said the words one by one as she opened the dossier and showcased all the pictures one by one, "The Giant Lizard-like creature capable of uprooting skyscrapers and exhaling laser beams from its mouth, the three-headed hydra with leathery wings...The giant moth, the gigantic gorilla...the list is unending, all the creatures that spawned from the interdimensional rift...And more importantly of his power."
"I mean...he is a tamer, right?" Elizabeth said pointing at [The Beast Master], "That is impressive and all, but he is weaker than his beasts. So if we manage to dodge them, he should be...doable?"
Jenna sighed as if Elizabeth had said something stupid.
"If it was that simple, do you think I would need to deal with him?" Jenna asked, "You are powerful, Elizabeth, don't get me wrong. But if all he had was giant monsters do you think I would be worried for you? If that was all he had, then he wouldn't be above Echidna on the list. But below her, since she also has monsters under her command."
"Then what is his skill? Because he isn't a mage too right? No way The Twelve had two like that." Elizabeth hoped that he wasn't a mage too.
"You are correct, he wasn't a Mage but a Powered." Jenna thankfully said so, "He had a [Unique Skill] like your Father even...His was called at some point [Pet Trainer]."
What?
"And like your Father, he trained the skill. From learning how to take care of dogs while at the army, to training jaguars and wild animals to fight in the jungle..." Jenna brought photos of a man covered in scars smiling while fighting against a lion in the savannah, "To swimming with sharks and crocodiles..."
The photos started to turning more and more ridiculous, even while having the blessing of a skill...A Unique Skill...No wait.
"Papa didn't start as a [Unique Skill] holder." Elizabeth said, "His original skill was F-Tier, he said so."
"...Exactly," Jenna said as the pictures moved in time to a man that had changed from a soldier with some muscles to a tall man, almost three meter tall and covered in a mass of muscle that made Elizabeth salivate. "His current iteration of skill is anyone's guess, but he can take in anything that he has tamed and take in some of his characteristics."
.....What?
"...So...what you are saying is that..." Elizabeth said, taking in one of the monster's pictures, "He can take this thing that looks like it would need multiple members of [The Nine Stars]...and add it to his strength?"
"Yeah, if you must make concessions with anyone on the [Nine Stars]...if you must sign a deal with anyone. It MUST be him, or if you must fight against Cavendish, make sure I'm near. The three members of the Twelve that one must never cross were your Father, myself and him." Jenna said spreading the pictures of giant monsters, not a single one of them was small, nor looked easy to deal with. Some of them outright looked like mutated dragons even.
"...So make sure to not offend [The Elementalist] who may or may not have a Divine strike stored since that would mean a fight with the man capable of taking in the power of giant monsters into himself to increase his might...Noted." Elizabeth sighed, why had she thought that dealing with [The Nine Stars] would be easy?
Ah right, because she managed to defeat one of their members while using his weakness...
Couldn't they all be weak to her Divine Lightning? Would that be too much to ask? Yes?
Dang it.
