Rulu got out of the car, walked towards the hotel, and directly entered through its open main entrance.
As soon as Rulu walked through the hotel's door, a middle-aged man in his forties immediately appeared in the hotel's lobby. This man had a solicitous smile on his face and said to Rulu: "I'm sorry, our hotel is undergoing renovations and is temporarily closed. We cannot accommodate guests at the moment."
Rulu looked around and said: "But your hotel's door is open. Why can't I stay?"
"It's like this: our electrical system has a problem and is undergoing emergency repairs. If you insist on staying here, you can come back tomorrow. By then, everything should be fixed."
"That's fine," Rulu said casually while examining the hotel. "I'm not here to stay. I'm here to find someone."
"Find someone?" The man was taken aback. He scrutinized Rulu and, after confirming that he didn't know him, said: "Who are you looking for, and why are you looking for them here?"
"His surname is Huang, a man in his thirties with curly hair. He told me to find him here."
The middle-aged man's eyes flashed with caution, and he said: "What's your name, sir? Where did you hear about this Mr. Huang?"
"Don't say so much. If he's here, just take me to see him. I'll explain myself then."
"I'm sorry, sir, there's no such Mr. Huang here. If you must find him, you can leave a message. If I meet him in the future, I can pass it on to him."
Rulu said: "That won't do. I don't have that much time to waste. Just tell me if he's here or not."
The smile on the middle-aged man's face disappeared. He said in a somewhat impatient tone: "I'm sorry, there's no one here you're looking for. Please leave, sir."
"Alright," Rulu sighed and turned around. At that moment, Rulu noticed that in a hidden corner of the hotel, there seemed to be shadows moving, and outside the hotel's main entrance, five or six strangers dressed in gray had appeared at some point. These people were intentionally or unintentionally glancing in his direction, and their waists were bulging, suggesting they were hiding weapons.
"Hmm, security is so tight. It seems Captain Guan might really be here." Seeing this situation, Rulu turned around again. His eyes flashed with a strange light as he looked at the middle-aged man and said in a commanding tone: "Take me to see that man with the surname Huang, no, accurately speaking, the surname Guan."

"You..." The middle-aged man frowned, about to get angry, but just as he was about to speak, the stern expression on his face softened. He said: "I understand. You're looking for Captain Guan, right? Captain Guan is here, but he's currently receiving an important guest. He told us not to disturb him unless it was something important."
"An important guest? Who is that?" Rulu asked.
"I'm not sure, but this person is very prestigious. Captain Guan and many other rebel organization leaders are in a secret room having a meeting with this guest, discussing a very important matter."
"I see. Take me to see them."
"Alright, please follow me." The middle-aged man agreed and walked along the corridor towards the interior of the hotel. Rulu followed him. The middle-aged man led Rulu to a room on the first floor. He pulled back the curtain in the corner of the room and grabbed the hanger on the wall behind the curtain, pulling it hard.
There seemed to be some mechanism on the hanger. With a "creaking" sound, a gap appeared in this wall. The gap grew larger and larger, eventually forming a secret door wide enough for one person to pass through. Behind the secret door was a spiral staircase leading downwards, to an unknown destination.
"Please enter. Captain Guan and the others are inside," the middle-aged man stopped at the secret door. Rulu entered the secret door, and with a "creaking" sound, the secret door automatically closed behind him after he entered.
Rulu followed the spiral staircase all the way down. At the end of the staircase was a black iron door with a guard holding a rifle standing in front of it. Upon noticing Rulu's arrival, the guard immediately raised his rifle and said to Rulu: "Who are you? State your name."
"Quiet. Stand there obediently and act as if I never appeared," Rulu looked into the guard's eyes and said in a commanding tone. The guard froze, immediately put away his rifle, stood obediently to the side, and didn't say another word.
Rulu came to the iron door and gently pushed it open, looking through the gap in the door. Behind the door was a spacious and bright stone chamber with a long conference table. About twenty people were sitting at the table, with several dozen more standing around it.
Rulu looked at these people and noticed they were dressed differently. Most were men in their thirties or forties. They looked fierce and carried weapons like guns, clearly not people to be trifled with.
"It seems the people here are basically rebel organization members. I wonder what they're discussing here?" Rulu continued to observe the stone chamber. He found that Captain Guan, whom he was looking for, was also sitting at the conference table, with Kallen, A-Bing, and others standing not far behind Captain Guan. At this moment, everyone in the stone chamber was focusing their attention on an old man with graying hair, about fifty years old, sitting in the chairman's position at the conference table.
Although this old man had gray hair, he was energetic, with bright and piercing eyes, emanating a special kind of dignity. He was heard saying in a loud voice: "Leaders of all rebel forces, fellow comrades, this time the newly appointed governor of Blue Sea City, Prince Su Wen, launched a large-scale extermination operation against us, killing many of our comrades. Now he wants us to hand over that assassin, or else he will execute our five hundred captured prisoners in five days. I wonder what everyone thinks about this matter?"
A bald, muscular man with a scar on his face said gruffly: "What's there to think about? We've repeatedly confirmed that no one planned that assassination attempt. There is no such assassin. I think that bastard governor just wants to find an excuse to deal with us."
