With the 1 million dolrs he was able to have The Broker along with a small Supercrew of construction workers build him a base in the sewers of about 5000sq ft. In about a month He had a ‘base’ with a training area, 8 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a kitchen and state of the art training equipment along with it being furnished. With a Super cleaning dy coming every week He finally felt like he had a pce of his own. While it did cost him 750K. Outside of the 3k “HOA” fees a month for also using her guards and connections.

  During this time he did not speak to The Allstars but did notice that they did keep their word. It wasn’t until The Broker sent him a message to his computer in his base that said that The Allstars wanted to meet him that he left his base as he wanted to better master his psionic energy.

  As he flew through the city. The message repyed in his head. The Allstars told him to meet them at their main tower. While he did not call Griesalda again he did see her when he flew around, and she also kept her world.

  As he flew towards the tower and nded in front of the Tower he was quickly shown to the elevator all the way to the top as he exited the elevator he saw a lot of the same guards from before even the woman that he punched through the wall.

  ‘I am gd she is alive at least.’

  As he reached the main guarded room again, they moved aside and opened the door for him as he saw the Allstars.

  He saw Griselda nod towards him she was dressed in supersuit this time that clearly showed off her curves. He saw Jenny with his soft almond eyes was dressed in business casual. He saw that bck woman with afro puffs on the side of her hair she was dressed in a supersuit as well. He saw that tanned woman with the silverstreak sitting at the head of the table along with around green skinned woman who had her hair done up in a strange Viking way with it being shaved on the sides.

  As he entered the Sylvia who he learned was at the head of the table spoke up.

  “Hello, Seven. First I want to confirm and say that we have ended our protection rackets in a territory and had done what you have said. The problem now is that rivals had started to try and muscle in on our territory after our…disagreement. We have broken a lot of them up and pushed them out but some members had left that were apart of the protection racket for greener pastures.”

  As Mark was hearing this the only think he could think of was this was a was a very long-winded way to ask for help.

  “So what exactly are you asking of me?” Sylvia looked at him intensely without the same fear she had before.

  “We are asking to deal with the other gangs that are doing this. If you don’t want us to do it then fine but at least be consistent and make sure that no one does it, so you don’t start a gang war.”

  Mark nodded. He had to be honest. He did ask for this and he needed to follow through.

  “What are the other gangs?” This time the bck woman spoke up with an Italian accent.

  “There are several minor ones around Lowbridge but the main ones that are causing trouble The Jade Ronins, Lowside Hitters and the

  Rodriguez Cartel. Each of these gangs are at least 100 members strong with The Jade Ronin and Rodriquez Cartel sitting around 250 members each.” Mark looked at the woman and smiled.

  “So which ones them is the biggest problem now? I suggestion you don’t lie. I have connections as well to fact check it.” The woman nodded.

  “There are no tricks here. We understand that you aren’t stupid and that getting rid of or weakening rivals does help us. We are just saying that the racket will just change hands instead of stopping. As it stands currently The Rodriquez Cartel is being the biggest problem. This is mainly because Griselda. She is the daughter of one of the founders before another founder killed all of the others and pushed them out. The only reason Griselda is alive is because she is so strong and they could not kill her by conventional means.”

  Griselda this time spoke up as she up from her seat at Mark.

  “My cousin Maya and her Mother had killed my mother and my father and all of my siblings before taking over. This was about 10 years ago. When I was 14. Ever since then they have grown and grown. While we are still one of the major gangs in Lowbride at around 300 members they are rising up slowly. While all of us have killed people. They don’t have a code and will kill civilians without too much trouble or care for anything outside of money. “

  Mark nodded at the woman. “So the Rodriquez Cartel? So what’s the catch?” This time the green woman spoke up.

  “They have connections to Mexico and supply chains. There are a few key pyers that need the Rodriquez Cartel’s connections in Mexico to get stuff done. This is only the American side of the Cartel. They are at least several thousand deep in Mexico. We could take them out by it might bring down the entire cartel on our heads. ”

  “So you need someone like me an independent that clearly has no real connections with you?” This time Sylvia nodded in agreement as she stood up and handed him manil file.

  “This is all of the information we have on the cartel. They mainly deal in shipping goods and drugs along the Bck Rush river. They control a small section of Lowridge called Little Mexico. Their main pce of business of a Shipping company called Conejo Shipping where they get the containers from Silverbay and sort them out in a rge warehouse. They have several supers that are worth their salt.

  Manuel Rivera(Lanzalmas aka Fmethrower) is a Rank 4 Super - He has a Thermal Vision - Heat Absorption - Peak Fme Manipution - Peak Human Body. He can not produce his own fme but he cares around a variety of lighters and can use his Heat Absorption to rapidly expand it. He is the Top Enforcer and I consider him as strong as any of us.

  Maya Rodriquez(Latin Siren) is a Rank 3 Super - Peak Sonic Sculpting - Resonance Field - Sonic Frequency Adaptation. While she does not have the staying power of Manuel because she doesn’t have any physical super power. She is very hard hard hit even for Griselda. She wears an Exosuit most of the time and she is wrapped in sonic vibrations so dense that Griselda can barely damage her and not fast enough for her take her down along with her goons as well. She does not have the stamina to use her sonic armor for long so she uses it sparingly. Manuel is strong but they are comparable. She can make sonic bsts that bypass more forms of durability.

  Isabel Rodriquez(Deathmist) is a Rank 5 Super She has - Peak Vaporous Transition - Mist Weaving - Gaseous Regeneration - Vaporous Emission - Weak Mist Shielding. Isabel is the mother of Maya and because of her ability to transform into vapor is exceptionally dangerous she reshape her form and regenerate her body and drown people. The only way to really kill her is energy based attacks as physical attacks do nothing. She also gains rapid regeneration in her base form.

  “Thanks just curious what’s the highest number of ranks ever recorded?” Mark asked them as Griselda spoke up.

  “Rank 10. But he had very weak powers but because he had so many it was pretty strong. If what you say is true that you are a Rank 7 Super with Flight, Peak Superhuman Body, and Psionic Energy Emission and whatever else you have. Flight is considered C rank, Peak Superhuman Body is S rank and Psionic Energy Emission is considered A rank. That alone makes you as strong as a Supervillian or Superhero.”

  Mark nodded as looked turned and walked away. As he did so he turned around and looked the Allstars.

  “I want you to put the word out for everyone in Lowbridge to end the Protection Rackets. They have one week. After one week, I will come down on anyone doing it in a way that they can’t possibly fathom. Also I am forming my own team to patrol the streets of Lowbridge and keep people safe. I am not stupid enough to try and stop people from smoking dope. Families will be able to walk the streets again. The Renegades. Tell them to contact The Broker.”

  With that he flew away.
