In a time period, closer to ours than anyone would wish, chickens are declared extinct. Young man Tamaki Gou stumbles upon the last egg on the planet. Guided by a mysterious scientist it becomes his mission to safely deliver it to a trustworthy lab in Hokkaido. Partnered up with the student council and his friends, he embarks on a journey. With the media and all sorts of unwanted company on his heels, will he be able to fulfill his duty?
