  "What is it about the pseudonym Abraham Van Helsing?" Lemiel asked curiously, his gaze sweeping over the gathered group. He could sehere was something signifit attached to it, though everyone seemed hesitant to address the question. Their averted eyes and unfortable expressions made it clear—this wasn't an easy topic for them to discuss.

  Finally, Secre sighed and stepped forward, deg to take the burden of expnation upon herself. Her normally posed demeanor faltered slightly as she reted the entire io Lemiel. Even she, who had observed Alex from his earliest days, had bee pletely dumbfounded by the revetion.

  Secre had always watched Alex with a wary, calg eye. In the beginning, her i urely pragmatic—to use him as a means to an end. But over time, she found herself uo dismiss him so easily. She had witnessed firsthand the transformation of the ash-blond magiight, from a boy with no magic to his o a man whose power and intellect rivaled even Lemiel Silvamillion Clover, the legendary First Wizard King.

  Wheale ended, Lemiel stared at her, his expression one of sheer astonishment. Then, a hearty ugh burst from his lips. "Hahaha! I never imagihat my simple decision all those years ago would be the kingdom to this extent. Truly, fate works in mysterious ways."

  Stepping forward, Lemiel cpped Alex on the shoulder, his golden eyes glowing with hope and pride. "For me, the title of Magic Emperor was little more than a dream—a cept I aspired to embody. To see it live on, carried by someone as capable as you… it fills me with immense joy. I hope you will tio treat this kingdom as your family and protect it with all your heart."

  Alex's gaze didn't waver, though he released a soft sigh, fusing the First Wizard King. "You are overestimating me, Lemiel. Yes, there are people I deeply care for, and I would protect them without hesitation. But I'm not some paragon of virtue. I have no desire to safeguard every noble and royal who sees themselves above others. If this kingdom is my 'family,' then I demand the power to punish its corrupt and arrogant members. Your dream of equality is inspiring, but the ws of this kingdom are anything but fair—they favor the privileged while oppressing the oners."

  His words struck the room like a lightning bolt. The gathered nobles exged uneasy gnces, and Nozel's brow furrowed in displeasure. Yet Lemiel's intrigue only deepened.

  "If such power were in your hands," He asked, his voice steady, "how would you reshape this kingdom?"

  A smile tugged at Alex's lips as he began to outline his vision. "First, the unchecked authority of the nobles must be curbed. Their stranglehold on this kingdom's progress has gone on long enough. No matter how loudly they protest, absolute strength will silehem. With that strength, I will subdue the power-hungry elites aribute their influence."

  Pausing, he gnced meaningfully at the assembled Magiights. "The sed step is to establish a Third For entity indepe of both the nobility and the Magiights. Right now, the kingdom's power structure is broken. The nobles dominate, exploiting their status for personal gain. Meanwhile, the Magiights are heavily influenced by those same nobles, leaving little room for oo rise. Evehey do, they are targeted and crushed—Zara Ideale and rad Leto are only two examples among tless others."

  Alex's sharp gaze nded on Julius. His voice turned colder, edged with sarcasm. "You've doo maintain the peace for now, Julius. But this system is rotten, and your efforts only dey the iable."

  Julius's smile faltered, the sting of Alex's words painfully clear.

  Unbothered, Alex tinued, his voice rising with determination. "As Magic Emperor, my first order of business will be to strip the nobles of their undue influence. And the current king—"

  He scoffed, turning to Fuegoleon. "Tell me, is it a prerequisite to be a fool to asd the throne in this kingdom?"

  The room stilled, and Nozel bristled. "Mind your tongue! Speaking ill of the king is a capital offense!"

  Alex merely smirked, uerred. "And here we have another fine didate for the throne," he said mogly, sending Yami and Mereoleona into fits of ughter.

  "Pfft! Hahaha!" Yami spped his knee, barely able to tain himself. "Oh, man. Nozel as king? Now that's edy gold!"

  Mereoleona wiped a tear from her eye, gaspiween bursts of ughter. "I already see it—King Nozel Silva, the royal buffoon!"

  Nozel's face turned beet red, his fists ched in barely restrained fury as he gred daggers at Alex.

  Ign the chaos he had incited, Alex pressed on. "In all seriousness, this kingdom needs a ruler who leads by example, not some coward who hides in his castle while others shoulder the burden. For years, I thought the Clover Kingdom didn't even have a king. To most citizens, the Wizard King is the only leader they reize."

  He let his words sink in before delivering his final point. "The Third Force I envision will serve as a bance of power, a ral entity capable of holding both the king and the Magic Emperor atable. If either fails their duty or abuses their authority, this force will interve will be a protector of justice, untainted by the corruption that pgues the current system."

  The room fell silent as Alex paused, allowing his words to settle in their minds. "There's untapped potential in this kingdom. I saw it firsthand during the st Magiight sele exam. Talents that could flourish with pruidance are ignored. If we recruit them and train them under experienced Magiights or veterans, we build a squad powerful enough to rival any noble's influence."

  Lemiel's eyes sparkled with admiration.

  "Remarkable!" He decred, his voice brimming with enthusiasm. "While your vision may e finer details, its foundation is solid. If executed properly, it could mark a new era of prosperity for this kingdom."

  The group exged looks, their expressions a mix of arehension, and begrudging respect. For better or worse, Alex's words had pnted a seed—a spark of revolution that could reshape the Clover Kingdom forever.

  As Lemiel's soul began to fade, Secre transformed into her human form, her eyes brimming with tears. "You're really going, aren't you? After all this time…"

  Lemiel pced a gentle hand on her head. "Secre, you've done more than enough. Thank you… for everything."

  Alex watched silently as Lemiel's soul joined Licht's, asding to the heavens. A heavy siletled over the battlefield, broken only by Secre's quiet sobs. Alex ched his fists, silently vowing to uphold the legacy of the ones who had just departed.
