Marianne and Bonney sat atop the shoulders of the two massive Blue Gorils. Their footsteps thundered as they made their way down the corridor.

  “That guy didn’t have the key to my cuffs,” Bonney muttered, as she looked down at the chains binding her wrists.

  “No, he didn’t,” Marianne agreed.

  “Where is the damn key? I want to be free from these things,” Bonney snapped, tugging at the cuffs in frustration.

  “We’ll find it,” Marianne assured her. She hesitated for a moment, then added, "But you did hurt my Captain."

  “Captain?” she echoed. “Ben is the Captain?” she asked. She looked at the newspapers and it said Alvida was the Captain but looking back, it made sense.

  Marianne nodded. “Yes, but Ben has forgiven you because he wants you to join us," she responded.

  Bonney scoffed, a smirk spreading across her face. "Join you? Me? You’ve got to be kidding," she ughed. “I’ve got more important matters to deal with than pying pirate with your little crew,” she added.

  Marianne's eyes narrowed slightly. “Ben told us about your past,” Marianne said.

  Bonney looked angry. “Past?” Bonney asked.

  “He told us about Kuma and the Sorbet Kingdom,” Marianne said.

  Bonney looked angry. “What does he know,” she shouted. “He should mind his own business,” she added.

  At that moment they saw a round humanoid figure. It had a rge, round body covered in dark, feather-like scales. The upper half of its body was in a white colour. It had bright blue eyes, and a small, circur mask covering its face. Its arms were thick and muscur, ending in rge red hands. His legs were small and thin. The Bck Goril had a broad axe in one hand.

  “Another one,” Marianne said.

  “You two stop now,” Gage shouted. He crossed his arms and gred at them.

  “Out of our way,” Bonney said as she jumped from the Goril and attempted to kick Gage. Gage caught her foot. He then threw Bonney back. Bonney did a backflip and nded on her feet. She gritted her teeth.

  At that moment, the Bck Goril swung his axe at Bonney. The Blue Goril which Bonney was riding swung his axe and blocked the attack, The rge axe stopped inches away from her face. She felt the force of the air rushing near her.

  The Blue Goril stumbled back from the attack. The Bck Goril swung his fist and punched the Blue Goril's face. The Blue Goril stumbled back and fell down.

  Marianne took her Axe Dial out and pressed the button. A X-shaped compressed air bst went towards the Bck Goril. The Bck Goril got hit and was cut. There was a rge cut mark where blood dripped down. Marianne`s Blue Goril swung its fist and punched the Bck Goril in the face. It stumbled back.

  “Why are the Gorils working with you? Gage asked as he took a fmethrower out. He pressed the trigger and a streak of hot fmes left the barrel. It went towards Marianne. The Blue Goril blocked the attack. The fmes collided with the Blue Goril’s thick, muscur body. Its fur began to sizzle. The creature let out a deep growl. Its thick blue fur, scorched in pces. The fmes began to dissipate, as the Goril shook its body.

  Marianne blinked. "Good job!" she shouted, patting the Goril's broad shoulder. The Blue Goril smiled.

  “It protected,” Gage said. He had been around here for years and these monsters were ruthless. They never protect, just kill. At that moment Bonney came running. She wrapped her legs around his hand and twisted it. She was able to disarm Gage and take him down. Gage dropped to the ground.

  “Take that,” Bonney shouted.

  “Why you?” Gage shouted as he grabbed his sword and swung it. Bonney jumped away, avoiding the attack.

  “You are lucky this is still on,” Bonney said, referring to her cuffs.

  Gage got up. “That is perfect for us,” Gage replied. “You will be easier to take down, get them Bck Goril,” he ordered.

  The Bck Goril got up and grabbed his axe. He ran towards Bonney and Marianne and swung the axe down. Bonney's Blue Goril got up and blocked the axe. They cshed.

  Marianne took her Yellow Gun out. She aimed at the Bck Goril. She pressed the trigger and fired a dice shaped bullet. The bullet went towards the Bck Goril and exploded. There was a loud explosion and bck clouds. The Bck Goril stumbled backwards. There were scratch marks all over his body.

  Gage ran towards them. He swung his bde towards Marianne however the Blue Goril punched him from the side. Gage went flying and hit the wall. He spat blood as he slid down to the floor.

  The Bck Goril ran towards Bonney and Marianne again. “It is up again,” Bonney remarked.

  “It will be our friend,” Marianne replied. She took out her paint pallet and dipped her paintbrush in yellow and green paint. “Yellow-Green of Friendship," Marianne said as she threw the paint over. The paint hit the Bck Goril and stopped. He looked calmer.

  Gage got up. “Why did you stop?” Gage questioned. He was bleeding from his forehead. “Get them,” Gage shouted.

  “He is our friend,” Marianne stated.

  “Get him please,” Marianne said, looking at the Bck Goril. The Bck Goril nodded. He approached Gage.

  “What are you doing?” Gage asked.

  The Bck Goril swung its massive axe at Gage. Gage's eyes widened as he quickly raised his sword in defence, but the sheer power behind the Goril's swing knocked the bde right out of his grasp. He barely had a moment to react before the two other Gorils closed.

  All three Gorils unleashed a flurry of punches, their fists hammering down on Gage relentlessly. Each blow sent shockwaves through his body, driving him to his knees. He struggled to stay on his feet, but the relentless barrage was too much. With a final, brutal strike, the Gorils drove Gage into the ground, leaving him battered and unconscious.

  “That was brutal,” Bonney commented.

  “Hurting my sister, my crew and my Captain will lead to this,” Marianne stated. She smiled. “Let's keep moving, I think everyone is heading up and they have all the keys,” she added.

  Bonney nodded. She thought there was more to this crew.
