  There once was a girl all pretty and red.

  Rhea gave her a blessing, placed right on her head.

  But the girl was still wanting, it wasn’t enough

  So she chased after Rhea and stole all her stuff.

  While some things herself she did keep, others she gave

  The tale has been illicitly lifted; should you spot it on Amazon, report the violation.

  To the townsfolk, her people, with wish but to save

  And renew all their vigors, to shore up their breath.

  Instead the things she brought gave them all death.

  When the goddess returned, the whole town was a ghost,

  But the girl who lived, little she, suffered the most.
