And so, only Shiki’s efforts with Yang Release remained to be documented.

  First, let us take a look at the progress made by the forty clones focused on purely medical ninjutsu.

  One of the first things on the boy’s list was perfecting his Mystical Palm, enabling him to not only use it with greater speed and precision, but also over short distances.

  This was not only for the jutsu itself but to get even more familiar with the medical jutsu process as Mystical Palm touched upon many healing based concepts due to its versatility.

  Then, drawing inspiration from the future of the original timeline, such as the Yin Healing Wound Destruction created by Kabuto and Tsunade’s Cell Activation which she developed based on it, Shiki created his own new jutsu, Medical Jutsu: Cellur Activation.

  Contrary to the precisely guided Mystical Palm which enhanced natural healing in an extremely controlled manner, Cellur Activation used a strong fre of chakra to shock the cells of a certain area or even the whole body into an active state, more costly and less precise but much faster.

  In this state, rapid healing would occur for just a short moment, perfectly healing small wounds. However, if the wounds proved too rge, the healing would not be as effective and there was even a risk of things healing improperly though it would at least enable one to survive in a pinch.

  To prevent this, Cellur Activation could be used to sustain the life of a patient during another, more guided and precise, medical procedure, getting the best of both worlds but for small wounds, it was a nearly perfect instant heal.

  It even had a Yin Healing Wound Destruction’s main feature, if Cellur Activation was used before taking damage, the harm could be minimized and more quickly fixed.

  And with Cellur Activation, Shiki’s good intentioned medical jutsu efforts were temporarily put aside so that the fun of War Crime Ninjutsu could start.

  The boy already had a vision of a jutsu, divinely inspired he coul?d even say but for that, there were two jutsu he needed to master to an extreme as a requirement.

  The first was Medical Jutsu: Poison Mist, combining ninjutsu, medical knowledge and chemistry to convert chakra in their body into a special chemical that they can then exhale from their mouth.

  When this chemical comes into contact with the air, it becomes a cloud of poison whose properties can be controlled depending on the composition of the initial chemical created by the user, making it deadly or just a paralytic agent for example.

  The second jutsu was actually Medical Jutsu: Dead Soul, one of Kabuto’s signature techniques before gobbling up pieces of Orochimaru. It involved using medical chakra to restart a corpse’s heart and then control it through chakra like a remote stringless puppet.

  It was a jutsu in very poor taste and Kabuto even used additional surgeries to make corpses look like him and/or eliminate the corpse odor to sell the illusion that they were alive.

  These two jutsu along with some inspiration from how the Ketsuryugan could affect targets and turn them into walking bombs and Shiki got started on his most criminal jutsu.

  While not being nowhere near ready for use yet, the boy already had a name for it, Nirvana Art: White Death.

  But let us move on to general Yang Release, not purely medical in nature though sometimes, those aspects did creep into it.

  Shiki's initial goals for this were simple:

  Complete his own version of the Chimera Jutsu;

  Start with the Akimichi’s Hidden Jutsu and create a Yang Release technique meant for combat;

  Develop a simple Yang Release based activation jutsu for self enhancement.

  Comparatively speaking, the st one was the easiest so starting there . . .

  The boy was not making this one just for himself. Tsunade was beginning to advocate for a more standardized medical doctrine already though, in the original series, her dedication to this only became truly intense after her brother died in battle.

  If there was a technique based on the same Yang Release as medical ninjutsu that, while retively easy to master, enhanced a combatant, the draw of medical training would become greater and medical shinobi could better protect themselves in the battlefield.

  He gave the final jutsu the simple name of Yang Release: Body Activation. The effect was to shock the body into an hyper-active state using Yang Release chakra, the was a very minor self healing buff but the main selling point was the heavy temporary increase of all physical abilities.

  It would make a nice gift for the Senju Princess, to make up for all the grief Shiki gave her on the daily, annoying her was simply too entertaining, at least the boy thought so.

  The other two jutsu however, were exclusively for himself.

  Unfortunately, one of the projects went wrong from the get go. The Akimichi cn’s jutsu were quite incompatible with him.

  They required heavy modification before they could be used due to the fact that their foundational technique, Calorie Control, was fundamentally inaccessible to Shiki because he cked the fat required to burn for chakra as per the jutsu’s specifications.

  Still, with one side objective being really simple and the other being abandoned due to ck of feasibility, very early on, Shiki was free to focus on his version of the Chimera Jutsu, the most important endeavour for this group of clones.

  Using the early foundations of the Chimera Jutsu that Hiruko had already conceptualized, gave the boy an important starting point but that was still very far from what he wanted.

  Even the fully completed Chimera Jutsu was not what Shiki needed though that could be a plus as there were certain problems with that jutsu that he could avoid.

  These problems were the fact that the jutsu was made to fuse entire bodies raw and the limit of material that can be integrated in terms of human beings was just four and that too being fwed integration with a rather complex and borious procedure being required to integrate a fifth and get rid of all the fws.

  But thankfully, with the seal handling a lot of the process and the power source, the Gelel Ore Vein, having mutative properties of its own, the burden on the jutsu was much smaller.

  Additionally, Shiki’s own body as a member of the Ryumon lineage was highly tolerant to these type of changes, even well suited which meant the jutsu did not need to be as forceful, unlike the original Chimera Jutsu that was made to give the physically talentless, the talent they desired.

  In the end, Shiki was successful in developing what he called the Nirvana Art: Samsara, a jutsu for triggering a cycle of rebirth and transformation.

  There was a catch though, without the complete Nirvana Seal: Transcendence to act as backend support, the jutsu was completely useless.

  Technically, it had an innate ability to absorb other jutsu as well as genetic material with a method inspired by Dark Release but without the seal to act as a storage, everything absorbed was just violently ejected in a rather useless form.

  Still, it was enough and Shiki wasted no time integrating into its slot on the massive formu of Nirvana Seal: Transcendence.

  Now, all that was left was to locate the Gelel Ore Vein and seal it into its own slot, after which the seal would be ready to be condensed and pced on Shiki’s body.

  And in all this training, three years came and went.
