  I'm slowly walking across the lively hallways of the school casually greeting the students on break and the other patrolling teacher I enter with a smile on my face while in my mind I think about the test individual who "willingly" decided to live with us for the time being, 'At first, Impmon kicked up a fuss when he arrived at my house, especially wheiced the presence of V-mon, Wormmon, and Patamoarted to call them pathetic weak Digimon who 't do anything without their Tamer and so on. But his tune ged when I "gently" invited him to join us in our usual evening training.'

  I smirk remembering Impmon's expression when he saw and took part in our "light" warm-up exercises under high gravity, how he started to enjoy himself whearted to traieiques and Special Moves as he was able to go all out without minding his surroundings and worry about anything else, how upset he was when he was absolutely trashed by everyone whearted sparring, and his shocked face when V-mon, Wormmon, and Patamon evolved in XV-vom, Stingmon, and Angemon aarted to spar with me as I taught them how to use their new forms and abilities in an actual bat situation, even more so because I a "weak" human was actually easily keeping up with three Adult level Digimon who were obviously not holding back.

  After our evening training, Impmon was just too tired to keep up with his antics so, he peacefully had dinner with us where he almost cried as it was the best meal he ever had in his life.

  After dinner, I moved on with the phase of the "Impmon Reformation Pn", where we started to watch the first few episodes of Digimon Adveo show him how various Digimon bond with their Tamers, allowing them to grow and bring the best out of each other, of course, I pn to let him see all the various ahat represents more distant parallel universes first before I actually show him Digimon Tamers who will likely i him the most as it will be a bit too mupmon in his current state.

  While I remember what happened yesterday when I brought Impmon home, I'm heading toward a more empty and calm hallway while thinking, 'Even if Impmolessly mocked Tai, Agumon, and the others throughout all the episodes we watched, his eyes never left the s, and after that, he calmly went to sleep in the guest room and didn't try to escape throughout the night, in fact, this m he also willingly joined us in our m training, even if he pihe whole time.   At this point, Terriermon's voice is heard as he says, "Moumantai! You don't have to keep defining this thing from that thing all the time just because of where they're from, don't you think?" making Takato reply, "Y-Yeah... That's right, Terriermon."

  But then Jianliang says, "I... wonder..." making Takato excim, "I thought you wao be with Terriermon forever, too, Lee-kun! Was I wrong?"

  Hearing that, Jianliang replies, "Takato-kun. Nothing sts forever... no matter what it may be." which makes Takato excim as he runs away in the opposite dire I'm ing from, "I don't uand what you're implying!"

  Listening to that, I immediately uand what is going on, 'Ah... This has for sure something to do with the Digital Zohat opehis m. If I remember well in the ahere is that episode where Takato decided to walk oreets with Guilmon to see what the reas would be, which ractically nothing. But when he walked to a particur spot, Guilmon seemed to disappear as he was being pulled into the nearby Digital Zone, but he ulled out of there just in time. But this event caused Takato to worry about the eventual disappearance of Guilmon, then Takato again walked close to that spot with Guilmon and this time, the Digimon was forcefully pulled into the Digital Zone, a Digital Zohat is going to be the testing ground of Hypnos' new program, Yuggoth... I think it is better if I keep my eyes on them, after all, this situation be quite dangerous and it takes only a single misstep to have catastrophisequences, especially since my presence has ged the course of the events and so Takato and the others take the risk of being actually deleted by mistake...'

I finally did it! I pleted the program that will finally enable us to fight those anomalies... I pleted Yuggoth, a program that applies a more advaracer than the one we are currently using and that theoretically has the ability to delete anomalies, including Wild Ones and abnormal zones. I was able to create this program using what we were able to gather and study from the Wild Ohat were Realized until now.   Hearing that, I let out an annoyed sigh and ent in a frustrated tone, "Haa... As if he thinks he'll uand once I expin it to him." making Megumi oher side fused by my outburst, "Sir?"

  I quickly calm my nerves and say, "All right. I'll be there at once." before I cut off the call and start to head toward the Hypnos headquarters.

  After some time, I finally reached the Hypnos Headquarters a with the man in charge of the Audit and Iion Board department of over, whose title is Chief et Secretary.

  Basically, he will likely be another one of those useless politis who only thinks about himself, his bes, and his authority without doing anything or even g about actually doing his job and fog on how to help, support, and protect the people of our try.

  I gh the usual annoying meaningless exge of pleasantries as I give him a quick tour of the structure until we reach the heart of the anization and start to expin, "Hypnos is a system that keeps the ever-growiwork, the Digital World, under stant surveil record the exge of all kinds of information, and if either an abnormality should occur within the Digital World, or should illegal information be spotted running through the work, Hypnos has been structed to remove it at once, within all scope of the w."

  Hearing that, the Chief et Secretary asks for firmation, "All the information iwork? Does that mean you also i private information?"

  Uanding his , I quickly reassure him, "Only illegal activity and as reted to crime, I assure you." while thinking, 'As if I actually care about inane information like what you say to your mistress or your strange passion for tentacles and elves adult animes... I only want to ehat nothing like the tragedy that happened in America repeat itself in our try...'

  While I was thinking that, the Chief et Secretary let out a sigh and said, "Haa... If the public ever finds out about this system, the entire general ele will find themselves out of office."

  I quickly stepped in front of the Chief et Secretary and decred, "Simir systems are already operating in other tries. It's Japan that is falling behind."

  Hearing that the Chief et Secretary nods and decres, "The existence of the Hypnos System must never be known. Not even the facilities here exist! Having these Wild Ones gain physical bodies in the Real World is something that must not happen!"

  Takato POV - Real World, Earth, Japan, Tokyo - 2001

  I'm walking on the busy sidewalk with Guilmon by my side and luckily no one seems to actually care about his presehinking that he is some kind of well-made cospy or something along these lines, our destination is Kagurazaka Girls' Academy, the only other elementary school in this area, which means it is likely the school of the Digimon Queen.

  Once I arrived in front of the Kagurazaka Girls' Academy, I quickly asked a random girl where the Digimon Queen currently lives, it was a bit difficult without knowing her name, so I had to actually describe her to all those I asked and after a few try, I finally learned where she lives and that her name is actually Makino Ruki.

  I quickly head there and soon I arrive in the area and start to look around searg for the "Makino" e while muttering, "I think it is around here..."

  But suddenly, Guilmon rushes into a nearby alleyway and I quickly run after him while yelling, "Guilmon! Wait up! Where are you going?"

  I tio run after my Digimon until Guilmon leads me to a dead-end alleyway, but soon I uand the reason as standing in the alleyway is actually a familiar fox Digimon with bright yellow fur waiting for us making me excim, "Renamon!"

  At the same time, Guilmon says, "Guilmon knew right away that you'd be here, Renamon"

  In response, Renamon simply states, "Digimon are drawn to each other. That is because Digimon os to fight aroy each other."

  Hearing that, Guilmon decres, "But Guilmo want to fight you." making me add and ask, "That's right! Do you want to fight that badly?"

  Right at this moment, I hear Ruki's voice behind me as she asks, "Then what does the cowardly Tamer who doesn't have the guts to fight want to see me for?"

  Guilmon and I turn our heads at the same time to look behind us ahe Digimon Queen, Makino Ruki standing behind us as she says, "Could you stop walking with Guilmon throughout the city like it's your pet? It's embarrassing,"

  Feeling attacked, I quickly respond while stuttering, "I-It's not embarrassing at all!"

  We stare at each other in silence for a few seds, until Guilmon suddenly asks, "Are we going to fight, Takato?"

  Hearing that I quickly excim, "Fight? No! I didn't e here to fight." then I look back at her and start with, "You're Makino Ruki-san, right? I'm Takato. Matsuda Takato."

  Without aation, Ruki looked at me and asked in an aone, "What do you want? You didn't fall in love with me and e here to fess, did you?" making me awkwardly reply, "No..."

  After that, Ruki invites me to her home, a very elegant traditional Japanese home with tatami fl, sliding doors, and wooden verandas cirg the home.

  Ohere, I take a good look at her aate for a moment as I once again remember that strange dream I had the day befuilmon was born where I saw her and Renamon fighting against what looked like a Lynxmon, but then I unsciously say, "I think I have seen you in a dream..."

  But I immediately realize how what I just said be misuood especially when I remember what she said a few minutes ago, so, I quickly raise my hands and defensively say, "Don't get the wrong idea! It's not like I have feelings for you or something like that..."

  At this point, she looks at me and calmly says in a deadpan manner, "You don't know a joke when you hear one, don't you, kid?"

  Offended, I quickly yelled back, "You are in fifth grade just like me!" making an annoyed Ruki yell back, "Cut it out! Don't you realize that you e off as really creepy, saying this weird stuff about how you have dreamt about me?"

  Hearing that, I only feel myself defte and say, "I'm sorry. That's not it. It's just that I have a question for you..."

  At this point, I hear the voice of an older woman that says, "Ruki? Ruki-, are you home?"

  Quickly after, one of the sliding doors opened revealing the figure of an older woman with short light brown hair and brown eyes, she looked at us and said, "Oh, it's rare for a friend of Ruki to e over."

  I face the woman who is very likely Ruki's family and respectfully greet her, "Hello! I'm sorry for the intrusion."

  The older woman smiled gently and invited me, "e on in and have some tea. I haven't brought any cakes, but we have senbei crackers, if you'd like." but before I could reply, Ruki said, "Don't brandma. He was just leaving." making Ruki's grandma say, "Well, that's a shame. Please e visit again." before she closes the sliding door and leaves.

  Hearing her gentle invite, I only awkwardly reply, "O-Okay!"

  Shortly after that, I heard a sound behind us and saw the figure of Guilmon falling on the ground as Renamon, who helped him in hiding from Ruki's grandma, threw him out.

  But then I focus ba Ruki and finally ask after struggling to find the right words, "Um... Ruki-... Do you know why Renamon came here from the Digital World?"

  Hearing that, Ruki looks at me and asks, "Why do you want to know?" making me answer, "Because maybe they could end up turning bato Data..."

  But Ruki quickly says and asks back, "Digimoa to being with. Why would that be s?" in respoo that I stutter, "But... But that's sad..."

  At this point, Ruki takes a look at Renamon and falls into silenable to e up with an answer, and at this point, I realize that it is time for me to return bae.

  Ruki walked me by the door and I looked at her and said, "Um... thanks. I've always wahe ce to talk to you, after that dream. See you!" followed by Guilmon who said, "Renamon, bye-bye!"

  I start to walk bae, but after a few meters, I hear Ruki as she yells, "Hold it!" I turn bad curious ask, "What?" Ruki then warns me, "If you add a - to my name again, I'll kick your behind!" before she walks bato her house and closes the door making me ent surprised by her outburst, "W-What's with her?"

  After the meeting with the Chief et Secretary, I remained in the aer of the Hypnos System to watch over the situation of a strange anomaly we detected when suddenly, Reika said, "Supervisor Yamaki!"

  I look up at the internal dome, which we use as a proje s to show the visual representation of the current state of the work, and instantly my gaze focuses on the blinking red point with swirling lines around it and decres, "It isn't a wild one..."

  Reika quickly checks our database and after a few seds she says, "We don't have any previous data on this pattern!"

  Hearing that, I immediately and, "Gigabit Tracer!" which is followed by Reika who uands what I io do and says, "It's been installed. Switg to virtual monitor."

  After my talk with Ruki, the sky starts to turn dark and I start to walk bae with Guilmon by my side as I tio think about what Lee-kun and Ruki told me and mutter, "I wonder why..." making Guilmon ask me, "What's wrong, Takato?"

  I tio walk as I try to expin what is going through my mind, "I wonder why you came to me, Guilmon... I like Digimon, and I've always thought that it would be great if I could py with them for real, not just o or with cards. That's why all of this feels like a dream e true. Like the things I wished for were granted like magic."

  Guilmon walking by my side ents, "Magic? Guilmo uand, but if it makes Takato happy, then Guilmon is happy, too!"

  Hearing that, I stop and take a look at my Digimon feeling happy about his feeling, then with a smile on my face, I say, "Thanks, but somehow I get the feeling that that isn't all there is to it."

  In respoo my words, Guilmon opens his mouth as if smiling back at me and says, "Wonder what fun things we'll do tomorrow. Maybe Culumon will drop by to py again!"

  After saying that, Guilmon starts to walk in front of me, and I immediately notice that the lower half of his body is growing fuzzy and faint just like what happehis m, and scared I yell, "Guilmon!"

  Guilmon turns around and looks at me fused, "What's wrong, Takato?" but then he seems to realize that something is wrong, "Huh? Guilmon feels kind of strange... It feels weird, Takato... Like Guilmon... is about... to disappear..."

  Seeing that more than half of his body bees fuzzy and faint, I quickly hug him while yelling in despair as I start g because I don't want to lose my friend, "I don't want that to happen, Guilmon! Don't do this to me! Don't! I'll never let you go off somewhere! I-I'll never-"

  Guilmon interrupts me by saying, "Guilmon... won't go anywhere..." before his body suddenly disappears making me fall on the ground, but then I quickly turn around just in time to see his very faint figure disappear in motes of red light as it calls my a... ka... to..." making me yell as tear fall from my eyes, "Guilmon!!"

  Seeing the empty sidewalk, I get up and mutter, "It's like he never existed in the first pce... How that... Guilmon did exist... He was my friend..."

  But just as I'm about to be engulfed by sadness and despair, I hear my Digivice beeping and with hope in my heart, I pull it out and take a look at it, ahat it now dispys a pass pointing somewhere making me instantly realize, "He is here! Guilmon's here somewhere!"

  After realizing that, I immediately start to look around while thinking, 'I 't do this alone... I need some help, but who I ask... That's right! Pucci-sensei, Lee-kun, and Ruki! They are Tamers too, and Pucci-sensei seems to know a lot more than us! But I don't know how to tact him or where he lives... This means I only ask Lee-kun and Ruki...'

  After watg that anomaly for some time I decide that it is finally time to do something about that before it could unleash who knows what kind of danger, so I head toward the server area with Reika following me, officially she has to input the new data we gathered in Hypnos' backup servers, unofficially, my girlfriend is here to help and support me.

  Ohere, I quickly start to ect my persoernal hard drive to the server, and seeing that, Reika asks, "What are you doing?"

  I use my device to ect to the server and install Yuggoth while saying, "No matter what that thing may be, its attributes are still the same as a Wild one... A bringer of chaos into the work. It is not allowed to exist."

  Hearing that, Reika warns me while maintaining her professionalism, "Programs that haven't been officially approved of are prohibited from use, sir..."

  In response, I 't help but say in an almost mog manner as I wait for my program to be installed, "Prohibited? Do you holy believe that the established ws made by men who 't even imagihat there is another world overpping our Real World will be enough to allow the Digital World to maintain its regurity?"

  Soon the instaltion of Yuggoth is plete, and Reika again warns me, "What you are doing is dangerous. There is a possibility that it will cause a malfun withiwork itself."

  Hearing that, I look at my girlfriend and say, "When the branches have withered, you cut them off. We always re-ect it ter. Execute my program, Yuggoth."

  Jayr POV - Real World, Earth, Japan, Tokyo - 2001

  I watch as Takato, Jianliang, Ruki, Terriermon, and Renamon walk toward the spot where the Digital Zone captured Guilmon aakato say, "This is it. This is where Guilmon disappeared."

  But as soon as they get too close, Renamon and Terriermon start to get affected by the Digital Zone and part of their bodies start to get faint and fuzzy as the Digital Zone begins to pull their Data toward it.

  Renamon immediately warns its Tamer of the ge, and Jianliang also takes a look at Terriermon and notices that the same is happening to him, so he says, "There's something inside here. Terriermon, go home and stay there. Renamon, you shouldn't stick around here, either."

  Hearing that, Renamon looks at Ruki for firmation, and Ruki agrees with Jianliang, "It's okay. Go back."

  As soon as the two Digimoreat, Ruki looks at Jianliang and asks, "We just don't have to go his pce, right? I'm going home, too!" making the boy say, "But Guilmon has disappeared."

  Annoyed, Ruki yells, "Why would that ge anything? Digimoa, nothing mo-" but Takato interrupts her and yells "Digimon are...!" but then he lowers his tone, "... our friends...! They're our friends..."

  Jianliang pulls out his D-Ark and after looking at it he says, "Let's go save Guilmon."

  Soowo run ihe structure that leads to the underground water tunnel while Ruki looks at them and mutters, "They have nothing to do with us..." but then she alss out her D-Ark and looks at it for a few moments, before she looks back at the duo and starts to follow after them and I calmly do the same.

  Ruki ehe building before me, and I hear Takato as he happily yells, "Ruki-cha-" but he stops midway before he lets out a cough as, "Ruki, you came!"

  In response, Ruki says, "A Tamer doesn't turn her ba the enemy."

  At this moment, I also step inside revealing my presence, and say, "This is her own way of saying that deep inside she actually cares for what happeo Guilmon..."

  Ruki turns around and looks at me saying, "You!!" followed by Jianliang and Takato who yell, "Pucci-sensei!"

  Before they could say anything else, I quickly raised my hand to stop them and say, "Let's hurry, if we waste too much time Guilmon could really be in danger..."

  Both Jianliang and Takato nod and start to walk into the tunnel as Ruki and I follow after them, as we walk, Ruki asks the guys how they know me, making them expin that I'm their English Teacher.

  Learning that, Ruki looks at me and asks how it is possible for me to have three Digimon Partners, something that surprises both Jianliang and Takato as they only knew about Wormmon, and shortly after that, I holy expin that it was my good luck that the three of them hatched from the same Digitama.

  Before the three kids could ask any more questions, we finally arrived at our destination and saw a dome made of tless white blinking squares making Jianlinag excim, "What is that?"

  Hearing his question, I calmly expin, "That is a Digital Zone, an area in which the Real World and Digital World have overpped... and for that reason, it pulls Digimon into the Real World within it."

  Listening to what I said about the Digital Zoakato decres, "Guilmon must be in there! Guilmon I'll- I'll save you!"

  As soon as he said that, his D-Ark started to shine and release a bright beam of light, and soon after, my, Ruki's, and Jianliang's D-Ark did the same surprising Ruki who asked, "What's this?"

  Hearing that question, I quickly expin, "We are all ected timon through the D-Arks, this means that we use them to lead our way..."

  After saying that, I point my D-Ark at the Digital Zoting it with the bright beam it is releasing, and soon, the kids do the same opening the way inside.

  Seeing that, Takato doesn't hesitate to rush inside while calling Guilmon's name, and Jianliang and Ruki follow after him.

  I run after them to ehat they don't get deleted as I clearly sehat a bst of energy is heading toward this direeaning that Hypnos is using its program to try ae this zone.

  Ihe zone I see Takato, Jianliang, and Ruki floating aimlessly fused by the chaotic mess found in the Digital Zo least until Takato finds a bound Guilmon and starts to "swim" toward him while yelling, "Hang in there, Guilmon! You are a Digimon! You are strong!"

  But suddenly a strange sound is heard as a bst of energy hits the Digital Zone weakening it, and at this point, I don't waste anymore time and fly toward the bound Digimon while Takato yells, "Pucci-sensei!"

  I quickly break Guilmon free and say, "Let's get out of here... This zone is gettied!" at the same time, I use my Spiral o to create a road that they use to run out of here, oside, the kids reuh their Digimon, and Takato thanks us for the help before he is forced to leave as his parents are searg for him.
