"Mom—"
"Everyone, goodbye—"
"Aunt Toki, Aunt Furiko, Aunt Nef, Aunt Stussy, goodbye!!!"
"Take care!!!!"
"See you in ten years!!!!"
Three days ter, in front of a massive wooden house o Isood as Toki prepared to activate her Time-Time Fruit.
Includihys, the pregnant giantess, all the expeg women were sent ten years into the future.
Toki held hands with the others, her face a mix of determination and resolve. She was cradled ihys's massive palm as the giantess sat on the ground.
The moment, Toki activated her power.
"Swish—"
A dazzling light enveloped the group, and in an instant, it surged into the sky and vanished without a trace.
"Hehe, so this is the power of the Time-Time Fruit?"
Linlily stroked her swollen belly, marveling at the ability.
Gerd, holding Thor and Sif, couldn’t help but remark, "To travel directly through time to the future… It really is incredible!"
"Alright, don’t be sad," El said, cradling the tearful Eden in his arms. He smiled and reassured her, "It won’t be long before you see Mom again!"
"Really, Dad…?"
Eden’s eyes were red fr, her voice trembling with emotion.
El patted her head gently and nodded. "Of course."
"Then pinky promise!" Eden sniffled, holding out her small hand.
"Alright, pinky promise," El said, chug as he hooked her finger with his.
That afternoon, the group returo Atntis, where the embers of the Fallen Angel Pirates—including Rock, Moss, Little Oars Jr., and others—had already gathered. Linlin, Sally, Gerd, Lillian, and other key figures were also present.
"El-sama!"
At the absurdly long and oversized fereable, the Fallen Angel Pirates' officers all stood to greet him. Over the past five years, their collective presence had grown fiercer and more imposing. Additionally, a number of promising new members had risen to prominence.
"Sit down," El anded with a wave of his hand as he took his seat at the head of the table. His t figure exuded an aura of authority without needing to raise his voice.
"Now, I will report on the progress of Totto Land and the Fallen Angel Pirates over the past five years!"
The ference was led by Tsuru, the Totto Land Kingdom’s Chief Strategist. Over the years, she had matured into a petent and anding presence, radiating intelligend beauty. She surveyed the room full of imposing officers without hesitation, speaking firmly.
"First, Cake Isnd, the capital of Totto Land, has been expanded more than tenfold and fully restructed. Additionally, 35 of the 36 isnds uotto Land’s trol—excludi Isnd—have been ected by massive bridges thanks to Saul’s efforts. Each bridge is equipped with dual train tracks, and trains are now operational across the work."
"Several isnds have also been expanded in size, some by multiple times their inal area."
"In terms of popution, Cake Isnd now has over five million residents. Seven other isnds have poputions exceeding one million, ten isnds exceed 500,000, thirteen isnds exceed 200,000, and four isnds have fewer than 200,000 residents."
"Each isnd has established prehensive medical and educational systems. Currently, Totto Land implements a nine-year pulsory education policy. The three uies retly pleted in Totto Land have already enrolled suffit students and are ready to ence csses."
"Two years ago, the Totto Land Royal Military Academy was established on Cake Isnd. It admits hundreds of students annually, including members selected from the Fallen Angel Pirates as well as local youths who pass the entrance exams."
"Eically, Totto Land has abolished agricultural taxes, poll taxes, and other burdensome levies, colleg only value-added and ercial taxes. The pletion of the bridge work eg all 35 isnds has not only bolstered domestierce but also attracted fn merts due to Totto Land’s stability and favorable business enviro. Eic growth is rapid, and for the first time, the kingdom has achieved fiscal bance."
"The Hell Trading pany has expanded from dealing in grain and medial herbs to sectors such as pharmaceuticals, wellness, shipping, maery, alcohol, and even ons. Many of these industries are now leaders in their fields or hold monopolistic positions."
"The vast profits geed each year ehat Totto Land simultaneously and rapidly advan civil infrastructure, military development, stific research, and medical innovation."
"Militarily, the Homies Army now numbers over 100,000. The police force, which maintains w and order across the isnds, sists of more than 50,000 personnel."
"The kingdom’s standing army totals over 300,000, with approximately 30,000 elite troops. Our navy boasts 542 vessels, including warships, troop transports, and armed mert ships."
"Beyond Totto Land’s domestids, the kingdom directly or ily trols over 131 isnds worldwide, 20% of which are ri valuable resources."
…
Tsuru provided a brief overview of Totto Land’s current state, leaving everyone present in awe. No one could have imagihat in just five short years, the kingdom would grow to such a level of prosperity and strength. It had undergone a plete transformation.
Of course, the key to this rapid development boiled down to one word: money. From the very beginning, without El’s extraordinary abilities and leadership, the Hell Trading pany could never have risen to prominenow, with a giant sve empowered by the Grow-Grow Fruit overseeing the Calm Belt pntations, El no longer o personally oversee every detail.
"But don’t celebrate too early," Tsuru cautioned, shifting the tone of the meeting. "We face signifit challenges. Not only do we have to tend with the ever-growing Rocks Pirates, who frequently csh with the Fallen Angel Pirates in the New World, but they are like wolves cirg us, waiting for an opportunity to strike."
"Additionally, the Navy Headquarters has regais strength through global recruitment, drawie forces from allied nations. They’ve stabilized the chaos in the Four Seas and the first half of the Grand Line. While the Navy has retreated to the Grand Line’s first half, creating a tripartite bah the Fallen Angel Pirates and the Rocks Pirates in the New World, that fragile equilibrium could colpse at any moment."
"And with the clusion of the final ransom trade involving the kidnapped Celestial Dragons, the agreement with the Wover has expired. A new wave of challenges has already begun!"
Tsuru’s expression turned grave as she tinued, "The Wover has now issued orders to restrict Hell Trading pany’s operations within its allied nations. It’s clear they won’t let us tinue unchecked."
El remained calm, his tone indifferent as he replied, "The Rocks Pirates are nothing more than a loose coalition of opportunists. Each member is driven by their own ambitions, with no loyalty to Rocks. They’re an uncoordinated rabble and not a signifit threat."
"For now, the Wover likely hasn’t resolved to fully sever ties with us. However, given their methods, they’ll surely use the Hell Trading pany as a pawn to provoke flicts between us and the Rocks Pirates."
"But we’ll set that aside for now. There’s something else I o announce."
The room fell silent as all eyes turo El. Rising to his full height, he tapped the table lightly and smiled.
"Every one of us here has a massive bounty on our heads issued by the Wover, don’t we?" El began. "From this moment on, the Totto Land Kingdom will officially issue bounties of our own against the Wover and its affiliates."
"From the highest authorities of the Woverhe Five Elders—to all levels of its officials and naval officers, we will pce high-value bounties as an act of proportional retaliation."
"What!?"
"A bounty on the Five Elders and the Navy!?"
The room erupted in shock at El’s decration.
Bleam
