“Pssss~~~ Pssss~~~”
“I am El!”
Having just finished his training, El was drenched i. The magnifit dragon broadsword returo its sheath as he picked up the Den Den Mushi pced to the side.
“El-sama, I’ve returned…”
The Den Den Mushi, bearing the features of the shape-shifting witch Sally, transmitted her melodious voice. “Early this m, I finally got back to the Totto Land sea area with Barry’s help.”
“Hmm? You’re back?” El was surprised by her words. “Sally, weren’t you at Enies Lobby? Why did you suddenly return?”
Sally’s voice was lighthearted and cheerful, giving no indication that anything had gone wrong. She seemed to be in an exceptionally good mood.
“Well, I had no choice—it’s all your fault, El-sama. I’m pregnant too!”
Oher end of the line, Sally sounded a bit helpless. “The sudden nausea from m siess nearly blew my cover as a CP9 member! And besides, I’ve worked so hard to ceive El-sama’s child. I wouldn’t want to give it up so easily, would I?”
“Moreover, El-sama, you wouldn’t allow that to happen, would you?”
“Pregnant?” El raised an eyebrow a out a light chuckle. “That’s good news!”
“As for the mission, put it on hold for now—there’s no rush.”
El was never so strict as to disregard the well-being of his own woman over a covert mission. Sally was right: El would never let her termihe pregnancy for such a reason.
Besides, he knew Sally had long desired to bear his child. Not to force her way into dominance or to stir petition, but because she uood that El would never belong to just one woman. If she could bear his child, at least she’d secure a p his heart.
Even if she had no iion of vying for favor, Sally didn’t want to bee irrelevant or insignifit as she aged. The principle of “a mother’s status elevated by her child” applied everywhere.
“Where are you?” El asked with a smile.
Since she regnant and had returned from the first half of the Grand Li was only natural for him—both as her boss and lover, and as the child’s father—to visit her.
“Are you ing over? I’m at the hospital on Nut Isnd right now… I just had a prenatal check-up done by Nef. She and Stussy are both terribly jealous,” Sally said pyfully from the other end of the Den Den Mushi.
“Hmph, go ahead and gloat…” Nef gred at her, grindieeth. “Push me too far, and I’ll use Stussy’s teiques to collect El-sama’s sperm and have a test-tube baby!”
Retly, Nef had been frequently discussing such matters with Dr. Kureha and other doctors recruited from the Drum Kingdom. With Stussy’s support in the stific department under Ryan’s jurisdi, there were no major teical or equipment obstacles. The ces of successfully bearing El-sama’s child were high.
However, there was o rush. Moreover, Dr. Kureha had already developed a harmless ovution-indug drug using the Mushroom-Mushroom Fruit’s abilities. It likely wouldn’t be long before oo, could ceive a child for El-sama.
“Why didn’t you two mention this earlier?” Upon hearing this, Sally’s eyes widened as she looked indignantly at Nef and Stussy. Lately, she had been so occupied with external intelligence operations that she’d overlooked the internal developments in Totto Land. She hadn’t expected the two of them to have secretly prepared something like this long ago.
It was eous—especially since such teology existed! She had worried unnecessarily, fearing she might be uo ceive El-sama’s child.
“Hehe, it’s called being prepared for all eventualities,” Stussy said with a pyful smile, arms crossed.
“You three, enough already… What’s the rush? Good things e to those who wait!” Far away o Isnd, El couldn’t help but feel exasperated as he listeo the three women’s versation. With a wry smile, he remarked, “Have you all gone mad? It hasn’t evehat long!”
Decisively, he ehe call and stepped into a wooden house.
Inside, he was greeted by the sight of two enormous bodies taogether. The two giantesses were pying around so exuberantly that it nearly overwhelmed his self-trol.
“El, what’s wrong?” The giaethys asked in surprise.
Helen, aniantess, looked relut. “El, are you leaving?” she asked.
Seeing El carrying his massive sword, they assumed he must have some urgent matter to attend to.
“Sally’s pregnant. I o go che her,” El expined with a smile, kissing both women lightly. “I’ve already arranged for Streusen to prepare a vish lunch. It’ll be packed in bubble-ed rice sacks and delivered by sea beasts. You two should rest for now!”
“What? Sally’s pregnant?” The two giantesses wideheir eyes, exging looks of surprise.
“It seems I’m a step behind again!” Tethys excimed, pulling El close, her t frame enveloping him. “This won’t do, El. You owe me pensation!”
“Alright, I’ll e back ter. You two wait here for me,” El said with a chuckle.
The allure of the two beautiful giantesses was irresistible, far more captivating together than individually. Even El found it hard to resist their charm.
“Wait, I…” Helen’s face turned crimson. Again? She wasn’t mentally prepared for this!
But El gave her no ce to protest. After patting both women affeately on their cheeks, he left with a smile.
…
Before long, guided by a Vivre Card, El soared to Nut Isnd and arrived in front of a newly structed high-rise building. This was one of Totto Land’s newly pleted hospitals, equipped with the most advanced medical teology in the kingdom.
When not training, vacationing, or participating in military campaigns, he Deputy Minister of Health—often worked here sultations. As for Dr. Kureha, she only stepped in for particurly plex or rare medical cases. Having gradually established and refiotto Land’s healthcare system, she now acted more like a hands-off manager, delegating routine work to Nef and others.
Dr. Kureha’s schedule was almost like a regur o-five, with weekends off. Occasionally, she led teams to develop new drugs. The annual sary of over 100 million berries that El offered her was well worth it. Dr. Kureha was highly dedicated, and the pharmaceutical development team had already made remarkable progress.
Several effective treatments for various illnesses had been developed and were being mass-produced in newly built factories. The first batch of new medies was ready for distribution through the Hell Trading pany and would soon unto the market.
One of the most sought-after products wasn’t even a medie, but a health supplement that had bee wildly popur among nobles, elites, and the wealthy worldwide. For Dr. Kureha, who excelled in wellness products, creating such supplements was effortless. These were poised to bee immensely profitable, potentially appealing even to affluent oners.
“El-sama!”
