Chapter 54: Tasty Information.

  (Celia’s POV)

  Celia: “Do you have information about other players?” I ask, getting closer to her desk.

  Sven: “…I do. But… won’t you just kill me after I give it to you?” She asked with a nervous tone.

  Celia: “Why would I do that?” I reply with a head tilt.

  Sven: “…”

  Using her head, the woman began to put the pieces together. For one, if I wanted to kill her, why would I leave those guards alive? They would be great witnesses.

  Sven: “With my wealth, I have been able to get information on almost all of the players in the city. In total, there are five thousand of them. 2,000 males, and 3,000 females.” She informed.

  Celia: “Oh.” I reply with an uninterested tone.

  I just wanted to know the exact number of women that must recruit in this city. I don’t want to know where they’re living, what they look like, and their powers. Where’s the fun in that?

  Sven: “…What do you actually want from me?” She asked with an annoyed tone.

  Celia: “I want you to join my guild, of course.” I answered.

  Sven: “Guild… What is your name?” She replied.

  Celia: “Celia.” I say with a smile.

  Sven: “…Can I leave the game? Supposedly, your guild is capable of doing that.” She asked with an excited tone.

  Celia: “Yes, you can leave. Just accept the bribes, and then join my guild. Once you do, then a menu will pop up, which has two options on it. Either join as a real member, or leave to a safe universe.” I explain in reply.

  Sven wanted to leave the game, but clearly, she did a lot in this dimension. Even Higher Beings hate leaving behind their hard work. As such, the women needed to think for a while.

  For a While Later.

  Sven: “Effective immediately, ownership of this company goes to Cern.” She said after picking up her desk phone, before then hanging it up once she finished speaking.

  Celia: “Cern?” I repeat the name.

  Sven: “Someone that I trust. She’ll handle this company properly.” She replied.

  In just minutes, Sven had taken the bribes and joined my guild. Like all the others before her, she vanished quickly. You know… I wonder what that universe is like.

  Faith: “Celia… you just wanted to know the numbers, didn’t you?” She asked.

  Celia: “That’s right. If all the needed information is just given to me, then it would be very boring.” I reply with a laugh.

  Faith: “Giving yourself more work… I request that you go to sleep soon.” She ordered.

  Celia: “Why? Are you feeling lonely?” I ask in reply with a smug tone.

  Faith: “Lonely? Since I am with you… I haven’t felt lonely in a long while.” She denied.

  Celia: “Oh… that’s cute.” I say with a slightly embarrassed tone.

  While secretly leaving the building, Faith and I continued to flirt with each other. Oddly, like she drugged me, I actually felt quite tired right now… While I was feeling drowsy, a car pulled up beside me…
