Chapter 58: It was Never an Option in the First Pce.

  (*Celia’s POV*)

As I separated my mouth from Lia’s, she looked around the room. Lia saw her door that I kicked in, and the knife by her side on the bed. Quickly, she realized what had happened.

Lia: “I…I didn’t… Did I try to kill myself, Celia?” She asked with a nervous tone.

Celia: “No. Your broken doll-like self did. It wasn’t you. And besides, I made it in time, anyway.” I say with a warm tone while rubbing her head.

Lia: “Does that even matter!? Celia, it’s my fault that Yona got hurt, and is stuck sleeping... A, I do this! Isn’t this just the same as rolling around on the floor, throwing a tantrum, all because you’d be upset with me!?” She excimed with tears running down her face.

Celia: “I am not upset with you, Lia.” I say, while giving her a hug.

Lia: “You… you should be angry with me, Celia! It was a stupid mistake, and it ended up with Yoing hurt. How could you not hate me?…” She said with an uone.

She is killing herself inside, even though the woman herself knows that it was a mistake, and nothing more... Lia didn’t want this to happen. I ’t hate her for it.

Celia: “I am not angry with you, Lia. Like you said, it was a stupid mistake.” I reply.

Lia: “Then… then what am I supposed to do!?” She excimed.

Celia: “Move on, Lia. It’s all that you do. Hey, just listen to me for a bit, okay? I have some things that I o say to you.” I ask with a sione.

Lia: “Okay…” She replied with a weak tone.

Celia: “When I got bae, seeing how everyone was, and Yona not being in the room, I assumed that she had died.” I say.

  Lia: “…”

Celia: “When I woke up, I saw that she was alive, but asleep. I was sad, but I was even more happy that she was still alive. But then it hit me…” I say.

Lia: “What?…” She asked with a nervous tone.

Celia: “My sadness at the moment was nothing pared to the guilt that was, and still is, killing you, Lia.” I expin as I hold her hands.

Lia: “I…” She said without being had to finish a sentence.

Celia: “I am sad, Lia, that much is true, but what would hurt me more, would be losing both you and Yona all in the same day. I would be broken beyond repair, Lia. I ot live without you.” I say before I give her a small kiss on her lips.

Lia: “Celia… Didn’t my doll-like self do this for attention? I am immortal, after all…” She said, to deny my fiveness.

Celia: “I don’t believe so, Lia. You know that you’re immortal, but your doll-like self most likely didn’t. You were in pain, and she wao end that pain.” I reply with a fident tone.

Lia: “It’s hard to say… Celia, you know, inally, I thought that I would be the stronger one in our retionship. Both physically aally.” She said with a sad smile.

Celia: “Unfortunately, I will tio prove that theory wrong, as long as you will have me, my dear wife.” I say with a warm smile.

With no more words said between us, Lia hugged me, and she started g into my chest. I let her cry as much as she wao. During this, some maids had quickly fixed up the door, so that we could have our privacy.

Lia: “I know that you wouldn’t be angry with me, Celia. Which is why the guilt hurt so much. I don’t even know how I live with myself anymore…” She expined.

Celia: “That’s simple. Help me heal and wake Yona up. Why feel guilty when you focus on fixing the problem, rather thaing it kill you from the i?” I suggest.

Lia: “But… how do we save her?” She asked.

Celia: “I have no idea, Lia. But regardless, I don’t care if it will take a hundred, or a thousand years, I will wake Yona up. Will you help me?” I ask with a serious tone.

Lia: “I will help, Celia. It’s the least I do, after all.” She replied with a fident tone.

Celia: “Good. Now, let’s go talk to the others. We o brainstorm a whole bunch of ideas on how to save Yona.” I say with a smile.

Lia and everyone else: “Absolutely rejected!” They all excimed.

I thought that rivacy!? Ah, so they were all already in the room, but were using the invisibility granted by the blessing of the Elves and the spirits… Hey, Lia? Didn’t you say that you would help me out? Why are you rejeg me now?…

Celia: “Why am I beied?” I ask with a fused tone.

Ria: “Alenta, the current administrator of Hell, told us all of your exploits.” She said.

Alenta ratted me out to my family!? I thought that she owed me favors, why would she pit my family against me like this?… Cheeky Hell administrator….

Celia: “And what of them? I did a lot of good things in Hell, I’ll have you know.” I reply with a head tilt.

Nia: “We know… Celia, you’re absolutely exhausted. At the bare minimum, you o rest for at least a month.” She said with a stern tone.

Celia: “I ’t rest until Yona is awake…” I say with a sad tone.

What kind of daughter would I be if I just let my mom stay in a a, all while I rest and do nothing at all? Even sidering all of my circumstances, I ’t allow such a thing to happen…

  Solia: “Rejected, Celia.” She denied.

Mena: “Mom, they’re right! You o take a break!” She agreed.

  Celia: “…”

Ria: “Celia, you o rest. This isn’t something that you get out of. If you force us, I will do everything in my power to prevent you from w.” She said with a serious tone.

Holy shit… Ria just threated me. What’s worse, is she is one of the few people who I have to worry about threats from… She is absolutely serious about making her wife, me, rest from her trip from Hell… A trip from Hell in a literal sense, mind you.

Lia: “You rest, Celia. We will find a solution in the meantime.” She suggested.

Celia: “But…” I try to say before my words were cut off.

Solia: “No buts, Celia. I don’t know if we will find the answer while you’re resting, but we will still try. You’re my daughter, and this happened because we rushed ahead with the war without you with us.” She said with a warm tone.

Dammit… I have my entire family “kindly” suggesting for me to rest… Just like how I couldn’t ever hate Lia, I also ’t deny their “suggestion” anymore. With that, even with slight resistany part, I was forced to rest…
