With the newly gained undead undead forces from Colstarn Yorun has had them brought outside of Kelinrask, taking the time to do so as the elves took their own time to secure Colstarn itself and the human soldiers that surrendered. Yorun is overseeing the undead forces outside Kelinrask with them getting into formation outside its walls as the new undead continue little by little to get smarter and better at what they do, as Yorun watches he hears a voice in his head, its Sunhale.
"Yorun, Norilas has come to the fortress, we've given her access so the defences don't kill her but she's come to speak to you" Sunhale said telepathically
"On my way" Yorun responded telepathically
Yorun within moments teleports to the fortress heading for the throne room of the fortress where he senses Sunhale and Norilas. Norilas looks at the throne before them.
"You know, looking at the throne here in this fortress it reminds me that Emperor Durinkal's castle within the capital will be far larger with a throne room and throne far more elegant than what's here, it'll be pretty satisfying to see it ruined" Norilas said
"I agree" Yorun said
"Fuck! Every damn time I forget I can't sense you, could have sworn it only used to hide your magic" Norilas said
"Things adapt, anyway you wanted to speak?" Yorun asked curious about what she wants
"Yes, while my forces were securing and cleaning up Colstarn four figures showed up outside the castles grounds, upon investigation they seemed to be ghosts, see through and yet the prisoners from Colstarn did not recognise them. Wondered if you might know something about that given your affinity with the dead" Norilas said
"Describe them. Now" Yorun said with his tone serious yet hopeful which Norilas notices
"Two human women and a human man though the fourth one was some winged skeletal humanoid" Norilas said growing curious
With Norilas' last words Yorun was gone, teleporting to Colstarn immediately much to the surprise of the elves who see him, they almost raise the alarm until they realise who it is. Yorun stands on the battlements looking down at the field previously full of corpses trying to see the group of supposed ghosts until he sees the group standing in the field looking around. Yorun jumps from the battlements softening his landing with magic yet it's imperfect and he feels the drop in his knees yet the excitement and anticipation make him ignore as if it is a momentary flicker of pain despite its persistence as he runs. As Yorun closes in on the group he identifies first of all Jinarls form, easily identifiable from a distance yet as he gets even closer the faces that began to fade from his mind come rushing back faster than his emotions can process them, he sees his wife and children standing before him. Instinctually he tries to hug them with the thought of his dismembered left arm away from his mind and the fact he cannot touch them just as far until he passes right through them.
"....Damnit" Yorun said as his voice grew quiet almost breaking as the realisation hits his brain
"Yorun... Can you really see us...? Can you... hear us...?" Lina asked as she reached out to her husbands face to try and have his head rest in her hand yet she feels nothing as her fingers go through him
"I can... Gods it's good to hear your voice Lina. How I wish I could take your hand in mine" Yorun said as he brings his hand up to his face hovering it next to hers as if holding it with it against his face

"Father...? Are you okay?" Jaynle and Rayne both asked as the question they'd longed to ask him since they first heard of his exploits to bring them back could finally be asked
The one question of his he is okay from his own children slain and sent to Faelerm breaks Yorun as he falls to his knees and puts his hand to his face as he tears up with all the things he's seen and done since that day in Kurinet flash though his mind but above it all his family looms in his mind.
"Gods no but I couldn't care less because right now even if I cannot touch you or be with you three properly I have my family here and its the happiest I've been in so long" Yorun said as he looked up at them
As Lina, Jaynle and Rayne crouch down and make the motion of hugging him and each other Norilas and Sunhale teleport onto the battlements and see Yorun in the field seemingly being hugged by three of the ghosts. Norilas looks slightly confused for a moment.
"Sunhale, who are they to him?" Norilas asked in the elven tongue
"We all have our own reasons for joining the fight against the Fiernian empire, what would drive a man to follow a god of death and justice, command the dead and finally go on what could have easily been a lone mans war against an empire? Lost love ones, in this case a wife and two children" Sunhale said as a small smile appears on his face seeing Yorun getting a chance with his family once more
"Raeknar is a mystery to me still yet here we stand watching something for him and his family only" Norilas said
"Good point" Sunhale said
Sunhale soon quickly moves the shadows of the nearby forest out around Yorun and his family creating a dome of darkness where Yorun and his family can still perfectly see eachother, Yorun is momentarily confused until he hears a voice.
"Just giving you some privacy Raeknar, don't want your reputation dropping" Sunhale said with a little levity into the shadows next to him which echo in the dome
"Thank you... Yoruns voice quietens as he looks to his family
Yorun still can't believe their faces even transparent as they are sitting in front of him and yet despite the fact they are dead, nothing but souls at this moment they have more hope in their expression than he has had in his own for ages.
"In... Faelerm, how are you and the others all doing?" Yorun asked curiously and just wanting to know how they are
"We're fine, we stay in Artiel, its an infinitely grand place of Faelerm far more so than we've ever seen" Jaynle said
"Yeah, it took a lot of adjustment but when we couldn't find you and then when we were told you survived we were so happy for you father. Then we heard what you were doing and well everyone has hope and fervently waits for any news about how things are going with you" Rayne said
"We all believe in you my dear and even though you've had to do so many things none of us could have ever imagined, we are proud because you're leaving the world in a better place and bringing us back. So please fight on no matter what stands in your way and bring us all back" Lina said as she put her ghostly forehead to his as if they were touching and looked him in the eyes
"I will, no matter what I will not fail, I will not allow it now that I have seen you three again" Yorun said
"I hardly want to be the one to do this but we should go, best we get you three back to Faelerm, I said before The Wayrest is not meant for long term soul habitation and I mean it" Jinarl said and the three are about to be angry and turn to Jinarl but as they do so they hear Yorun get up
"I understand... I-I don't want this to end so soon but I know that Jinarl likely speaks true, please wait for me and I will bring you all back, I will hold you in my arms again no matter what" Yorun said tearing up again
"See you soon then dear" Lina said as she turned to him once more
"We'll wait father" Rayne and Jaynle said before the three of them disappeared with Jinarl to Faelerm leaving Yorun alone in the dome of darkness
Sunhale soon walks into the dome looking at Yorun.
"So they're gone hm? You alright Yorun?" Sunhale asked as Yorun turned to him
"We have a war to win and I am not letting myself die before it's won. Coordinate with Norilas I am checking on the undead, Honaril dies in a week and soon his family will follow so that mine can return" Yorun said before teleporting to Kelinrask
As Yorun and his allies get to work with Yoruns morale reinvigorated he is ready to face Honaril and his forces head on with full confidence as two large armies prepare to greet eachother within a week with all the ferocity they can muster in their hearts and souls...
