Chapter 114: Harmony Restoration Elixir

After the versation, Kaida ate the special breakfast prepared for him by Hae and headed toward the hospital.

As usual, he ate some physical supplements, then increased the weight on his body to 150 kg using a weight seal, and ran to the hospital.

But when he arrived, the receptionist told him, “Kaida, Mitsuru-sama asked you to go to her office.”

“Oh! Did I do something wrong?” Kaida asked.

“I don’t think so. Maybe it’s not something bad—you might eveting praised for your progress,” the receptionist said with a smile, as Kaida's progress was in the hospital.

Kaida nodded and headed to Mitsuru’s office.

  *Knoock.*

  “e in,” Mitsuru said.

“Good m, Sensei,” Kaida said after entering the office.

“Oh! You remember that you have a sensei. So why am I hearing about your progress from someone else?” Mitsuru asked, smiling in a way that didn’t seem very kind.

“Sensei, I didn’t think I had made any signifit progress, so I didn’t report it to you,” Kaida expined.

“You and your absurd standards. So, tell me about the *signifit* progress you’ve made in these past two weeks,” Mitsuru replied.

“I’ve learhe poison removal jutsu, studied all the books you assigned me, along with some books reted to a mediurse’s regur duties and on diseases. I’ve also begun practig uhe Chief Mediinja,” Kaida replied.

“Good. If you want, I arrahe certification exam for you,” Mitsuru offered.

“No, Sehe Chief asked me to tireating patients for at least a month, and I’ve already agreed to that. So, if possible, I’d like to stiy word,” Kaida said.

“As you wish. I’ll arrahe exam after a month. Now you go back—just keep me updated about your progress from time to time,” Mitsuru said, returning to her paperwork.

Kaida nodded ao treat the patients, who were eagerly waiting for him. Seeing the growing number of patients, Kaida had to make three shadow es and then begaing them.

After 4:00 PM, Kaida returned home. Since he had decided to use the Harmooration Elixir, which required a five-hour-long medial bath, Kaida prepared everything so that he would be done by dinner.

He quickly made two shadow es whose only task was to maintaih’s optimal temperature. After preparing the bath, Kaida submerged himself and ate the Harmooration Elixir.

As soon as he ed the elixir, it felt like millions of ants were crawling on his skin, biting him from time to time.

‘Why the heck did no oell me this was going to hurt so much?’ Kaida thought, but he kept his body submerged.

The elixir had to be taken in five batches, one each hour, and the pain gradually lessened with each dose.

After five hours, Kaida emerged from the bath, his whole body red as if someone had painted him.

“I don’t feel like eating anything,” Kaida murmured, heading straight to bed for some mueeded sleep.

Hae wao call him for dinner, but Shisui stopped her, reminding her about the Harmooration Elixir’s effects.

Thus, only the three of them ate dihat night, though Yomi seemed a bit spaced out, thinking that she should start training in areas beyond her specialization.

  …

Kaida woke up at 6:00 AM the m, feeling something he had never experienced before. It was like he had been using a rusted mae, and now someone had just oiled it.

The mae was as good as new. Kaida went straight to the training area and begaing various activities like running, jumping, and footwork.

‘It feels like the g between my thoughts and my body’s movements has decreased,’ Kaida thought. He then made 30 shadow es, 15 of whom used the Transformation Jutsu to turn into different swords. Kaida picked up one of the swords and activated his Sharingan.

The edge of each sword was dull, so the es didn’t have to hold back—they attacked him with all they had.

But the result was something even Kaida hadn’t anticipated. Thanks to the enhanced power of his Sharingan after taking those two medies, Kaida could predict all of their attacks simultaneously, and this time, he could move his body much faster than before.

Even after sparring for 10 minutes, Kaida’s es hadn’t mao nd a si.

Satisfied, Kaida dispersed his es and thought, ‘Joining the Uchiha was one of the best decisions of my life.’ He theuro his house, where everyone was enjoying m tea.

“Good m, everyone,” Kaida said, grabbing a cup for himself.

“Good m, Kaida. Did you enjoy the effects of the Harmooration Elixir?” Shisui asked.

“It was definitely worth suffering through all that pain,” Kaida replied with ao-ear smile.

“Pain? Are you alright?” Yomi asked.

“Nothing serious. The medie I took yesterday just had a painful side effect, but its bes were worth it. I feel much more in trol of my body,” Kaida said.

“Oh, that’s good then,” Yomi said.

After chatting a bit more, they had breakfast, and Kaida and Yomi went to their respective csses.

Kaida reached the hospital after pleting his m training and once agaied a rge number of patients.

He returned home after 4:00 PM.

“Brother, I’ve learhe Memory Extra Jutsu. What will you teach me tomorrow?” Kaida asked, finding Shisui rexing in the hall.

“Are you pnning to use a soldier pill again?” Shisui asked.

“Yes, brother. It’s been four days since I st used one,” Kaida said.

“You know you rest sometimes tht?” Shisui remarked.

“The four days iween are rest for me, brother,” Kaida replied with a smile.

“As you wish. And for your question, since you’ve already learhe Memory Extra Jutsu, the hing I’m going to teach you is…”
