Waking up to a breezy early m, Lumian started his day by stretg his muscles and pag up before walking in the forest at an accelerated pace as he is starting to lose his patience stantly seeing the forest greenery. The sky which was sunny stated to bee unusually cloudy with what looked to be grey clouds threating to release a deluge of rain upon the nd, yet thankfully the clouds were only passing by ensuring that the sunlight endures for a while longer. However, Lumian took this as a sign that at some point soon, there will be a possibility of rain ing soon thus takes this into at when jogging through the forest.
After a few hours, Lumian started to feel hunger pangs thus leading him to slow down slightly in search of his hunt. In the immediate viity of his location he found a few small snakes slithering around, despite not really feeling the idea of eating snake good, his hunger makes him not really have a choice.
Taking that into sideration, Lumian took a against them and got Aethon to attad kill them as he started to prepare the fire. Aethourned with the two fresh corpses as Lumian stuck them onto branch sticks to cook them. After a slight hesitation, Lumian took a small bite to test the taste and it was not hat he expected as it was like a gamey form of chi with its earthy texture and was much chewier than chi.
Ohe meal was ed off, Lumian decided that it was best to get into practig his abilities of a Neao ehat he use more than one shadow to see and hear from them. After a brief amount of time, he has finally mao see through two different shadows but starts to feel slight dizziness from the third making goress in this dire.

Suddenly a loud explosion was hear a bit further up in the dire that he was moving, letting his senses ohon take hold, he 'saw' a rge blueish fire appearing further into the forest as loud hissing sounds and yips be heard in the fires dire. Taking an i in this he order Aethon to fly closer to see what was going on and if it was worth it to dive in or avoid.
Upon looking into the situation, there seems to be two distinctly rge basilisks roughly appearing fiftee ih cirg and toying with what looked to be a small white furred fox with blue markings almost like a nguage on its fur coat as fire started to be produced by its three tails. Amazing. While thinking that looking at the fox mesmerised, Lumian saw that the basilisks have done numerous wounds marring the pristine white fur coat bloody.
Deg a course of a, Lumia above the trees into the fmes while summoning the bats and spiders getting them ready as he hid his presence cealing his hostile killing iowards the creatures.
Just when the basilisk on the foxes left was about to strike again a loud screeg sound could be head near its head causing the so writhe its head bad forth trying to get away from the ear pierg noise as its partarted to look around wearily for an attaotig the distra of the basilisks, the fox sent fmes in the dire on the right whiles jumping away from a possible atta its dire. The fmes directly hit the basilisk in the middle of the body creating a charred yer of skin causing it to hiss in pain before looking in the dire of the fox.
Meanwhile, Lumia in the spiders to repeatedly bite into the basilisk on the left while it was distracted by the bats screeches hoping that it bees paralysed so that he go in for a kill. While this is happening, the fox and other basilisk were fighting in a severe one on one duel which caused extreme damage to the enviro around them.
Roughly five minutes passed by and the deaths of the spiders and bats happened during that time f Lumian to re-summoo tihe attack. Suddenly, one of the basilisks fell allowing Lumian to rush in from his heightened position to blind the snakes eyes before targeting its ne surprise.
Taking out one basilisk gave the ce for the fox to breathe before the sed basilisk hisses in anger dragging its gaze towards the aggressor. That's right look at me, fet about the magical fox. Thinking this internally, Lumian ran away from the basilisk that started to sliver in his dire before being hit by the fireballs created by the fox.
Calling upohon, Lumian got him tet the basilisks eyes making it hiss in pain before Lumian climbed the basilisk body reag its o ssh at leading it to bleed everywhere and bleed out from its severe wounds.
Panting, o was over, Lumian looked over towards where the fox was st seen and activating his ability he see wisps of shadow starting to develop. Gritting his to teeth, he carefully approached the fox hoping it wont attack him out ht now that the basilisks are taken out. The fox colpsed onto the ground with its eyes losing focus. Kneeling down, Lumian pced his hand out towards the foxes mouth "Hey I believe I save you, but in order to do so you will o die and bee part of my shadow army, if you uand me pce your snout onto my hand."
After saying that, Lumian waited for a few seds in ay and anticipation thehe cold touch of the foxes snout on his fingers. "thank you for trusting me." Grabbing his knife he cut off the foxes head then excimed "Transd" out loud as the wisp ing from the fox developed a bck shadow version of the fox with purple fming script on the foxes body with purple tipped tails and eyes.
"From now on your name is Mae." Stroking the foxes fur he ordered it to return before he looked at the wisps ing from both basilisks and once again ordered them to "Transd" creating rge bck shadow basilisks before anding them to protect him by his side.
Looking at the aftermath of these events, Lumian tinued his journey forward with a greater sense of ease knowing that other than the scouts to work as a distra, he finally has dangerous capabilities to attad protect him. After another few hours, dusk started to arrive leading Lumian to hunt for ser animals such as deer to eat venison for dinner before heading to sleep using the basilisks as a line of defence as he sleeps to protect him if he undergoes some form of ambush.
