chapter 11 : The Faint Horizon

Days pass after the massive attack on the organization, and things are not going well. The majority of the organization's members have perished, causing a raging fury among the new members. They no longer have the right to go out, enjoy themselves, or even return to Earth to see their families, even for a short while. They can only go out under one condition: if they are assigned missions. And whoever attempts to disobey orders and escape will be hunted down and brought back by force by the Brothers of War.

At that time, goo3 goes to goo1 and asks him: "So, how is the Boss? Is he training or slacking off?"

goo1, annoyed, tells him to stop telling jokes and making fun, as he fails at telling a simple joke and even let an escapee flee right in front of them. But goo3 simply ignores him and continues: "So?"

goo1 replies as he's leaving: "So, in my opinion, an ignorant like you... Sir truly needs time to absorb this amount of energy he has taken in. That is why no one—not even I—is allowed to disturb his peace and quiet."

However, goo3 interrupts him mockingly: "Hmm! Of course, it eases his conscience from being the one who caused the death of most of the organization's members, who are children?"

goo1 gets angry at this reply and says furiously: "Are you mocking my Boss?"

goo3 replies calmly: "Frankly, I agree with goo7's opinion. What happened was a glaring, unforgivable mistake. For your information, our goal was clear: to save them from that so-called 'Mad Devil' to gain their trust. But instead, we shoved it in their faces despite them being children like us. The majority treated them like machines and slaves, excluding them as if they weren't human. Even what our ignorant Boss said: 'Their lives don't matter.' Those who died had families, memories, dreams, and normal lives. And if that foolish leader had organized his thoughts just a little, this number wouldn't have died, and we would have at least gained some of their trust, even a little. But guess what? All the surviving members already hate us to an unimaginable degree. For your information, while you were roaming around the organization, more than 40 people tried to escape within a few days, and they even caused a lot of damage. Even those who follow orders without rebellion only obey because they are forced to, nothing more."

goo3 steps closer to goo1, face to face, and says: "I have known a leader like yours for a long time. A genius and decisive person who subdued armies and empires single-handedly, and even forced them to build this organization. He even holds authority over them. But as soon as a threat comparable to doo9 emerged, he started fumbling like a fool. He failed to distribute the organization's power and caused disgraceful losses. We are not absolute beings who impose on people what we want. We are human in the end, and if you continue to convince yourselves that you are rulers, I will not hesitate to kill you all."

And before he finishes his speech, an alarm sounds about the escape of 3 organization members. goo3 gets annoyed and says: "Hah! It seems these kids never give up. Anyway, I hope you take my advice seriously, nothing more." And he walks away from the place.

At that time, Haru returns to his main headquarters. He finds the workers of the company in a state of panic. Alarms are blaring everywhere, the company's buildings are destroyed, and even the Cosmic Guard has begun to appear.

Haru investigates what is happening in the company. He meets with Ian, and Haru asks him: "What is happening to my company? And where is your sister in the first place?"

Ian tells him: "My sister is at the second station in space. We are trying to prevent the spread of a strange radiation that is spreading rapidly through space."

Haru is surprised by the emergence of something like this during his absence and asks him: "And what caused this radiation to spread in the first place? More importantly: where is my assistant Haruma in all this?"

Ane hesitates to answer and says: "... Well, how do I explain the situation? When you left with those people, a few days later a space-farer of high influence in the galaxies, named Xalion I believe, appeared. The main point is, he came to the company acting strangely tense, as if he were fleeing from something. He contacted Haruma and told him he needed to borrow the main station for energy production, known as the 'Super Centauri Envelope', for an important matter. He

The narrative has been stolen; if detected on Amazon, report the infringement.

didn't say why he wanted this station, but he insisted on using it at any cost, even offering resources of various forms and types, and even said that in exchange for borrowing the station he would become an investor in this company. But Haruma refused the offer, saying that the Super Centauri Envelope station is the most important station for the company and cannot be dispensed with or borrowed at all. But he told him he could use other stations... Naturally, this angered Xalion

immensely, who even resorted to threats to use the station. But the moment he raised his weapon at Haruma, alarm systems were activated everywhere, and Xalion and his followers were surrounded from all sides. Haruma tells him that violence is not permitted in this company, and that if he dares to fire his weapon, he will regret it... Xalion listens to Haruma's words and leaves the company with his followers, but before leaving he says angrily that Haruma will regret refusing his offer. Naturally, Haruma did not let the matter slide; instead, he sent espionage machines to track that entity called Xalion."

But Xalion already knew about this matter, and the result was luring these machines to his main location, and he activated a barrier that destroyed all espionage devices in moments. And before Haruma could comprehend what was happening, the alarm sound is triggered from the main area, activating the "Super Centauri". The station is attacked by a very rapid assault from giant armies and cosmic beasts, leading to the death of many guards and allowing Xalion to enter the station.

As a result of this, I told Master Haruma that my sister and I would handle the matter, but he told us to stay here in case of any attack. And indeed, the moment he left the place to prevent the invasion at the main station, we were attacked by Xalion's army, but we managed to repel the attack. However, we realized that Master Haruma had not returned to the company.

And before we could comprehend what was happening, we found that the "Super Centauri" Envelope had indeed exploded, and worse, with it the cosmic plate, leading to the spread of radiation from the explosion of the main station. Fortunately, we managed to control the situation well with the help of cosmic beings. But despite this, many soldiers from different planets died, and even many members and guards perished.

Haru falls silent and says: "..... So, Haruma died because of the explosion?"

Ian tells him hesitantly: "Well... that's what I thought at first. When we sent guards later to investigate the explosion more precisely, we found that everything had indeed disappeared, except for a strangely deformed corpse floating in space. And it turned out the body belonged to Master Haruma. Although he was alive,

contrary to our expectations, he was in a strange condition: his eye was moving at a terrifying speed, to the point that slow-motion capture could barely register any movement in it, and half his body was destroyed and beyond repair, even though he was breathing normally. Most importantly, even advanced medical

devices could not recognize him, as if the devices were completely unable to identify the body... Anyway, during the examination of Master Haruma's body, we found something strange resembling white balls, which turned out to be bones. But we placed them in papers made from ....... because during the examination of

these bones, one of the company workers accidentally touched them, and because of this, his body began to be pulled against his will and blood flowed everywhere in his body as he screamed in pain, begging for help. But we didn't know what to do until he completely vanished from existence...."

Haru becomes distressed by the losses that befell the company Infinity Nexus, which were immense. So many members, even guards, and some cosmic beings died as a result of the explosion, and the main station was completely destroyed. Ane tells him: "Despite the destruction that occurred, the damage was successfully contained, and we are fortunate that the situation did not escalate further. And although there is no trace of that entity called Xalion or even his aides, we found a ship belonging to one of his aides. When we examined it, it turned out that, according to the ship's records, he was working for another space-farer named Helixor in a luminous galaxy known by his name, and he might know where that fugitive is."

Haru thanks Ane for this help, him and his sister, in absorbing the chaos and tells him the following: "All employees will be given a simple vacation and rest, and I will increase their salaries as compensation for the damages. As for those who died in the incident, large material compensations will be sent to them, along with a formal apology for what happened." Ane tells him that he will do so and says to him: "Don't worry about sir. Haruma, Mr. Haru, I will make sure that everything is alright."

Haru thanks him again and decides to leave the company., taking with him the coordinates of that entity called Helixor.

After that, Ina, Ane's sister, arrives before her brother and tells him nonchalantly: "Did we finally get a vacation?" Ane tells his sister yup. She replies to him sarcastically, saying : "Finally! I'm tired of killing myself at work and controlling the situations, especially giving orders to that stupid robot could named Bob."
