HOW TERRIFYING IS THE INNATE PERSONALITY OF A PERSON LACKING EMPATHY?

Mirellin's personality: is that of a flirtatious woman: Likes to draw attention from the opposite sex. Always acts as if she is an important person.

In their hearts, these girls do not accept injustice happening before their eyes.

They are ready to speak out and defend the vulnerable, and willing to help them. This is because they think this way, they always believe they are right, they are justice, fairness, righteousness...

However, that bravery is due to impulsive, rash, or temporary actions.

During Mr. Ao's "Engineering Geology" class, which started at 7:00 AM, everyone was dressed neatly and politely.

The class of 39 students plus the teacher made 40 people, all wearing white shirts and black trousers.

But Mirellin dressed inappropriately for a student, and also for the setting.

Mirellin V. Haylendra wore an offensive, revealing, scanty, suggestive, seductive outfit to class (dressing provocatively in public)... aiming to provoke the men in the class.

She wore clothes that showed off her "strengths" (curves).

To attract attention from men, the "scanty" dressing style means they will show off whatever needs to be shown for the whole world to see.

Mirellin V. Haylendra: It's because I'm going to a wedding at 10:00 AM, so I dressed like this to save time going home to change.

Mr. Ao was furious but said nothing.

Mr. Ao: Good, it's good to have the consciousness to attend class.

At exactly 9:30 AM, Mirellin asked to leave early for the wedding, and the teacher permitted it.

But when Mirellin left the class, Mr. Ao swore right there: Dressing like a whore.

Mr. Ao: Dressing like that shows no respect for the teacher.

  …

Everyone also started to dislike Mirellin; imagine if the whole class was dressed seriously and neatly, and one person dressed revealingly, wouldn't everyone be uncomfortable?

Mirellin also has a bad habit of showing off her assets, being materialistic, etc., causing discomfort to those around her.

She speaks improperly, always addresses everyone without distinguishing seniority, swears, speaks loudly, her mouth is like a loudspeaker, frequently interrupts when others are speaking, does not listen to and does not respect their opinions.

  On Thursday, March 14, 2019.

In Ms. Dung's "Introduction to Civil Engineering" class, she divided the class into groups of 5-5. Ving's group included Mirellin, Lith, Khokhen, and Sol-vric.

Mirellin invited them back to her aunt's house to do the group assignment.

At 5:00 PM, when the group assignment was done, everyone left except Ving, and Mirellin's aunt asked Ving to stay and hang out with Mirellin.

Why was Ving the last one to leave?

=> Because Ving had a stomach ache and needed to use the restroom.

Mirellin's aunt was about to drive her niece and grandmother back to their hometown (Mirellin was studying in the city). While Ving was still in the restroom, they left.

When Ving came out, Ving wanted to bid farewell to Mirellin's aunt and grandmother, but Mirellin said they had gone home, and Mirellin told Ving to just leave so she could lock the door.

Afterward, Mirellin rode Ving's motorbike down; Mirellin wanted Ving to leave very quickly, but Mirellin did not know that Ving's motorbike did not have a front brake, and Ving hadn't had time to say anything, so Mirellin rode the bike straight into the canal in front of her house.

Mirellin asked a neighbor to lift Ving's motorbike up and take it for washing.

Ving waited at the repair shop for the bike to be cleaned, while Mi went home to shower as if nothing had happened.

  The "Easy Teacher" Fiasco

For "Politics" class, Mirellin claimed the professor was easy and encouraged everyone to sign up.

As a result, only 5 people registered: Ving, Mirellin, Onyx, Valkryn, and Sol-vric. The remaining 35 people simply did not trust Mirellin's words.

When studying "Politics," Onyx, Valkryn, and Sol-vric were overconfident because the teacher was rumored to be easy, so they skipped class constantly. Since this was university, the number of students taking one course was quite terrifying—1,000 students for one subject.

The result was that one day, the teacher saw too few students and felt inspired to conduct the first in-class progress test (open-book). => Onyx, Valkryn, and Sol-vric got 0 points for the first progress test.

Next was the group assignment for the second progress test grade. The teacher again saw too many absences and was inspired to mandate that the group assignment be done in class. Only those present in class would be in the same group.

Those who skipped would be grouped together. Unfortunately, Onyx, Valkryn, and Sol-vric skipped class exactly on this day.

All three were visiting their girlfriends in their hometowns, so not arriving on time was normal.

Ving, even as a benevolent angel, couldn't help the three of them. Ving was forced to be in a group with Mirellin and her friend Mali (Ving, Mirellin, Mali, and 2 other girls).

Mali invited Ving to her house for a drink after the group assignment was successfully completed.

But Ving refused because Ving did not like alcohol.

The result was that Onyx, Valkryn, and Sol-vric failed the "Politics" course. => Onyx, Valkryn, and Sol-vric began to hate Mirellin. Because Mirellin said the teacher was easy, yet they still failed the course?

Both the individual and group scores for Onyx, Valkryn, and Sol-vric were 0 points: 0 + 0 = 0 points. Regardless of how high or low their exam score was, they would fail.

Summer Break, Saturday, June 1, 2019, "CAMPING" This was an opportunity for younger students to make friends with older students.

Mirellin talked intimately with Sarix, an older student. Everyone thought it was normal.

Mirellin asked Sarix to teach her how to ride a BMW R 1300 RT. Mirellin drove him there, and then Sarix drove Mirellin back.

=> Boys like confident, proactive girls because most of them have a higher sex drive than those who are meek and shy.

Mirellin is very confident in her large bust and ample hips; this is the factor that allows Mirellin to seduce any guy she wants.

The Z group consisted of 10 people: Lith, Khokhen, Sol-vric, Onyx, Valkryn, Ving, Mirellin, Nuvéa, Trélling, and Dazragon.

While grilling food, Mirellin kept eating first; she would grill and eat, grill and eat again.

Mirellin was completely thoughtless, which led to => Lith, Khokhen, Sol-vric, Onyx, and Valkryn all feeling uncomfortable.

The whole class disliked Mirellin. Mirellin remained oblivious to this.

Mirellin continuously snacked and paid no attention to the feelings of others, making her behavior annoying. People might feel like they weren't getting to enjoy the food they prepared. It was the group's money.

Mirellin was very boorish; she was cooking grilled food for the whole group, yet she kept snacking while everyone was waiting to enjoy the meal, which could make others feel uncomfortable.

Mirellin made the atmosphere of the whole class tense. It not only ruined the excitement but could also make others feel disrespected.

Mirellin casually ate in front of everyone. She was generally considered by everyone to be thoughtless.

(Everyone looked at each other, but no one said anything.)

Lith: (thinking to himself) Mirellin eats too much, and she doesn't care about anyone else.

Khokhen: (secretly annoyed) This is everyone's money, why doesn't she think of that?

Sol-vric: (watching Mirellin V. Haylendra eat, feeling irritated) Everyone else is hungry too...

Onyx: (whispering) Why doesn't Mirellin pay attention to anyone else's feelings?

Valkryn: (feeling annoyed) Just a little bit of respect, that's all!

(Mirellin continued to eat, oblivious to everyone's discomfort.)

Trélling: (looking at his watch) We've been waiting for a long time, and Mirellin just keeps eating.

(Everyone kept their thoughts to themselves; no one dared to speak up.)

Everyone had their own assigned tasks:

  • Mirellin grilled the food.

  •
  • Lith prepared ingredients and marinades, then handed them to Mirellin for grilling before cleaning up trash.

  •
  • Khokhen started the fire, chopped wood, and continued gathering more wood.

  •
  • Trélling prepared drinks.

  •
  • Ving and Sol-vric prepared games for the class:

    1. Treasure Hunt: Divide into teams and hide clues around the campsite. Use maps or codes for added excitement.

    2.
    3. Sack Race: Each person gets in a sack and hops to the finish line.

    4.
    5. Blind Man's Buff: One person is blindfolded, others run around. Whoever is caught takes over.

    6.
    7. Ring Toss, Can Toss, Water Balloon Toss: Easy to set up, suitable for all ages.

    8.
    9. Capture the Flag: Two teams, each with a "flag" hidden in their area. Mission: invade the opponent's area to capture their flag and bring it back without getting caught. Requires running, dodging, and teamwork—very fun and dramatic!

    10.
    11. Tug of War: Using a large rope. Divide teams evenly; whoever pulls the opponent over the line wins. Extremely simple but very exciting.

    12.
    13. Three-Legged Race: Two people tie their legs together (one person's left leg to the other's right leg). They run to the finish line together without falling.

    14.
    15. Water Balloon Toss: Two people stand facing each other, throwing water balloons back and forth. After each throw, they step farther apart. Whoever keeps their balloon from breaking the longest wins.

    16.
    17. Relay Race: Team relay race. Can add obstacles or change running styles (backward jumps, crawling, zigzag running...).

    18.

  •
  • Onyx and Valkryn set up ropes and pitched tents (2-person tents).

  •
  • Nuvéa and Dazragon set up ropes and pitched tents (2-person tents).

  •

=> Mirellin gained a boyfriend, Sarix (an older student), from the "Camping" trip, but she lost her friendship with the entire class due to her personality—she only thinks about herself, never cares about the people around her, as if she were the center of the universe.

Even with a boyfriend, she constantly texted many other guys and was overly intimate with male friends from other classes.

Mirellin had no boundaries between friends and her boyfriend; she treated them all the same. On this earth, no man accepts a flirtatious, promiscuous, or unfaithful girlfriend.

  Story 1: Mirellin's Homework Habit

During Mr. Ao's "Soil Mechanics" class, while grading progress reports, Mr. Ao became furious with Mirellin.

Mirellin had requested to be absent (to go out with Sarix), and Mr. Ao discussed Mirellin's quiz in front of the class.

Mr. Ao angrily stated: Mirellin's quiz didn't contain anything I taught; she wrote something from somewhere else, copied from the internet. While the answer in my textbook is only one line, she wrote about a page!

Mr. Ao continued: Don't imitate Mirellin, don't assume that writing a lot means you're right, understand?

The whole class responded: Yes, teacher, you're right.

The course "Experimentation in Engineering Geology and Soil Mechanics" was taught at a University specializing in Civil Engineering.

The University where Ving and Mirellin are studying is a Multi-disciplinary University with various fields: engineering, education, medicine, etc.

At 5:00 PM, upon arriving at the hotel, Trélling and Mirellin, being girls, shared a room.

Lith, Khokhen, Sol-vric, and Onyx shared one room. Valkryn, Ving, Nuvéa, and Dazragon shared another room. The others also divided rooms similarly.

During the day, everything was normal, but at night, they drank all night. Drinking normally was fine, but they mixed alcoholic drinks haphazardly, causing them to get drunk instantly.

Ving had to carry each person back to their rooms, as he disliked drinking.

Ving carried both Trélling and Mirellin back to their room.

Everyone was sound asleep. Ving cleaned up the drinks and food, making the room spotless.

When the class stepped through the gates of the University specializing in Civil Engineering, Trélling and Mirellin met their old friend Lam.

Lam, Trélling, and Mirellin had different kinds of relationships:

  • Lam and Trélling were close friends from high school, having spent three years in the same class. They understood and cherished each other deeply.

  •
  • Trélling and Mirellin studied at the same general university, but their personalities didn’t match: Trélling was gentle, while Mirellin was mischievous and lively.

  •
  • Lam and Mirellin knew each other simply as classmates from high school, not close.

  •

When arriving at a completely new place, the first thing to do was, of course, to take friends sightseeing.

But since Trélling wasn’t present at the time, Lam invited Mirellin to hang out.

Lam simply thought: “If I invite Mirellin, she’ll definitely invite Trélling along.”

But when it was time to go out, Trélling was nowhere to be seen—turns out Mirellin hadn’t invited her.

  The reasons were:

  • Mirellin wasn’t close to Trélling, so she didn’t understand Lam’s true intention.

  •
  • Trélling and Mirellin didn’t get along well, so Mirellin didn’t feel comfortable going out with her.

  •
  • Or simply, Mirellin thought like a child: “Lam invited me, so I’ll go. I don't need to invite anyone else.”

  •

So, throughout the trip, it was just Lam and Mirellin. But what was special was:

Lam continuously mentioned Trélling—telling old stories, asking about her, talking about high school memories.

Mirellin smiled lightly, but inwardly started to feel strange.

Mirellin: Huh? Why keep talking about Trélling when you’re hanging out with me?

In the afternoon, as they sat resting in the park, Mirellin finally asked:

Mirellin: Are you missing Trélling that much?

Lam: Yes, I invited you because I thought you would invite Trélling to come along. I wanted to see her again. We were in the same class for 3 years of high school, after all.

Mirellin: Ah... I didn't invite her. We study together, but our personalities don't really match.

Lam: Is that so... what a shame.

The atmosphere suddenly became quiet. Mirellin looked at Lam, then at the people passing by.

Finally, Mirellin slowly realized: Ah... so the person Lam really wanted to hang out with was Trélling, not me.

Upon returning to the hotel, Mirellin told Trélling: "Lam kept mentioning you during the outing."

Trélling remained silent, but disappointment was clearly visible on her face.

  Story 2: The "Copy-Paste" Disaster

In the course "Experimentation in Engineering Geology and Soil Mechanics" at the Civil Engineering University, there was a Group Assignment. Work was divided, everyone had a task to complete and send to Trélling for compilation.

But it was Mirellin again; she did her part (Mirellin was in charge of the images) perfunctorily and hastily, sending the work to Trélling at 12:00 AM.

Because Mirellin worked carelessly, the images were misplaced and scattered, forcing Trélling to spend time rearranging the image section. As a result, Trélling had to stay up until 4:00 AM to finish and send it to Dazragon.

Dazragon's task was to print it. Once printed, he would send it to Nuvéa. Nuvéa's task was to ride a PCX scooter across a long route of 112 km to submit the group assignment to the teacher.

  Story 3: The Cheating Incident

In Mr. TV's "Technical Drawing 2 – Advanced" course, the teacher assigned an individual assignment for homework, which he would grade the next day for a progress score.

  • Technical Drawing 1 – Basic: Drawing on paper.

  •
  • Technical Drawing 2 – Advanced: Drawing on the computer.

  •

Everyone worked on their own, believing their method was the best.

However, Mirellin brazenly took Trélling's work to submit for points.

Mirellin: Can you send it over to me?

Mirellin did do the work, but she wanted to take Trélling's work for some reason.

Trélling said: There's no Internet, I can't send it. (That was Trélling's reason not to send her work to Mirellin.)

But with her extensive connections, Mirellin called a guy from the IT department to come to the room and enter the Wi-Fi password.

When the strange guy entered the room, the whole class reacted:

Ving and Lith: What's going on?

Khokhen and Sol-vric: What's going on?

Onyx and Valkryn: What's going on?

Nuvéa and Dazragon: What's going on?

This created an incredibly chaotic atmosphere.

Trélling spent one day working on it, Mirellin took one second to ask for it.

Although Trélling didn't want to send it, Mirellin pushed her to the point where she was forced to.

When the papers were graded, it was no surprise that Trélling and Mirellin both received 100 points.

=> The whole class hated Mirellin for bullying Trélling.

Story 4: The Bridge Component Debacle

In Mr. TV's "Bridge Piers and Abutments" course, he assigned an individual assignment for homework. The whole class went to Coffee Shop No. 2 to work on it together.

Everyone could do the first 8 questions, but no one knew the last 2. The whole class decided to stop there and not do the last 2 questions, only aiming for 80 points.

This showed a spirit of collective solidarity.

But it was Mirellin again; she asked older students for help with the answers. Mirellin herself did not expect Mr. TV to grade the papers in class. Everyone could certainly guess the result: Exactly the whole class got 80 points, with Mirellin being the only one to get 100 points.

=> The whole class hated Mirellin.

An old saying goes, “Three strikes and you're out”. The first time can be overlooked, the second forgiven, but the third time, no one can stand it anymore. The whole class decided to get tattoos as a reminder: “Never help Mirellin again”—except for Ving, who doesn’t like tattoos and prefers to keep his skin soft.

And Mirellin knew it herself. The signs were very clear: everyone was distancing themselves, isolating her, and refusing to talk to Mirellin. Only when Mirellin recognized her mistake and apologized would she be forgiven.

This novel is published on a different platform. Support the original author by finding the official source.

At this time, Sarix also broke up with her due to Mirellin's personality. Even with a boyfriend, she messaged many other guys frequently, messaging from morning until midnight, and was intimate with others of the opposite sex (intimate with guys from other departments, the guys at Mirellin's part-time job). Mirellin had no boundaries between Friend and Boyfriend; she treated both friends and her boyfriend the same way.

=> No man in this world would accept a girlfriend who is flirtatious, promiscuous, loose, and ill-behaved, ...

  * Mirellin wanted to know the truth:

In Mr. K's course, "Reinforced Concrete Structure Design Project," Mirellin arranged to meet Ving at 5:00 AM in the self-study area of Building A1.

  Ving wondered: Why 5:00 AM?

When Ving arrived, he found out Mirellin wanted to ask: "Is it true that everyone in the class hates me?"

Ving did not hide the truth: Yes. That is the truth.

Ving told Mirellin: You should apologize to everyone to be forgiven.

Mirellin angrily retaliated: Who do you think you are? Do you have the right to tell me what to do? You are not my parents! My parents didn't even teach me that way!

Mirellin: I forbid you from teaching me what to do!

Mirellin said: Besides, why should I apologize? If I don't have these friends, I still have many other friends.

Mirellin continued: I still have my family, too. It doesn't matter if they hate me, I'm fine.

Ving thought to himself: It is true that parental indulgence will create an ungrateful person in society.

Then she picked up her phone and called her mother, crying and recounting everything, whining and cursing the entire class for being "unfair, bullying me."

Ving sat next to her, listening with weariness.

Ving quietly said to himself: Mirellin's self-esteem is sky-high.

Mirellin refused to accept responsibility for her actions. Mirellin became angry, loudly refuted, and claimed that everyone was treating her unfairly.

Mirellin blamed Trélling and the other friends.

Mirellin attempted to justify her actions: If Trélling didn't want to give it to me, why didn't Trélling just say no? I asked Trélling for permission, and then Trélling badmouthed me behind my back. Trélling is the one who is wrong.

Mirellin continued to justify: And regarding the group assignment, it wasn't because I was selfish or anything; I asked for the answers, and the older students only showed me late at night.

Lith (a boy) was the class president and was also close to the older students. The "late night" that Mirellin mentioned was 7:00 PM.

=> Everyone hated Mirellin for her selfishness, exploiting others (specifically Trélling), and the whole class hated Mirellin for her unfair treatment of Trélling, etc.

Afterward, Mr. K announced that students should come to the school to sign the progress score sheet. Lith signed on behalf of the entire class (40 people, as everyone had gone home to their hometowns), but he unintentionally forgot to sign for Mirellin.

Mirellin had to rush to the school to sign. Upon learning that Lith helped everyone but not her, Mirellin called and cursed Lith.

Mirellin: Hello, Lith? How dare you not sign for me on Mr. K's progress score list?

Lith: You psycho, I signed for the whole class, what's the big deal if I forgot just you? It was just accidental. You just need to come to school and sign, why call and curse me?

Mirellin: Who the hell do you think you are to mess with me like that, you bastard?

Lith: What did you say, say that again.

Mirellin: You don't have the decency to be a human!

  Lith: You psycho.

Mirellin: You scumbag, you shameless jerk!

Lith: If you want, meet me and say it; don't bark over the phone!

Mirellin: I've considered this class non-existent for a long time.

Lith: Do you think you're a queen?

Mirellin felt that cursing was not enough; she wanted to meet Lith directly and curse him. She asked where Lith was so she could go curse him.

Lith was having coffee with his friends. Lith sat smoking his e-cigarette, waiting for Mirellin to arrive.

Mirellin stormed into the cafe and yelled loudly. At this time, there were many people in the cafe, and they were all very annoyed by her.

Mirellin: You think because you're the class president, you're so great, huh? I don't want to be friends with you guys anymore! You fakes, you worthless pieces of trash!

Mirellin: How dare you mess with me behind my back! You cowards, you only know how to stab people in the back!

Lith: You psycho, do you think you can curse anyone you like? No one can stand you!

Mirellin has an impulsive, volatile, and impatient personality, leading to inappropriate behavior.

Mirellin is a person who is willing to take anyone's honor (whether male or female) and trample it in front of a crowd, regardless of right or wrong, just to satisfy her ego.

Everyone in the class hated Mirellin and hoped Mirellin would switch classes or schools altogether.

Mirellin did not pause to think, "Ah, maybe Lith really forgot unintentionally," because in her mind, everything revolved only around herself.

The thoughtlessness here is a defense mechanism: Mirellin "forgets" that others have their own feelings; Mirellin uses Lith as a target for her anger.

Mirellin is ungrateful to protect her fragile ego. If she were to admit that the fault might be her own, she would feel vulnerable, so she chooses to "attack first" to maintain a sense of strength.

In Mr. DoakonCha's "Construction Law" course.

The class usually entered at 7:10 AM, but the teacher was always present at 7:00 AM sharp.

Ving always attended class early, rain or shine, so Mr. DoakonCha gave Ving 1 positive point for academic diligence.

Seeing Ving get extra credit, Mirellin immediately asked: "What about me, Teacher?"

  The teacher just remained silent.

Mirellin had no basis for demanding anything; she was late just like everyone else but insisted on asking the teacher for diligence points.

In Mr. Hip's course, "Structures on Weak Soil," taught upstairs, everyone hated Mirellin during the break, so they went to eat breakfast together, leaving Mirellin alone in the classroom. Only Ving stayed behind in the class with Mirellin.

Mirellin got dust blown into her eye and asked Ving to blow the dust out.

Mirellin needed to use the restroom. Ving escorted Mirellin to the restroom, and while there, Ving helped Mirellin wash her eye.

In Mr. TV's course, "Applied Informatics 1," at 5:00 PM, when the whole class had left, Mirellin went to the restroom and got locked inside. This was a two-way lock door, which could be locked from both the inside and the outside.

Since everyone had left, Mirellin's cries for help were useless; no one heard her. Mirellin's phone was dead. Mirellin sat and cried. Just when Mirellin was feeling desperate, she heard a familiar vehicle sound. Mirellin then cried out for help.

It was Ving who opened the restroom door and rescued Mirellin. Mirellin happily hugged Ving.

Mirellin: How did you know I was in trouble and came to save me?

Ving: No, I didn't know anything. I just forgot my computer mouse and came back to get it.

  Mirellin: Maybe this is fate.

Ving thought to himself: No way that's true.

In Mr. C's course, "Applied Informatics 2," class started at 1:00 PM. Mr. C allowed self-study (it was simply drawing) until 5:00 PM, then everyone went home.

Today, at 3:00 PM, Mr. C had a meeting, so he let the class leave early.

Everyone took out their assignment for Mr. K's course, "Automobile Road Experimentation," to submit to the class president, Lith (there would be two copies: one hard copy and one digital document).

Ving noticed Mirellin's assignment was different from everyone else's, so Ving asked: Did you do this assignment yourself?

Mirellin innocently replied: No, I asked for it from the older students.

Ving: No wonder all the data is wrong.

Mirellin panicked: What should I do now?

Mirellin craftily suggested: How about I copy everyone else's work and submit it to the teacher?

Ving: You can't do that. As you know, this is an experimentation course, and having some results pass and some fail is what Teacher K intends.

Ving: It's true that when we experiment, we get a single number, but the teacher told us to take that number and add our student ID number to it, which immediately yields a different number.

Ving: For example, if I measure object 1 to have a mass of 5kg, and the teacher tells me to add my student ID number, for example, 14, the mass of object 1 is now 19kg.

Mirellin: What do I do now?

  Ving: Let me help you.

Mirellin sat next to him, looking like she was about to cry: It's almost time to submit the assignment.

Because Mirellin was the only one in the class who hadn't submitted her work.

Ving finished the work at 4:15 PM. Mirellin sent it to the teacher, and then Mirellin printed it out to submit to the Department of Civil Engineering.

In Mr. Max's course, "Inspection of Traffic Works Quality," Mr. Max led the students running all over the place, from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM, looking at roads, culverts, and bridges.

The exciting moment was going down to see the structure underneath the bridge.

Mirellin accidentally dropped her key, and when she bent down to pick it up, her skinny jeans ripped, tearing a very long line (along the seam).

At that moment, only Ving was walking behind her, so only Ving saw it.

Ving quietly spoke into Mr. Max's ear. Luckily, Mr. Max was a good teacher.

Mr. Max asked: Mirellin, is your home far?

Ving told Mr. Max: Yes, it's far. Going from here home and coming back would take 50 minutes.

Mr. Max dismissed the class right away.

Everyone left, leaving only Mirellin and Ving.

Ving took off his jacket and gave it to Mirellin.

In Mr. Max's course, "Road and Bridge Synthesis," the teacher asked the class to draw road cross-sections and submit them for a progress grade. They arranged to meet at a coffee shop to draw; everyone showed up.

Ving and Mirellin arrived before 7:00 AM.

Ving asked Mirellin: Why are you wearing such serious clothes today?

Mirellin replied: I have an event at school today.

At 8:00 AM, when everyone gathered, Mirellin finished her drawing and hurried into the school.

Everyone assumed Mirellin was avoiding them.

Ving and Trélling argued over whether Mr. Max asked them to draw 1 or 3 cross-sections (cut-section, fill-section, and half-cut/half-fill section). So, Nuvéa called Mr. Max.

Mr. Max said: Draw three cross-sections, 30 points each. If the drawing is excellent, you get an extra 10 points.

Mirellin had only drawn 1 section, meaning she still needed 2 more.

The others decided to let Mirellin fail the course by letting her submit only 1 cross-section so she would get 30 points/100 points.

They finished their drawings (at 9:00 AM) and went to submit them to Mr. Max.

Only Ving waited for Mirellin. Ving texted Mirellin.

When Mirellin returned to the coffee shop, she saw only Ving sitting there waiting for her.

Mirellin: Where is everyone? Is what Ving said true?

Ving: Everyone finished drawing and went home. Nuvéa just called the teacher, so how could it be wrong?

Ving and Mirellin sat and drew together from 10:00 AM until 1:00 PM.

After finishing, the teacher was no longer at school. Ving and Mirellin went to lunch together, finishing at 1:30 PM.

Mirellin asked Ving to drive to the school at 3:00 PM to submit the drawings to Mr. Max.

In Mr. Ao's course, "Water Supply and Drainage," although everyone outwardly acted normally friendly with Mirellin, they still hated her inwardly.

  Mirellin also knew this.

Mr. Ao also hated Mirellin since the "Engineering Geology" course—he even called Mirellin a "whore."

Generally, Mirellin felt extreme pressure in this subject, so she couldn't focus on studying.

To give an easy-to-understand example: Mirellin sat alone in class, didn't understand, and Mr. Ao didn't explain it a second time.

But thanks to Ving, Mirellin asked Ving to tutor her at home. It was thanks to Ving that Mirellin passed this course.

=> Another incident: In 2021 (the year of COVID-19), when gasoline prices soared, Mirellin hitchhiked rides with the boyfriends she knew.

Every time Ving saw Mirellin, she was with different men.

She rode in a different man's car/on a different man's bike every day.

Mirellin could not get rid of her habit of exploiting others.

In 2022, Mirellin reconciled with the class. Do you know how?

Nuvéa, Trélling, and Dazragon used the method of shifting all the blame onto Ving.

Trélling said: Everyone hates Mirellin because of Ving's actions.

Nuvéa and Dazragon confirmed this, and Mirellin believed them.

At 6:00 PM, when Mirellin returned home from doing her design project with Nuvéa, Trélling, and Dazragon, she called and cursed Ving.

At this moment, Ving was having dinner with his parents and two younger brothers.

Mirellin: You're a fake, a hypocrite! I never thought you would be the one badmouthing me to them!

Mirellin: People who live two-faced lives and have too much time to talk about others will eventually pay for it.

Mirellin: Ving and I studied together for four years, but we were never close. Why would Ving badmouth me? What kind of person is Ving? Just talking about Ving makes Mirellin furious.

Mirellin: Trash like Ving should just die to stop taking up space; always badmouthing one person after another. Stirring up trouble.

Mirellin: If Ving is so free, after eating and having nothing to do, just go smash your head into the wall and die.

Mirellin: That's enough. I'm too lazy to talk to Ving anymore. I don't want to care about it much either. Let Ving talk until he runs out of spit, and then shut your mouth, please. I don't care.

My father froze, my mother covered her mouth, her eyes red, and my brothers gaped in astonishment.

I couldn't explain in time. I just grabbed the phone and walked out into the yard, listened to Mirellin curse for nearly 10 more minutes, and then hung up.

I returned to the dining table, bearing the humiliation of being cursed during a family meal, and the humiliation of being cursed by the very person I had helped.

That is a level of injustice no man should have to endure.

And that is the exact reason why, even now, just hearing the name Mirellin makes Ving feel a lump in his throat.

  Mirellin was not just ungrateful.

Mirellin was the person who took a man's honor and his family's honor and trampled them without mercy.

Not satisfied, at exactly 7:00 AM the next morning, while Ving's family was having breakfast, Mirellin called a second time, cursing for another round.

Mirellin: You think cursing you last night was the end of it, you dog? I'm not satisfied yet! You're trash, a beast in human skin!

Mirellin: I couldn't sleep last night because of you!

Mirellin: I trusted you like a best friend, and you went and badmouthed me to the whole class?

Mirellin: You went and told the whole class that I'm stupid, I'm dumb, and I let them take advantage of me, right?

Mirellin: You worthless piece of nothing, you coward, you only know how to sit behind people's backs and badmouth a girl!

Mirellin: In this whole life, you're only fit to pick up garbage, you bastard!

Mirellin: If I see you outside, I'll call the whole world to see your face so you won't dare lift your head again!

Mirellin: Shut your mouth, don't try to explain! I know everything already!

  ...

Ving's mother turned pale, his father put down his chopsticks, unable to eat any more.

His two younger brothers (one in 11th grade, one in 9th grade) stared at their older brother like he was an alien after hearing this.

The 11th-grader whispered to the 9th-grader: Did you hear that? Big brother is getting cursed again.

Mirellin still didn't stop, screaming for nearly 5 more minutes before hanging up.

From then on, in Ving's house:

Every time his mother saw Ving hold his phone, she sighed: Son, don't get involved with such aggressive girls anymore, please...

His father was quieter, but whenever there was a family matter concerning friends, he would say one gentle but heartbreaking sentence: "Choose your friends wisely next time, son, don't let people curse our whole family like this."

His two brothers turned the incident into a permanent joke for the rest of their childhood:

"Hey big brother, did anyone curse you today?"

"Look, here comes the guy who got cursed by a girl!"

Every time they teased him, Ving could only keep silent, forcing a smile, swallowing the lump in his throat.

Mirellin made his whole family lose face, made his parents worry, and gave his brothers a lifelong joke.

That is Mirellin's nature—a person always ready to trample on the honor of others to protect her own ego.

  Forget the words Mirellin cursed.

  But never forget the lesson:

Kindness is not a crime, but believing that kindness will be reciprocated is the greatest crime.

Mirellin cursed Ving to vent her anger.

Mirellin projected the faults of others (Nuvéa, Trélling, Dazragon's badmouthing) onto Ving to protect her colossal ego and chose the most ruthless way (cursing in front of his family) to "hit hard" at his honor, knowing it would cause long-lasting pain.

Deeper down, Mirellin may have an "empathy deficit," so she failed to recognize that humiliating someone in front of their family would cause permanent harm.

Every time I go to my maternal grandparents' house, my aunts ask the same familiar question with concern:

"Ving, you're grown up now. When are you going to bring a girlfriend home to meet us? A handsome guy like you and still no girlfriend?"

  I just stay silent.

I force a smile, look down at my glass, and can't say a word.

In my head, the echoes of Mirellin's insults from that year ring out clearly—those heavy words spoken in the middle of a family dinner.

I fear that if I speak, my voice will tremble, or worse, I won’t be able to stop the tears.

My two younger brothers never miss the chance. They tease me right in front of the family:

"Big brother can't have a girlfriend!"

"That's right, he'll never have a girlfriend, he's terrified of girls now!"

The whole family bursts into laughter, and my aunts look at me with pitying eyes, whispering to each other:

"Maybe Ving... likes boys? It’s okay these days, as long as he's happy..."

I hear it and just want to disappear from the table.

  No one understands.

No one knows that I’m not gay.

  I’m just... afraid... of girls.

Being insulted twice by Mirellin traumatized me, turning me into someone who doesn't dare open up to a girl ever again.

Whenever I think about liking someone, I remember that night and that morning when Mirellin screamed at me in front of my parents and brothers.

I’m afraid of the feeling of trusting someone only to be hurt that deeply.

I can’t explain to my grandparents that "I'm not gay, I was just severely insulted by a girl."

Saying it out loud sounds weak, like an excuse, and worse, it would make the family worry more.

I can only endure in silence, letting everyone misunderstand, letting my brothers tease, and letting my aunts pity me in their own way.

Saturday, April 22, 2023 – Graduation Ceremony and diploma presentation for university students graduating in 2023.

After graduation, that evening, Mirellin blocked Ving.

I sat frozen in front of my phone screen, looking back at the thousands of old messages Mirellin had sent:

  – "Ving, how should I arrange the bolts?"

  – "Ving, check for me where this section is wrong."

  – "Ving, teach me, I don't understand anything."

  – "Thank you so much, Ving. Without you, I would have failed this course."

  – "I only trust Ving."

  – "Ving is the best person I've ever met."

  – "Only Ving hasn't abandoned me."

I scrolled back and forth, looking for one sincere "thank you," looking for one time Mirellin asked if I was doing okay.

There was none. Not even one time.

I couldn't cry anymore; my tears had dried up.

Now, I only felt cold, a coldness spreading from my chest to my fingertips.

The coldness of someone who just realized they were used up and then thrown away like a hand-wiping tissue.

I sat there staring at the screen until morning, looking at every line Mirellin had typed, every heart icon Mirellin had sent, every plea of "Ving, please save me."

I learned a lesson that no school teaches:

Kindness is not a crime, but believing that kindness will be repaid—is the biggest crime.

It was then that Ving realized that what they called friendship was mutual betrayal and harm.

Because Ving no longer had any exploitable value (no more tutoring), Mirellin "deleted" him to avoid feeling indebted or guilty—a self-defense mechanism of a narcissistic person, avoiding facing the consequences of her own actions.

Mirellin once "elevated" Ving (trusting him, intimate messaging) to exploit him, and then "dropped" him (cursing, blocking) when he was no longer needed, aiming to avoid the feeling of gratitude—a burden to someone with high self-regard.

Mirellin found a job. Mirellin works in the Client Reception Board in a company. Her job is simple: drinking with Investors. The Investors are mostly old men, 40-70 years old, who love young women. Thanks to Mirellin, the company won bids for many construction projects.

  Saturday, April 6, 2024 – Valkryn and Chu's wedding.

Mirellin was cheerfully laughing with Nuvéa, Trélling, Dazragon, etc.—the people who hated her, harmed her, and badmouthed her.

As for Ving—the only person who sincerely helped her throughout her university years—he was blocked, deleted, treated as a complete stranger, not even a glance, not a nod, not a social smile, not a single greeting.

This was no longer about "maintaining class harmony."

  It was clear, blatant injustice.

Mirellin didn't just choose to "erase old memories."

She maintained good relationships, still treated those who had stabbed her in the back kindly, while coldly cutting off Ving without a word of farewell. This is the action of a clearly, brazenly ungrateful person, calculated, exploitative, or at the very least, extremely unfair.

Mirellin was both ungrateful and thoughtless.

I did not deserve to be treated so unfairly.

  I was not a "stranger."

I was the person who stood by Mirellin exactly when she needed it most, when the whole group turned their backs on her.

During school: Mirellin was always the one who initiated messages, initiated asking Ving for tutoring, for help with projects, for all sorts of things. Ving was always ready, never refused, never kept anything back.

After graduating and starting work, no longer needing Ving → Blocked completely, deleted completely, without a word of thanks, without ever looking back.

At the same time, she still maintained good relationships with the people who hated her.

The act of "treating Ving as a stranger" was an intentional trampling upon my kindness.

I didn't lose because I was hated. I lost because I was forgotten by the very person in whom I had placed my trust and kindness.

But this very injustice proves one thing:

  - I do not belong in the world of such people.

  - I deserve people who are grateful, appreciative, and who never take my kindness for granted.

Mirellin belongs to the type of woman many men have encountered: "Sweet when needed, ruthlessly cut off when no longer needed."

Exploiting the kindness of others as a habit, then discarding them like a tool with a dead battery.

It turns out kindness also has an expiration date.

No longer needed, then it expires.

  Many nights I ask myself:

Was I foolish to dedicate my entire university youth to helping a person, only to be ultimately treated as a worse enemy than the one who once harmed her?

I only needed Mirellin to have a minimum level of human decency, but Mirellin could not do it.

I don't blame Mirellin; I only regret for myself—regret believing that kindness would never be wasted.

I feel truly relieved, because finally, I understand: the most pitiful person is not me, but Mirellin—the one who can live until today without a shred of decency.

This story does not have a clear villain.

There is only one boy who gave too much, and one girl who received too often, to the point of forgetting how to say thank you.

Ving and Lith were not Mirellin's only victims. Khokhen—a person whose whole future was ruined by Mi with one empty promise.

  Khokhen was a filial person.

On the day of his final exam, Khokhen skipped the test to attend his grandmother's funeral. Because of this, Khokhen failed the "Fluid Mechanics" course.

After the exam, the whole class went to Khokhen's grandmother's funeral; only Mirellin did not go.

That's Mirellin; I don't know if it's due to superstition, but Mirellin definitely doesn't attend funerals, but she goes to weddings immediately.

For example: Ving's grandmother's funeral, Nuvéa's grandfather's, Dazragon's grandmother's... Mirellin did not attend. But she attended the weddings of Onyx and Nana, Valkryn and Chu, Lith and Megan, etc.

Summer 2021, Khokhen learned that Mirellin was retaking the course he failed to improve her score.

Khokhen told Mirellin to message him when she retook the class.

Mirellin replied with an extremely short: "Okay."

  Khokhen trusted Mirellin absolutely.

He didn't dare message her again, didn't dare call, didn't dare ask a second time, for fear of bothering her, for fear of Mirellin getting annoyed.

He quietly waited for just one message, one call from Mirellin.

Because he believed that promise, Khokhen refused every other opportunity.

Khokhen noticed that two summer months were nearly over and Mirellin hadn't contacted him to study together. Khokhen became suspicious and called to ask.

Mirellin only replied with one sentence: "I forgot."

Then she hung up. No apology. No explanation.

  That is Mirellin.

Promising is as easy as turning over one's hand. Forgetting is faster than a blink of an eye.

And the consequences are left for others to bear for the rest of their lives.

Khokhen went from a potential great engineer to a street vendor, running everywhere to sell snacks to children.

From then on, whenever someone asked Khokhen why he hadn't graduated, he would only smile sadly and give a short answer: "Because I trusted a girl's promise absolutely."

  Why is Mirellin so forgetful?

Mirellin is thoughtless because Khokhen does not affect her life, so "forgetting" is a natural, effortless reflex.

Mirellin may have a "selective memory" due to narcissistic supply – she only remembers things that bring her personal benefit (like registering to retake a course to improve her own grade), while forgetting things related to others.

Khokhen is a "vulnerable person" (poor, easily trusting), so Mirellin did not feel the need to keep her promise – a form of "power imbalance exploitation."

In summary: Mirellin operates on the principle of "me first, always me," with a pathological lack of empathy.

Conclusion on Mirellin V. Haylendra's Character.

Throughout the entire story, Mirellin V. Haylendra is clearly presented as only one type of person:

An individual who lives completely for herself, devoid of heart, decency, and moral foundation.

She divides people into exactly two categories:

  1. Those who can be exploited (Ving, Lith, Khokhen, ...)

  2.

  • When needed: sweet, whiny, full of promises, asking for favors 24/7, ...

  •
  • When no longer needed: completely blocked, completely deleted, completely forgotten, even humiliated in front of their entire family (Ving), cursed publicly (Lith), or simply ruined an entire life with one phrase: "I forgot" (Khokhen).

    • Result: Not one apology, not one look back, not one ounce of remorse.

    •

  •

  1. Those who benefit her ego and image (Nuvéa, Trélling, Dazragon, ...)

  2.

  • Even though Nuvéa, Trélling, and Dazragon were the ones who hid assignments, badmouthed her, manipulated her, and caused all the drama that made Mirellin suffer,

    • Result: Mirellin still embraced them, still went out to eat, went to play, ...

    •
    • Reason: Because they helped Mirellin maintain her central position, preserved her outward appearance of being "united and lovable" in front of the crowd, maintained her central position in the group (badmouthing others to bond), helping her feel a false sense of "power" and being "loved."

    •

  •

In conclusion, Mirellin does not distinguish between right and wrong, nor between good and bad people.

Mirellin only distinguishes: "Are you still beneficial to me?"

  • Still beneficial: → close friends, embracing each other even if you stabbed me in the back.

  •
  • No longer beneficial: → blocked, deleted, forgotten, humiliated, even if your future is ruined, I won't even bother to remember your name.

  •

Mirellin is not the type of person who is "intentionally malicious."

She is more terrifying than that: she is the type of person who doesn't need to be evil, because she lacks the conscience to know she is hurting anyone.

She can live until today without knowing how many souls she has crushed, simply because she has never once felt that she is in the wrong.

  • To Ving → cursed in front of his entire family, blocked on graduation day.

  •
  • To Lith → humiliated in the middle of a crowded coffee shop.

  •
  • To Khokhen → lost his diploma and his entire future with one phrase: "I FORGOT."

  •
  • To Nuvéa, Trélling, Dazragon → embraced, kissed, called "sisters forever" despite having harmed Mirellin the most.

  •

Mirellin does not change because she does not see herself as wrong—the ultimate motive is survival through selfishness, where thoughtlessness, ingratitude, and cruelty are tools to live without a conscience.

I was not foolish for helping Mirellin.

I was just unlucky to encounter someone who was born lacking a conscience.

Mirellin is a person who is:

  • Ungrateful: Mirellin never shows gratitude when receiving help or gifts from friends, even taking it for granted.

  •
  • Exploitative of others: Mirellin constantly takes advantage of her friends' kindness to achieve personal goals without caring about their feelings or losses.

  •
  • Breaks promises: Mirellin frequently makes promises but never fulfills them, causing friends to lose trust and feel deceived.

  •

This may be due to educational factors (indulgence, lack of teaching on empathy) or genetic factors (Mirellin's parents may also be thoughtless people), but the result is that Mirellin will continue this cycle: exploit, destroy, and then move on to a new victim, while keeping her toxic friends to "comfort" her fragile ego.

But whatever the reason, Mirellin is not the victim—she is the perpetrator, and the core motive is self-preservation at all costs, even if that cost is the life of another person.

I and the others are just random victims in Mirellin's world, where conscience does not exist.
