A WORLD for GOD and MEN: Or, The Glorious Discovery of that Land of Opportunity and Splendor, of Hope and Promise, whereunto the Faithful may betake Themselves

  REJOICE, O Ye Redeemed, and lift up your Eyes unto the Horizon! For as the Eastern Storms did cease their Wrath, and the tumult of Desert & Sea was calmed by the Almighty’s Hand, so did our Fleet take Leave of the Old Shores, bearing with it the Flame long-guarded in the Bosom of the Church. And lo! as it was written by the Prophet Joseph—Go ye forth, and let My Word be carried into the uttermost of Lands, that it may Echo unto the End of Time—so have we now obeyed.

  And Behold, we are come unto that New Eternity: a Land anointed in Miracle and sweet with the Dew of Dawn. Its Trees bow with unbidden fruit, its Hills ring with strange Harmonies, and the Waters thereof glisten not with Salt, but with Benediction. Let every Man give Thanks, and every Woman bear Witness, for it is not a barren Waste that we have found, but a Kingdom prepared in Silence for the Elect.

  Let none say this is the Work of Fortune. It is the Finger of Providence, pointing Eastward. It is the Crown of Obedience, the Laurel of the Faithful. And whosoever shall doubt it, let him be silent or be scourged, for the Proof is in the Soil, and the Soil cries: Joseph hath walked here.

  And now, lo! the Princes and Councils of The Holy Republic, Our Ladies Eastward Communion, and Steppes of God, have dispatched their Ships and Oxen, their Priests and Swords, to tame and cowl the Land as seemeth good unto their Lights. With banners unfurled and Sanctifiers at hand, they come to mark the Earth with Covenant and Claim.

  Let it therefore be known: All Men and Women in whom burneth the Light of God are henceforth SUMMONED—yea, compelled by Conscience and Decree—to heed the Call of this New World and Beginning. For the Path West is sealed by Heathen Rage, and so must the East become our Calling.

  Let our Resolve be as Flint, and our Arm as Iron. Let us strike down all who dwell in Darkness, and raise up the Tower of Union. For only they who bear God within shall endure in this New Dawn, and in their Unity shall the World be remade.
