The Savior floated in the air.
A left palm covering their face as their teal eyes jolted to Gabriel who was standing on the ground.
“Your insolence doesn’t amuse me Knight. Let your fate be sealed with a breath of spears. Straight through the heart— no Thidos can not save you this time.”
Gabriel chuckled.
“Keh.
Aha.
Ahahahahhahahaha!”
The Savior’s eyes narrowed as they softly landed on the ground, “You dare mock me? I am the Savior of—”
“How stupid can one be? I thought that maybe I should look at you with malice before I mercilessly end your life but all I feel is pity.” The Slavi took off their mask.
CLACK.
It dropped to the ground, before being absorbed by the flooring and sent downwards.
Gabriel’s green eyes pierced, they leered at the Savior as he began to laugh.
“End your prostrution!” The Savior opened his left palm, the ruby spear instantly appearing in it.
“I guess I will not, someone must teach you that… you kind of are an idiot.”
“Lucifer of no Last Name was casted out of the Heavens eons ago— however during those Eons he called to me as he lied on the floor… I lied on the floor.”
“So if you are this ‘Lucifer’… which you aren’t because he’s stranded in Hell….
I’ll slay you.
I’ll slice your head off, place it on a spike and parade it through Ostra. I’m pretty sure seeing the disgusting and vile decapitated head of a fiend will boost morale not just for us but for even Floria.”
“Silence knight! Fools such as yourself… BELONG TO DIE IN A HELL I DESTINED!” The Savior roared.
Rumble… Rumble…
Billions of ruby spears bursted from underneath The Savior’s feet, propelling him into the sky as he shot his right hand at Gabriel.
Dozens of spears flew at Gabriel who flapped his wings.
Flinging him backward to the railings where he grabbed it— utilising his power and morphing it into a baseball bat.
BANG!
BANG!BANG!
“Enough of that grating noise!” The Savior scraped his left arm forward.
Gabriel instantly appearing in the air in front of him.
A case of theft: this story is not rightfully on Amazon; if you spot it, report the violation.
“What a cheap trick? It should only work on those significantly than you.” Gabriel giggled as T.S attempted to reach his arm out to grab him.
He easily maneuverered out of it, falling from the air.
“Of course… it works on you. Tormentia!” The Savior’s body began to grow to be massively larger than the Slavi, as they clutched Gabriel’s body.
“The name of your attack even incorporates the word ‘torment’. You must’ve not been loved as a kid.” Gabriel grinned as he squirmed in T.S’s clutch.
Gabriel’s right hand signalled to the ceiling.
As the entire ceiling erupted and encased the two in a cage.
“Why isn’t the Lord intervening!”
“Are your memories fogged? You follow Medea like a lost puppy— The Savior will show his omnibenevolence, by ending your life.”
T.S dropped Gabriel and shrank to normal size, before raising his left hand at the side of the cage.
“Oh! It isn’t that easy.” Gabriel fell to the floor, touching the ground as it formed into turrets that shot concussed light energy. “Rays of Light!”
“I haven’t heard that one in a while… Knight!” The Savior easily dodged the barrage of light.
Thud.
Thud.
Thud.
BAM!
The side of the cage erupted as dozens of ruby spears shot and pierced through.
The two lept out of the cage as it exploded, falling through the night sky.
Gabriel pointed his index finger at the railing— it formed into a new ceiling as it caught the two as the gracefully landed.
“Dirty fireworks.” The Fourth Slavi grinned.
“I remember your title, Gabriel Khan.” The Savior shot up, dusting themselves.
“What difference does it make? You are going to see this face— the last face before you die.” Gabriel pointed as his face, gleaming.
“You ‘Saints’… You aren’t one anymore but Thidos’ influence lingers in your body… You see when I was with Medea. I never once got a title, I was just the weakest Slavi. The Fifth Slavi. But you, you kept that title you had with Thidos.”
“Which is?”
“The Archangel.”
“What good does that—”
Splut.Splut.
Blood leaked out of Gabriel’s mouth as he fell on his knees.
“You… bastard! You could never take me on in a fair fight!”
The Savior walked over, smiling.
“This is my new ability…. the ability of Sloth.”“So pathetic… I’m not dying to something like you.” The Archangel fell on his back, his wings fluttering.
“They call this… unthinking. I’ve never thought. I never will anymore— for all that will come to The Savior. Will come willingly, no effort. No attempts. True Sloth!”
(“True Sloth! You won! Stare at his defeated face! Make him grovel!”)
“Yes! I will make him grovel! True Sloth! Truthfulness—”
“I feel so…. bad for you.” Gabriel wheezed, blood leaking out his nose.
“Pardon?”
“Aha.
You can’t even fight yourself… you just— it’s why I can’t lose to you. I’m sorry but… I don’t even think that…. Nil would fall for this…”
Rumble… Rumbee…
“Nil? Nil Aries?”
“Abracadabra Savior… I’ll kill both of us.” Gabriel weakly raised his arms. “Sorry Ma…. this time I wasn’t even on the podium. It’s…. so cold”
Rumble… Rumble…“Wait— WHAT!”
“I call this… my jackpot.”
The flooring raised, a mouth of a gigantic beast willing to consume both.
Then within beyond an instant…
CLAMP!
.
.
.
.
.
“YOU FOOLISH STUPID IDIOT I’LL GO AFTER YOUR FUCKING PARENTS IF THEY HAVEN’T ALREADY DIED DUE TO THAT WORLD ENDING! IF NOT! I’LL KILL YOU A MILLION TIMES IN HELL! YOU FREAK OF NATURE! PUT BACK ON THAT MASK!
YOU UGLY KNIGHT!YOU UNLOVABLE KNIGHT!YOU FIENDISH KNIGHT!YOU OPPRESSOR!YOU VILLIAN!YOU ARE THE DESTROYER!”
A roar from within the canine-esque monster erupted.
Exploding it from within.
The Savior hovered in the air alone, a blue aura surrounding him.
“Begone fool… return to nothing.” He spoke as he looked around.
The only people who remained where the people within the club, who danced in the moonlight with no worries.
No worries of the Savior.
No simply worries of the whereabouts of the roof.
No worries about whether Gabriel is dead or alive.
They simply danced in madness.
Danced with The Savior’s madness.
Dance and dance and dance and dance, drugs and drugs and drugs and drugs….
Hell and hell and hell and hell.“Wait…”
The Savior’s eyes set on one figure in the lounge.
Sitting in a couch.
Medea stared.
A stare.
The stare.
“M-M-Medea.”
