Season Two Updated Records and Rosters!

Hello again, everyone, Sterling Westlake here, and, if you’re like me, you’re an avowed stats nerd. So, with the excitement of Carnival Cavalcade Wrestling Season Two building, and the first season-two episode of Chaos imminent, let’s take a quick look inside the numbers and where everyone sits on the roster.

As Season One progressed, the stars soared higher and the underneath girls sunk lower, which is what we’d expect to see. But there were a few notable exceptions.

Sunny Austin, who entered Season One with just a single win on her record, fought and struggled her way to five more, including her first few singles wins. Sunny also lost her share of matches — she is an underneath girl, after all — but she was on a definite upswing at the end of last season. Only one underneath girl, Tiana Miles, has ever broken free of the underneath locker room and gotten a star contract. It didn’t end well for her but, as Season Two begins, Sunny could be poised to become the second wrestler to make the leap to the star locker room. Think she can she do it?

And if she does, what happens to her relationship with Cassie Rae?

Speaking of Cassie, she spent some time pinned and put to sleep during Season One too, but she also picked up some wins, including in the massive match that rid CCW of Tiana and The Pack forever. Cassie and stardom have never been mentioned in the same breath by anyone, including Cassie. Is there any reason to think, at age 34 with hundreds of losses in her dark, sordid CCW past, Cassie might be able to put together a run toward the other locker room?

  Or even a championship?

Switching to the stars, Season One saw Anna Konda and BRICKHOUSE became the first wrestlers to break 20 wins. There’s little reason to think that success won’t continue but, with stars like All-American Amy Steel, CCW Champion Betty Magnum, and Tri-County Champion Sizzlin’ Scarlett Jackson approaching the 20-win mark, the competition is only going to get more intense as Season Two develops.

Last — and hopefully not least, for her sake — Gothica enters Season Two with a current record of 0-16, the worst in the company. Persona changes and Pack membership have done nothing to keep her from ending all her matches on her back, belly up and shoulders down. Now, she’s back in the underneath locker room with no close allies and a lot of mental and emotional baggage weighing her down. Is there any hope Gothica can figure out a way to finally win?

  Poor kid.

Hopes and dreams are sure to be realized, and dashed, in Carnival Cavalcade Wrestling Season Two. Everything will be on the line for these women. And, with a power vacuum in the front office, there’s no telling what can and will happen as the wrestlers of CCW — stars and underneath alike — risk it all for what they dare to desire.

Fans, I can’t wait, and I hope you can’t either.
