  I’m still at the lake. The night was freezing now, and I was barely able to move in the morning, but I survived, hiding in a small hole in the ground that was beside a tree, probably some resting place of another animal that migrated. If I knew that I was going to be gone for longer I would’ve brought my blanket, but this was unplanned.
