"Mateo! Should I start now?!"

  "Yes!" Mateo shouts to Graham who gives an excited smirk before wielding his spear.

  Graham run towards the spider cow and with excess force, slam his spear to the ground flinging him up to the sky.

  Graham propels himself with burst of mana from his feet as he falls down like a comet.

  BLAM!

  And crashes above the abdomen of the spider cow with intense force that the monster flinch, making a distorted mooing scream.

  "Critical hit. But it barely even damaged!" Monica shouts as she reposition himself to the monster's blind spot.

  Above the abdomen is Herian watching Graham pull his spear embedded to the same flesh he struggled to even scratch with dozens of full powered slashes. Herian feels weak as he realized the gap between them and the two top Gold Rank parties.

  Graham just give a glimpse to Herian then returns on attacking the spider cow. He spins his spear which the tip slashes the skin as he walks, creating wounds on his path.

  Herian shake his head and continues to attack the monster to no avail as his sword just bounce back.

  "Fuck! Fuck! Fuck! FUUUCK!!!" Herian shouts out of frustration on each swing she gives.

  Below the ground is Boltz casting buffs for the party as the monster is too pre-occupied on removing the threat above him by thrashing around rendering his taunt useless for a moment.

  "All done!" Boltz shouts after casting a magic enhancing buff to Monica and Claustrine.

  "Thanks Boltzzz~." Monica then proceeds to summon a lot of bubbles which he then fuse to each other creating a large bubble.

  Monica sends the giant bubble to the unaware spider cow which the impact instantly caused a catastrophic explosion. Even shaking the ground around them.

  "Woah! Monica!" Graham shouts then plant his spear to the flessh and hold on it. Herian can't do the same instead crouch and hold on the spider cow's hair.

  The gigantic beast almost fall as the explosion push it on its side but it manages to regain its footing.

  "Not yet!"

  Mateo follows up Monica's attack by making a running headstart, leap with all his strenght and with a fierce stab, strikes the charred side of the spider cow. His sword digs deep on the flesh and now pushing the giant monster to fully send it falling towards Claustrine below waiting with big crudely-made tungsten arrows.

  With a swing of her staff, Claustrine sends the Tungsten tipped pillars by expanding the ground beneath them, creating big pillars of earth with metal ends. Rising until it hits the monster, stopping its fall in exchange of the arrows digging on its thick skin.

  "Trinne get out of there now!" Mateo warns Claustrine who quickly comply and move the ground under her feet to surf on the soil.

  The pillars can't handle the weight of the monster and breaks, letting the spider cow to finally fall to the ground. The remaining Ameron members and Helyna who still attacking the monster with their best are now feeling away to escape being crushed by the enormous body of the beast.

  "Status report?" Mateo asked everyone.

  "Our attacks work but the opponent is tanking it all~." Monica answers.

  "It means we can win, but it's going to take a very long time." Boltz then cast some buffs to himself.

  "Any signs of it fleeing?" Mateo's follow up question.

  "Phew that feels great." Graham running towards Mateo and Boltz alongside Herian who quiet and timid.

  The spider cow stands up and flinch after feeling the accumilated injury caused by the little creatures attacking him. It makes a loud scream that sends shockwaves to the surroundings.

  "It's really mad now. I guess it's not going to run away." Mateo speaks as he look on the monster.

  The spider cow points the tip of its abdomen to the sky which alerted Mateo.

  "He's going to di something! Be prepared!"

  From the tip of the Spider cow's abdommen, a huge string of white silk got released and rain down around the perimeter.

  "Watch out!" -Mateo.

  The string mid-air then expands and create a cone net that solidify as it falls. And drop to the ground with a loud thud which everyone escapes on its drop point.

  After recovering on the sudden move of the monster. Mateo looks around and see the solid net now surrounds them like a bird cage.

  "Mateo!"

  Mateo look around only to see Monica outside of the white prison created by the spider. He also noticed the Ameron knight and axeman escaped the enclosure.

  "Tsk!" Mateo is annoyed then he run towards the web.

  And swing his sword into it.

  His sword touch the web but not only it's extremely durable but the white web is also maleable that it just absorb the force Mateo give to it while also sticking on is weapon which annoyed him even further.

  "Boltz! Graham! Please stall the monster for a moment! Trinne come with me."

  "Ok!" The two shouts and rusb towards the monser who busy trying to kill Herian and his mage and swordsman who fighting for their dear life.

  "Monica try to destroy it using your magic."

  "Ok. Move away for a while~"

  Claustrine and Mateo move aside and watch Monica cast a bubble which she send to the cage thus causing an explosion.

  The smoke disappears but the cage doesn't show any sign of damage.

  "Impossible..." Monica is surprised and dissapointed.

  "Trinne burn it down."

  "Ok."

  Claustrine did what Mateo asked but the result is still the same. Everyone watch as the magic casted by both mages nullified when it got contact with the web.

  "Magic Nullifying. Unbelievable." Claustrine's disbelief.

  "Mateo! We need back up here!"

  The two hear Graham's call as him alongside Boltz dodges and blocks the Spider's attacks. From the distance is Herian stucked on the sticky web after the Spider sent him flying.

  "This beast suddenly becomes more powerful!" -Boltz.

  Mateo watched the Spider Cow's mouth open up.

  "It's going to shoot web on its mouth. Don't get caught into it!"

  With Mateo's warning, Graham and Boltz locked in and dodged the first release of web which spreads on the ground and create a field of web. The two continues to dodge the continued firing of the traps.

  "Aaaaa!"

  The mage got directly hit by the clump of web which easily pin him to the ground. He tries to escape but his struggle is waste as the sticky web is too strong.

  The Ameron swordsman gives quick glances on Herian and the Mage as he panics, him choosing who to save which he run towards the nearest which his mage friend.

  The swordsman swings his sword with all of his might in atttempt to cut the web but just like Mateo, his efforts are futile. The sword just stick to the web and not even cut a single strand at all.

  "Help me!"

  "I'm trying! Damnit!"

  Mateo gives up on trying to destroy the cage.

  "Monica can you attack from the outside of this cage?"

  The narrative has been stolen; if detected on Amazon, report the infringement.

  "Impossible. The gaps are too small for my bubbles to fit."

  "I see. Monica find a way of entry. Lets go Trinne."

  Claustrine and Mateo re-enters the battle. Mateo see the monster rushing towards the Mage and Swordsman.

  "Boltz! Taunt it!"

  Boltz use his red light again to catch the aggression of the monster.

  "Huh?"

  Boltz is surprised as the spider cow completely ignores the red light his mace is emitting.

  "Shit! We can't reach it on time!" Mateo shouts.

  "GET OUT!!!" Graham screamsa as he run towards the spider.

  The swordsman look behind him and terror filled his being watching the mouth of the cow wide open, ready to shot another clump of web.

  Then he see that someone jumped directly to the face of the spider cow.

  "AAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!"

  Helyna makes a hail mary scream as she lands on the monster's face.

  STAB!

  And pierce its eyes with her sword.

  The cow makes an ear ringing scream as it thrashes around brutally in attempt to throw away the one that injured its eyes. Helyna meanwhine clings on her dear life and her trusted sword still embedded to the now close and bleeding eye.

  And the cow's effort finally paid off as with an one strong fling of its head, Helyna got sent flying and crash down to the ground. Helyna in the middle of a crater caughing up as the impact injured her too much.

  The spiders tries to finish Helyna only for it to interrupted with combined force of Mateo slashing its leg, Claustrine sending assortments of magic under its abdommen and Graham giving consecutive stabbing above it.

  Mateo after watching what Helyna did climbs the spider cow until he reach its other eye and stab it. Making the monster agitated and in pain as it rampages around.

  Boltz run towards Helyna and fetch her to get carried on a safe spot far from the fight. He gently put Helyna near the cage where Monica can see them.

  "Oh you poor lady.~" Monica looking at Helyna with pity.

  "Don't do such thing?!" Botlz reprimands Helyna who still feeling the pain.

  "S-sorry. I-I just want to become useful on s-some way..." Helyna apologize as she flinches.

  "Stop talking."

  Boltz now starts to heal Helyna with his magic as a cleric.

  "Thankfully there's no severe internal damage. But I can only give your temporary treatment.

  The yellow light engulfs Helyna which easily heal her minor injuries while giving relief to the major ones.

  "Oh no this is not good.".

  "What do you mean?" Boltz look confused at Monica as he continue to heal Helyna.

  Monica points on the far spot inside the cage and there they see a clump of rabbits who just multiplied.

  "My goddess."

  Boltz finished giving first aid to Helyna and ask Monica to watch for her. Then he run back to Mateo and others to tell the bad news.

  "Mateo! We have a problem?!"

  "What is it?"

  "The Rabbits got caught inside of the cage and now multiplying at fast rate."

  "Oh great. Another problem."

  "Another?"

  "See it for yourself." Mateo points on their main opponent.

  Boltz see the monster who drasticlly changed. With its two eyes gone, it forced to open its remaining 6 eyes which really akin to its spider appearance. The hairs now turned in white spiky bristles.

  "It's suddenly become like that." Graham casually speak as he pull one of the bristle stucked on his leg that got embedded when the spider cow evolves.

  "And it's now resistant to magic attacks. It must be the work of those white bristles." Claustrine's observation.

  "And our brute force is not enough to damage it. That must be its true strenght."

  Mateo looks around to find any ways of escape their predicament and not only he didn't see things that can help them but also saw the moutains of rabbits, but also the assortment of creatures far away outside of the cage. The others also see the absurdities of the place they staying in.

  There's some legless cow who just bounces around and crashing to the pile of rabbits, eating them.

  Three forms of giant white ducks. One kind have extremely elongated necks and the other is the opposite as it doesn't have neck at all. Intstead, it's entire hody is its head. The last one is just ball of eyes with duck legs and wings.

  The last kind of creature feasting on the rabbits is long light brown sheeps with multiple legs. Kinda like a centipede minus the insect shell and segmented appearance. On both ends are sheep's head end which make everyone wonder where the hell they even release what they just eat after some time.

  Mateo laughs out of fear and confusion to the absurdities they watching.

  Get killed by the spider cow, crushed by the multiplying rabbits inside the cage and if they somehow escape the prison, the horde of monsters would surely finish them off.

  There's no victory on sight.

  "I knew it. There's no way we can win that easily." Mateo's admittance.

  "What we should do now?" Boltz asked with concern.

  "Survive." Mateo's unsure answer.

  The evolved spider cow starts to gallop to the group.

  "Here it comes!"

  Everyone brace themselves, waiting for the spider cow to reach them and starts its attack.

  Only for them to be surprised as it suddenly stop on its tracks and freeze like a statue. It slowly move its head to its left which everyone follows.

  On the cage. Herian is still sticked to the white web as the Ameron knight and axeman tries to destroy the cage from the outside in order to free their leader.

  "Why you two taking so long?!" Herian shouts as the attempt of his two party members behind him don't show any progress.

  "WE'RE TRYING!!!!" The knight tries to pull his sword who now also got sticking to the web after he try to cut the web only to fail.

  The Axeman makes another swing of his axe to cut the net but fail similar to the knight. His weapon now also sticking to the web. As he trying to freed his weapon, he noticed something after sensing the fight between Grand ecstasy, Wanderer and Spider Cow went on halt.

  "Hey why is that monster looking at us like that?!" The axeman points on the spider cow watching them with fear on its face.

  Herian and the knight feels disturbed as earlier, the spider is dead set of killing them all but right now, it staring to someone who more powerful than him.

  "W-what?" Herian feels unease as he well knew that such fear is not coming from them. And also not from Grand Ecstasy nor Wanderer. The spider cow sensing something that it can't fight.

  .

  .

  "Hoho?"

  The Knight and Axeman flinch when they suddenly hear something behind them. The two look behind and what they saw is something that just make their confusion and panic worst.

  In their sight is a pink monkey-like creature only half of their height. It's wearing a black pants, white shirt and black suspenders. On its head is a straw hat with wide brim.

  The monkey appears ragged and dirty but its not seems a result of struggle. More akin to a farmer who just finished hard labor on his field.

  "Ho?" The monkey tilts its head looking at the two creatures who it seen for the first time since a thousand years.

  But the Knight and Swordsman shows intense fear as they go in high alert and combat posture. The two quickly understand that its the creature who put the spider cow into panic.

  The monkey sees the axe and sword wielded by the people in front of him and realize that they're a threat. The monkey raise his two hand and point its long fingers towards the intruders.

  STAB.

  The Knight and Axemen didn't react at all. Milliseconds just happened and their heads are now impaled with the elongated fingers of the monkey who pierces their skulls all the way through.

  The monkey contracts its fingers back on its normal lenght and walk pass the two dead Knight and Axemen until it finally reach the cage.

  "HEY WHAT'S HAPPENING THERE?! GUYS?!" Herian is panicking as he knows the two just encountered an enemy

  But he can't see that his friends are already dead behind him.

  "Ho ho?"

  Herian hears the same animalistic sound that put his friends on high alert.

  "WHO THE FUCK ARE YOU?! WHAT YOU DID TO THEM?!" Herian squirms to no avail as his body is still stucked on the web. He's screaming as there's no response from his friends at all.

  The monkey grab the web with both of his hand. The same spot of the web cage where Herian is sticking horizontally and each hand are grabbing a spot on Herian's both ends.

  And then.

  RIP!

  Grand Ecstasy, Wanderer and the remaining Ameron members watch in horror as Herian got instantly seperated in half from his waist after the Monkey rip and tear the web he got stucked with great force that there's not even a single instance of resistance. From just a blink of a moment, Herian spits huge amount of blood before succumbing to his obviously lethal injury.

  The monkey enters through the brutal passage he created while also retracting his arms he used to make a huge rip on the web.

  Cold sweat flows on everyone as they watch the Monkey walk slowly inside the cage towards the spider cow. It just stare to the cow for seconds that its enough to send the giant monster away who leaps very high and drag the web with dead Herian on it as the monster escapes.

  "D-DDAMN YOUUU!!!"

  The swordsman out of rage and grief rushed towards the pink monkey with tears flowing on his cheeks.

  "NOOOO!" The mage screams as he watch the upper half of the Swordsman turned info bloody mist after the pink monkey slap him. An attack that even Wanderer and Grand Ecstasy didn't see. He can only cry as he's still tied to the ground, looking on the indifferent monkey.

  "W-what? N-no way?" Graham blinks fast as he attempted to try if he remembers what the attack looks like but whatever he do, he can't make an image of the monkey's motion. On his eyes, the monkey killed the Swordsman without even moving too much.

  "Put your weapons on your bags. Now." Mateo's serious and cautious command for everyone.

  "B-but..." -Graham.

  "That's an enemy we can't possibly defeat Graham. Let's not show hostility."

  "And then?"

  "Just hope for the best."

  Everyone admits defeat and hide their weapons to show the monkey that they meant no conflict. The pink primate sees the gesture and proceeds to ignore everyone even the mage who screaming and shouting curses to him. Perhaps, he don't understand what the mage is saying.

  Grand Ecstasy and Wanderer can just stand still and freeze as the pink monkey look at them curiosly before focusing his attention to the hill of rabbits still multiplying and the monster feasting on them. It made a satisfies nod.

  The clothed primate then goes towards Mateo, Graham and Claustrine who frozen in place out of fear to the power the monster possessed and the thought that everyone can't read what it is thinking at the moment.

  "W-we're nor here to fight." Mateo's soft words. Hoping that the monkey might understand his words somehow.

  "Ohoh?" The monkey tilts its head ouf of curiosity.

  "W-we're just looking for a way to e-escape this place."

  "Hu ho?"

  The monkey remove his straw hat and scracth his head then return the hat on its place. Then the primate becomes extremely focused on Mateo for some reason to the confusion of everyone.

  "H-hey why it's staring at you Mateo?" Claustrine's whisper.

  "Shhhh..."

  The pink primate just awkwardly staring at Mateo for a minute which make him uncomfortable. Then it just walk away.

  "Huh?"

  Only for everyone to get confused again as the monkey stops of its track and glance on the people behind him.

  "W-what now?" Graham asked.

  "I-I think it want us to follow him?"

  Mateo and Graham look at each other and carefully follow the monkey. The monkey resumes its pace after knowing that his guest are now following him, proving Mateo's theory.

  "Should we really do this?" Claustrine is still skeptical.

  "As if we have any more choice." Mateo's short answer as the monkey is really their chance to escape the place after it offers help.

  Mateo signals Boltz and Monica who far away from them to quickly follows. Monica jogs elegantly while Boltz carefully lifted the still injured Helyna on his back. They left behind the feasting monsters and everyone reach the Ameron mage who still pinned on the ground.

  "Just fucking leave alone. I don't care anymore." The mage's lifeless words. His grief of knowing that he's the only survivor of his party with the thought of being persecuted by the guild, from his crime makes him lose his will to live.

  "Are you sure?" Graham wants to give him a chance.

  "There's no point. My friends are now dead. And there's no way we can win the court. Just leave me alone here to rot and die."

  Grand Ecstasy and Wanderer just give one more glance of pity to the pinned mage before leaving completely. The mage just staring on the bright ceiling lights of the dungeon as he hears the beast around him.

  "I guess this is the punishment for my crimes. Hehe." The mage's defeated words.

  Suddenly, a bunny leaps on his stomach but he doesn't care. Even if it multplies by two.

  And then four.

  Eight.

  Sixteeen.

  Thirty Two.

  The Rabbits multiply to the point that they completely covers the mage. After some time, the myriad of monsters then feast on the ton of rabbits that crushed the Mage. His body being teared apart by the monsters in the process.
