  I stared at my stats and skills. Since defeating the Ultimate Idiot and obtaining the Crown of Infinite Stupidity I had acquired the Idiot Engine and remade the world to my vision... but I hadn't levelled up.

  "Why haven't I levelled up?" I said aloud.

  "Levelling query initiated. Summoning Dumb Sponsor for explanation." the voice said.

  Suddenly, before me, coalesced a big, hulking apparition. Its head was sloping. A line of drool dripped from its lips. As it solidified, it began to speak.

  "It is I, Stupimetheus, titan of stupidity. Know, O Dumb Girl, that it is I who brought you to this world, hoping to harness your idiocy, hoping for your progression and evolution as stupidity's greatest champion. You have done well—so well, after acquiring the Crown of Infinite Stupidity, nothing in this world has been a match for you, nothing truly a challenge. Without difficulty, there is no experience. Without experience, there is no levelling. Without levelling, there is no evolution."

  I scratched my head, trying to parse his speech. "Uuuuh... small words please?" I asked.

  Stupimetheus sighed. "I bring you here. Hope Dumb Girl make great Dumb Girl, best fighter of dumbness ever. You so dumb, nothing hard. Not hard, no levels."

  "Okay, so how do I level up?"

  "Know, my champion, that the other titans and gods have levelled and evolved their own champions, and wish a grand tournament to prove who is strongest. The power of dumbness is mighty, and I suspect will triumph over all others. Win the tournament, and further progression will be unlocked, further challenges will appear for you to surmount."

  I blinked, having trouble following. "Ummm... dumb it down, please."

  "You fight other monster girls. Win big fight game, level up more, get more quests."

  I grinned. "Awesome! Let's kick some ass. Where's the big fight game?"

  This time he kept it dumb. "Will be here. Not sure why, the others talked too smart. Something about us being too dumb to cheat. Build big arena for us, please."

  I channelled the power of the Idiot Engine. A grand arena materialized in the heart of my stupidity-infused kingdom, its colossal walls adorned with vibrant murals depicting epic battles and heroic feats. The stands were filled with eager spectators—a mix of dumb and smart creatures alike, all chanting and cheering as they awaited the start of the tournament.

  I stood in the center of the arena, my Crown of Infinite Stupidity glinting in the sunlight, as the evolved monster girls materialized around me, phasing in from other realms controlled by other titans and gods. There was a diverse range of powerful and unusual abilities on display, each girl unique and formidable in her own right.

  Evolved Fish Girl - With scales that shimmered like gold and fins that flowed like silk, she moved with grace and agility, her eyes holding the depths of the ocean.

  Evolved Fox Girl - Her vibrant red fur and sharp features gave her an air of cunning and stealth, her tail swishing behind her like a metronome keeping time with her predatory instincts.

  Evolved Magpie Girl - Adorned with feathers of iridescent black and white, she had a mischievous glint in her eye, her beak clicking softly as she surveyed the competition.

  Evolved Cat Girl - Her sleek black fur and emerald green eyes gave her an air of mystery and allure, her movements fluid and graceful as a dancer.

  Evolved Zombie Girl - With pale skin and hollow eyes, she moved with a shambling gait, her undead aura sending chills down the spines of those around her.

  Evolved Cow Girl - Her spotted coat and gentle demeanor belied her tremendous strength, her horns curving majestically as she regarded the arena with calm curiosity.

  Evolved Succulent Girl - Covered in spikes and cacti, she had a desert-like aura, her green skin seeming to absorb the sunlight, giving her an otherworldly glow.

  Evolved Puppy Girl - With soft brown fur and bright eyes, she wagged her tail enthusiastically, her boundless energy and loyalty radiating from her like a warm embrace.

  Evolved Horse Girl - Her muscular build and flowing mane gave her an air of nobility and power, her hooves stomping the ground with anticipation.

  Evolved Demon Girl - With red skin and horns, she had a fiery aura, her tail lashing behind her as she sneered at the competition, clearly eager for a fight.

  Evolved Phoenix Girl - Adorned with feathers of flame and ash, she moved with an ethereal grace, her eyes burning with the intensity of a thousand suns.

  Evolved Smart Girl - Clad in advanced technology and surrounded by holographic displays, she had a calm and collected demeanor, her intelligence palpable as she analyzed the battlefield.

  The rules were simple: fight single elimination until only one evolved monster girl remained standing. We drew up a bracket, and prepared to duel.

  The coming arc satirizes a sort of filler arc found both in anime and LitRPG, specifically that of long fighting tournaments that don't advance the plot, such as those found in Naruto and Yu Yu Hakusho. Many people find such arcs awesome and enjoyable, and may enjoy these chapters. They also serve for character development and to introduce some characters which will be important in the next arc. But as a reader who skips filler and as a writer who, in non-satirical works, strives to make every word tell and continuously advance the plot, leaving out the filler, it pains me to post stuff I would personally skip for two whole weeks. So instead, I've decided to quick-dump the entire second arc so that people who want to skip it and go back to Amy's dumb adventures and social satire can do so right away. Enjoy!
