Are they for me or my children? There are so many questions I want to know the answers to, but it feels like I've been purposefully left in the dark. Another issue I have with them is the cost; they are expensive as hell, costing 10,000 biomass each. Despite all that, I think they will be very useful for the hive, so I'll make, let's say, 2 for now. Like they say, 2 minds are better than 1.
Now, that leaves the tunnelers and the scouts. I would like to make a tunneler, but those eggs are way too big for any of the human hosts I have down there, so that is Something I will most likely have to give birth to myself. I’ll do that till after I'm done here. I would rather not impregnate several dozen people whilst pregnant myself.
So that leaves just the scouts to specialise.
