“Alright. Do you know how to tap into the gate network?”

  Mulan says “No, I don’t. I haven’t really needed to use it.”

  “Alright, I will teach you how to access it as well. If nothing else, the gate platforms are useful for targeting locations.”

  While I am giving Mulan a lesson, I take out the broken glass and start making more containers of various sizes. I add a few more to my stock, but I give the majority of them to Mulan so she can gather essence. As soon as I am done with the lesson, I send Mulan out to ask Lizzy if she wants to do some hunting.

  I’m positive she will say yes, but it is still polite to ask rather than assuming anything. When Lizzy agrees, I open a gate for the three of them that will take them close to the mountains. I instruct Lizzy to keep her hunting to the outside of the mountains and not to enter them.

  They plan to hunt for a few hours and when they are done Mulan will gate them back. The distance isn’t that great, so she shouldn’t have any problem handling a gate. Even if she does, she now knows how to draw extra power from the gate network.

  I would be worried about Mulan hunting on her own, but with Lizzy with her I don’t have to worry too much. Everyone finishes eating shortly after they leave and I get dragged into my bedroom. I take human form and as we start having fun, I feel Damona’s ability locking me in that form.

  I use Divided Mind to be able to focus on the ability without interrupting the fun. Unfortunately, while I am able to analyze the ability, it wasn’t what I was expecting. Her ability is more similar to wish fulfillment than an ability to prevent shapeshifting.

  The way it works is that as long as the other participants want me in this form, I can’t shift. If they stop wanting me to stay in this form, then I will be able to shift into another form. Damona’s own feelings on the matter don’t actually have any bearing on my form.

  If it was just the two of us in bed, the ability would have no affect on me whatsoever. It is only meant for use when there are multiple participants, so it isn’t something I can block. I can understand why you would want such an ability if a bunch of participants are able to shapeshift.

  Things could get really confusing really quickly if people kept shifting during the fun. Luckily, the ability ends the instant the fun does, so I would be able to shift if someone attacked us. Not that I think that is very likely, but it is still something that I need to keep in mind.

  I haven’t really come across any proper assassins in this world, but I assume that they exist. While we are having fun would be the time that a real assassin would likely target us. It isn’t very likely to happen, but I can’t completely ignore the possibility.

  Although, we don’t really need to worry about it when we are having fun in the cabin. Even a professional team of assassins would have some serious problems getting into the cabin. They would also need some seriously powerful mages to get through the protections I put on it.

  I doubt that there is anyone good enough to do so without me noticing, no matter how occupied I am. Although, it would be a different story if one of the gods got directly involved. That is why I added both mana and divine protections to the cabin, it should slow down a god.

  As usual, I am probably overthinking, so I deactivate Divided Mind and lose myself in the fun. The girls easily help me distract myself from my thoughts and keep me distracted for hours. Mulan, Lizzy, and Leylisha return while we are busy, but I sense them return and they aren't injured.

  I will just ask Mulan how it went in the morning when we have breakfast together. For now, I just focus on making sure all of the girls are satisfied before they fall asleep. Surprisingly, neither Kreno or Damona take charge, they just let me do what I want.

  I am careful to make sure all of the girls, including Bella, get an equal amount of attention. I wouldn’t want to be in charge all the time, but being bossy can be quite fun. As usual, Damona outlasts all of the others and once they are asleep I start ordering her around.

  She is really obedient and enjoys having all of my attention, but she still only lasts a few more rounds. Once she falls asleep, I take out the remainder of the dragon heart and start eating it. This time, I end up finishing the last of the heart and then have some more dragon meat to fill up.

  As usual, I can’t stop eating it until I am completely stuffed, but I don’t regret it. When I am done eating, I start working on my core and keep at it until the girls wake up in the morning. I am so close to finishing the current rank, but I know the girls won’t let me continue.

  Based on my progress, I just need a few more hours to be able to reach the next rank. Unfortunately, I am not likely to get the peace and quiet needed to meditate until tonight. I will just have to wait patiently until then, for now I have women to satisfy.

  Bella, Sero, and Kreno are satisfied after a single round, but Leafa and Damona want more. A couple more rounds are required before they are satisfied and then we head out to breakfast. Asuna and Mulan are playing with Kirito while waiting for us to join them, but stop when we come out.

  Mainly because Kirito ignores them and runs to me as soon as he spots me, so I pick him up. I hand out food to all the others and then sit and feed Kirito his breakfast in my lap. He is growing well and has been eating more at almost every meal, but it isn’t like he is getting fat.

  “Mulan, how’d the hunting go?”

  Mulan says “It went well, but I have to say, Lizzy is scary!”

  “She can be, especially when she is hunting. You don’t need to worry though, she would never hurt you.”

  Mulan says “Still, I will make sure that I never get in between her and her prey!”

  “That’s probably a good idea. Even I try not to get in her way. So, did you get a lot of essence?”

  Mulan says “Yes, but mostly from low rank beasts. Lizzy was fairly disappointed that she didn’t find anything stronger. We plan to go hunting again tonight if that’s alright?”

  “Yeah, you can hunt every night if you want. Just make sure Lizzy has enough time to get some rest.”

  Mulan says “Oh, good. I was worried you were going to send me back with Damona and Leafa!”
