  Each sigil grants one full month of sanctioned entry to the advanced chapters of , thirty?one chapters beyond the present, with forty promised ere January’s end.

  By right, these boons should have been named in the prior chapter. They were not. This proclamation stands in its stead. No further mercy will be given.
