“So yeah, I rolled through character creation and then set up the stream. What do you think? Here’s my character sheet, there’s so much freedom in customisation so, you know me, I just had to go for something just a little different. So, I totally went for a halfling ranged slinger. I’m calling it my ‘David build’, just hope I don’t meet goliath until I’ve picked up a few levels!”

Another pause with some more blank staring, then he began to gesture wildly at the environment. The verdant green foliage, humid air and warm dappled sunlight shining down through the leaves left no doubt as to just where he was.
“Anyway, I just spawned in and it looks like I’ve been dropped into some kind of jungle! I hope there’s a town or something nearby because I’m only level 1 and I’m pretty sure jungles are usually the hard-core zones. I can feel the heat here too! Such good haptics! It also looks like Nova 1’s survival elements are in effect so I’d better find some water and something to pelt with my good old rocks so I can get munching! Come on then, let’s get this show rolling. David away!”
With that, the halfling hurried off into the foliage, laughing and twizzling his sling in excitement.
