  The Karma System — How It Shapes Gameplay

  In Karmafall Online, everything—abilities, quests, NPC behavior, world state, even player relationships—is determined by a single omnipresent mechanic:

  


      
  1. Every Action Generates Karma

  Karma isn’t about “good versus evil.” It measures Order and Chaos, the two governing forces of the world.

  


      
  • Order Karma comes from structure, discipline, protection, justice, sacrifice, and maintaining balance.

  • Chaos Karma comes from freedom, disruption, ambition, rebellion, unpredictability, and breaking norms.

  Both paths are powerful. Neither is “wrong.” But each comes with consequences.

  • Balanced players can break the Cycle entirely and uncover the game’s secret origin.

  Aiden and Lyra, being twins placed on opposite poles, pose a paradox the system wasn’t designed to resolve—leading to glitches, instabilities, and prophetic warnings.
