Sophia calmly, while also making sure to hold Hiroshi properly, laid him down onto the living room's sofa, before starting to take the protective gear off him.
"I guess Julia didn't hold back." Sophia noted, as she got the head gear off him, before moving to slowly take off the rest.
"Pretty much." Hiroshi calmly muttered, as he lightly assisted, but he was too exhausted and pained to do too much movement.
There was moment of silence, as the slowly the bracers and body protection was finally taken off, letting his body relax more comfortably.
"Painkillers are in left top cupboard." Hiroshi noted, as with it, Sophia went to search for it, as she decided to question him. "So, any plans for the vacations yet?"
Hiroshi thought for a moment, before answering "We haven't talked much about it, but Nata brought up an idea of visiting Japan."
"And your thoughts?" Sophia decided to continue asking, as it didn't take long for her to find the medicine, with it she took out a mug and filled it with water.
"Well... It's complicated. Personally I wouldn't want to-" Hiroshi spoke out his opinion, before being struck again with headache, a close reminder of other person he was speaking for. "But seems that doesn't matter... Oiwa wants to return as well."
Sophia was partly left to question who he meant with Oiwa, as she handed him the painkillers and mug of water. "Oiwa?.. Who's that?"
"Oh... ummm..." Hiroshi was left to mutter, clearly not so happy to talk about her, but knowing they'd find out, as he did talk about it to Klas.
"A death angel... one that I met back in my hometown... the reason for that is complicated and not something I want to talk about, but yeah... and apparently due to this ward that Julia took note on me, she is now attached onto me, being forced to follow me in proximity, otherwise death angels wouldn't usually move out of region they life at."
"I see." Sophia muttered, as she relaxed on the armrest of the sofa. "But don't you feel at least little homesick? I doubt others would mind joining as a joint summer vacation, and we could go to some resort at or near your home-town."
"It isn't my family that troubles me." Hiroshi muttered, as he took the meds and water to give himself a moment to think on how to open about his past he isn't open about. "It's... Well... the reason why my sister got me out of home, not just away from my family, but out of Japan, wasn't entirely due to what I said before... whatever it was." Hiroshi mumbled, stress coming in, but knows he cannot hide it much longer, and hopes she is willing to hear him out before lashing out of nowhere.
"I... I have an active warrant... Murder." Hiroshi admitted, making Sophia pause and question, wondering if there was more to it, meanwhile out of their notice, Julia was calmly eavesdropping on the conversation, as Nata was keeping eye on her, while Olivia was just trying to finish up the room without more hassle.
"I did it to protect someone... And not something I wanted to do... But that's the truth... I did return after my education, but that was only for a moment, as they haven't dropped the case and before my identity got linked to that case again... I returned to lived here..." Hiroshi went to explain, which Sophia took with suspicion, but kept it calm.
"Well... that's interesting." She replied, clearly not having words on how to take the news. "But if you did it to save an other, I am sure I might know some way to deal with it, even if you did get into trouble on the vacation." she muttered, clearly unsure herself, but keeping it optimistic. "And I hate to say it, but if that death angel friend of yours wants to return, there is a reason, a need to return that you don't realize yet, and maybe the trouble you caused back then is the reason for it."
Hearing her motivating him to go with it, left him unsure. "I don't know. Of course I want to get rid of this extra-burden, when I already have plenty to deal with, but-" however, he gets cut off. "Path to recovery from wilderness is confronting your past. And you won't be alone."
As she calmly put her hand on his knee, the reassurance helped him calm down about the decision. "Fine, I will go with it. And might as well inform my sister, if we plan to make this vacation a thing."

Sophia gave a warm smile, as she got back on her feet. "That's good to hear then... But while that is planned, it is payment time." She said, clearly her mind getting thirsty.
"Yeah, but remember, don't drink too much." Hiroshi muttered, as he returned the smile, before turning his head towards the sofa's back, as Sophia slowly got into position, and bore her fangs into his neck.
"Ugh... who could have guessed they are that way." Julia muttered, taking a careful peak from the doorway on the two relaxing in the living room.
"What do you mean by 'that way'." Snarled Nata, clearly not happy seeing Julia doing sneaky things, even if not so sneaky towards her and Olivia.
"You know, Sophia, a vampire drinking from Hiroshi, a human." Julia explained, but still left Nata in confusion.
"Better explain or I will bark." She said, in clear mad mood, which made Julia turn towards her with slight annoyance, as she stopped peeping. She tried to think of a way to get her off her back, before getting an amusing idea.
"Haven't you read any novels? It is common story beat that a vampire drinking from a human is form of showing love and compassion."
As Nata heard the explanation, her mood changed rapidly to concern and jealousy. "T-that's just a story thing. No way they are that way. Even Hiro admits he is into Edith..." She tried to rationalize, but it only demoralized herself even more.
"Sure, it may be a story thing. But think about it. She is taking care of him, and I think I heard him even confessed something pretty notable to her right now." Julia spoke up, with clear smirk forming on her face, as she got some entertainment seeing the little fluffy dog-girl go through the motions.
"Let me see." Nata spoke, as she pushed Julia aside to spy on Sophia and Hiroshi, as Julia took the opportunity to relax on her new bed, while pulling in the laptop.
Sophia slowly finished the drinking, which left Hiroshi still dizzy, but mobile enough at least. However, Sophia wasn't as pleased as previous time. "Damn, your blood is bad this time."
"Maybe it's the zombie blood... it will take long time to filter out." Hiroshi informed to which Sophia expected. "No need to tell me. But, I still got what I wanted. Thanks again." Sophia said with a half smile.
"No problem at all... I think we can handle most things from this point onwards." Hiroshi considered, not wanting to trouble her even more, but Sophia knew better. "I doubt that. While Olivia no doubts could be able to learn to fly by herself, Nata is a special case we need to treat with care. Especially to get her under control."
"I know, she can be... much to handle, not to mention the fact she is an dire-wolf increases the troubles if we fail, or someone like Vaska gets their hand back on her." He made clear, to which Sophia agreed.
"Having seen you two, I am sure she is in good hands. Just keep the good work going." She motivated him on, as she prepared to head out, as Hiroshi relaxed on the sofa.
"Oh, and that gear is only loaned to you, so don't break it too much... and I will tell 'you know whom' about today." to which Hiroshi calmly raised his hand, as he already expected it "Sure, go ahead... just hope Kat won't come hunt me down."
With a light laugh from Sophia, "We will see, bye now." she declared a goodbye, leaving the household for the quad once again.
Nata was left to question what was the thing Sophia planned to talk about, while Julia slowly finished with her work on the laptop, shutting the lid, and relaxing into the cushions to think through what Hiroshi confessed to.
"Nata." Olivia whimpered in soft tone, and as she turned to check on her, it was clear she was distressing about getting a dresser built, so with light pep on the step, came to help on getting last of the furniture for the room finished.
As the girls worked, and Hiroshi got some time to rest, it didn't take long before things returned to mostly normal.
Hiroshi assisting in preparing for the test, Julia keeping an eye on laptop or doing stretches to keep her body in tiptop shape, and Nata was building her planter boxes, without needing being outside thanks to them being small enough for even her to carry without issues.
"Olivia, Julia. I want to ask just in case, but how would you feel having a summer vacation in Japan?" Hiroshi decided to ask, when both of them looked free enough for discussion.
"I don't mind. Haven't really explored that far in my lifetime." Julia commented, as Olivia calmly considered it for a moment. "I guess nice. But not sure how I feel with just four of us."
"Don't worry, there might be some of my co-workers joining, so no need to worry about it." Hiroshi eased her mind, as he gave a warm smile and pat on the head. "And there is still a full month before it. Let me check." He muttered, as he opened his phone.
"Today's 24th of may... and summer vacation should start at end of june... that's is around 36 days. I could even try teaching you some Japanese for the trip." He offered to give her something to do in the meantime, which Olivia was more than happy to try.
and to their joy, the day slowly came to a close, as there was plenty to do before the trip.
