With the choice made about skills I turned towards the next move set of choices I might have to look through. The main thing I am interested in is the boss selection but I know that I need to work on the rooms first and for most. I am rather interested in what that might be since it will be rather interesting to build around whatever I am given. So with that in mind I take a moment to recenter, thankful all over again for my mind being cleared for these choices. Though that will be added to the pile of panic, the ability for something to effect my mind in this way. I shake my non head and refocuse, that is for later, this is for now, and I have rooms to choose.

  Tried and true, the smithy allows

  a monster to be assigned as the smith

  and gain skills required to

  forge metals into shape.

  Trade Hall

  A location for dungeons to communicate

  and trade between each other.

  This room is designed

  with some features from higher

  level diplomacy rooms, though

  severally limited.

  Font of Power

  [Exotic]

  a location that pull from your very

  energy and source. This allows you to

  grant the power of your core without risk to

  itself. Within this room may be anything

  based on what your core strength is.

  Be aware, no one may draw from

  this font more then once in their life.

  Even with the ability to choose two of these I am finding myself extremely annoyed still. All of these rooms would help me so well in some way, allowing me to do everything I might want or is just raw intrigue. I want to know what the font does and how it might help me aside from tempting in more people to help me grow. Then there are the other three, of which I am so curious of what to choose of them, because they would change everything. With what I want to do with enchanting and gems, a mine of them and infinite source would be amazing. A trading post has its uses, since I am vaguely in league with another dungeon and could even barter with the town maybe. Then there is the smithy, it would rocket my power way quicker then any of the others and far more consistently. Everything is so tempting and I was limited to just two of these options.

  Getting my mental range out of my mind for a second I turn my focus to analysis of my options, and what I can do with them. The most important thing is that I think I can make at least two of these on my own with enough work, but that’s a fifty fifty thing. I am absolutely certain that the system would identify my little forge as a smithy in time if I keep working on it slowly but surely. That same thing goes for the Trading post, though that one I am a bit less show of what that might need compared to a smithy. Hell considering my affinities I might even be able to make an infinite gem generator with enough time and effort. Though that one is the one I am very tempted to just grab because just like the trade post, I have no idea how or what I might need for it. Then there was the font of power, what can I even say about it. Reading it is a bit hard to parse what it is, but from what I can gather with context clues, I think it’s purpose is to keep them from getting at my core, by offering them the king of rewards.

  From what I observed and know [Aether] is something extremely powerful and touching me seems to grant it to others. This font would mitigate the risk of someone killing me trying to get at that power, though I fear that note that they may only draw from it once, since that means some very…..concerning implications. Primarily people getting that high and wanting more, and seeking it from me at my core instead of the font. Though considering it’s a room I might be able to place a few of them and have people be able to grab that power increase from more then one font. There are too many unknowns with this whole mess, and it’s getting extremely concerning. With this all in mind, it is definitly a coin toss of a plan, it could do so much but it’s such an unknown that the risks and rewards are unknown.

  However complex it is, or however much of a gamble it is, I think it is best to just roll with it. So taking a breath, and feeling my resolve I make my two choices.
