  The next moment, he was three meters above ground flying above the windshield. But amidst all the chaos, he was frozen mid-air. He could still see all the shattered shards of glass , and his mind was racing to figure out whats going on, but he couldn't feel anything. And without time to process it, he passed out.

  He woke up disoriented, surrounded by medics who guided him into an ambulance, he couldn't talk, every attempt could only produce a guttural scream - "Naghhhh" . But no one reacted to his cries, he just heard the rhythmic beeping sounds of a machine, growing weaker by the second until it abruptly stopped.

  When he woke again, he felt like he went through a surreal dream, and he panicked uncontrollably as he realized he couldn't open his eyes. After struggling, his vision returned. Everything seemed so bright, really fast he realized that everything seemed massive, and his own body felt unnaturally small, he could swear he remembered that the world was way smaller before. As he gathered his thoughts, his sharp mind pieced it together. The dream he thought was surreal' was actually his reality not too long ago.

  He looked around him and found himself in a barn with three people: a bleeding woman lying on the ground, a man comforting her, and a maid attempting to help. Confused and terrified, Benny screamed. The three people turned to him, they rushed towards him with tears streaming down their faces. The man and woman hugged each other. The maid asked what had happened, and even in his dazed state, Benny could still understand bits of their conversation.

  The truth dawned on him - the bleeding woman had just given birth to a newborn presumed dead, but Benny, now named Lucian, was very much alive.

  With all the new information, all he could do wascry, a fitting reaction for newborn. But that didn't last long, the maid took Lucian hastily, and bid her farewell to the man and woman. She ran so fast, it seemed as if she were the wind itself. While running she whispered with a soothing and soft voice to Lucian "You are a Lumen. Don’t forget that. Your mother and father love you, and you are special". After that she didn't say anything until she laid Lucian down under a tree, and left.

  Lucian lay there for what felt like an etrnity. Hours turned to days, and days to weeks. He feared he would die once again, alone. After three weeks, while sleeping he felt like he was lifted from the ground, he saw a beatiful nun smiling. She carried him to a nearby orphanage. There he finally saw other children and he received care for the first time in his life, unlike before, when people walked past him and didn't even bother to look. Benny - now Lucian - thought he might finally have a chance to live the life he'd always wished for.
