Invasion

  As Alina awakes she could only hear sirens in the distend , she was still sleepy and first did not think much of it but the moment an explosion shook the area she was wide awake.

  As she glanced out of the window she cold only be terrified of the things she saw , giant ships floating in the sky , transport ships falling down from the sky , the administrative area of the town erased from existence , on its place flames and ruins and in the distance she could see figures leave one of the drop-ships , even if she could not clearly see whats happening , she could see that the figure was towering over the defenders in its deep black armor it cut through them like paper and as an explosive hit it stopped for a second till it blasted the Head from the attacker away . The fight had not reached the slave sector jet but if she looked at the fight she know that they will have at best a few hours , if they reach this place will most likely not be defended by the guerrilla fighter so they have to find a protection shelter before that happens .

  At that moment Anja came running in her room , she could see the fear in her face as she reached after her mother “mum I'm scared , didn’t you say papa had to go to protect us ,where is papa !?” Anja said. Alina had no hope in that regard because what Anja didn't know was that her father was mobilized for the army but thanks to Anjas age he was free to stay for the defense on the planet ,but decided to go to the real front and told her that he will help protect Anja more if he fight there , which was a good excuse to let them both alone at home and promote himself to a low class citizen . But now wasn't the time to think about this she had to save her daughter by herself and started to take stuff for there evacuation .

  Same Time , Same Town , Soldier Jon

  Jon was a normal garrisons Soldier he had been trained in suppressing from uprising, he had been trained to fight citizen , but nothing had prepared him for the situation he was in right now and who can be surprised about that he was in the middle of an Invasion , of the planet he was born on . Even if its really unlikely on this planet because of the absence of resources and only the possibility to grow food he stands in an Invasion he only heard about in the news , enemy falling from the sky , flames burning around him like he was in Hell itself and there he was around 40 houses down the street he sew the devil himself followed by his demons , a figure who had no mercy for his kind and he could see how he killed them withe his glowing sword withe no discrimination if it was a man, a woman or even a child they all fell the same to his weapon, one was cut in half , one was pierced through his head and the child he saw playing yesterday on his patrol was crushed under the food of his deep black armor that was drenched in the blue blood if his kind . He saw a soldier from the vanguard who was retreating slowly , because of the child he was holding , being mowed down by the soldiers behind the Devil who where as merciless as the big one in front of them and her he was standing in the way of these Monsters , withe his colleges who he grow up withe and trained withe , holding the line that the citizen behind him could flee and would not end in carnage like down the street in front of him . He looked to his side and could see the fearful face of his comrades . In his mind only was one thing that was , that this was his end . He know there was no way to escape his fate and like that he said to his friends “ lets go down wile fighting for the people behind us for our loved ones and hoping that they will can live another day in peace . “ And like this they started : aiming the MG mounted behind the Sandbags they where sitting behind , checking there equipment the six of them had all been given a rifle ,2 packs of ammunition for it plus some for the machine gun and one grenade for each , it wasn't much but the commander who to one hundred percent retreated after giving them the command to hold the position to the death did not seam to think they will make much of a difference in the rear guard . They planed for a surprise attack and positioned them self in the houses beside the street.

  As the enemy forces moved in to the trap the MG started firing at the enemy's while 3 of us throw the gradates in between of the enemy's and killed a few withe this . No one was surprised that the Devil himself hat nothing more than a few scratches , but it also means if we get a good hit we may stop him for a few minutes and withe this they wold save at least a few hundred lives ,the plan was clear we would set on the destruction of the Devil .

  After a few seconds of shooting the enemy infantry was in cover and our part came into play. We started shooting the the enemy in surprise out of the windows and even got 7 or so but than the dark figure brought up his weapon and the first target was our friend controlling the MG and withe the first shot from his weapon he was no more than blood on the wall behind him and his body fell down from his position or at least the lower part of his body . The next to go down were my friends to the left who throw the grenades at the beginning , they tried to take cover but the shots did go staid trough the wall and made 3 new rooms withe blue wall paint . Now only the two of us are left . My Comrade left to throw his gradate before he joined my friends because of a shot that ripped his body apart and made him a blue paint bomb which i got on to my whole body, but his grenade still exploded and gave me a way to charge at the Devil to throw the last gradate directly at him before a shot in my chest catapulted me back in to the building , as i saw the dust settle down , i could only see the black armor still standing but his left hand was destroyed ,still better than me because i had a giant hole in my chest . In my head i could only laugh “sorry guys i could not stop this monster” and withe this Jon looked the Devil who was now standing only a meter before him in the eyes and tried to bring up his weapon what he did manage although just for one shot that bounced of the enemy's armor . If he could he would laugh right about now but thanks to the hole the figure could only see him cough withe a smile and than everything went dark .
