Chapter 12 – Are You Busy?

Kai was soaked, shivering in Iris’s palm as he tried to wipe the sticky juices off his face with his hands.

Iris loomed over him, cheeks still red and eyes wide, holding him like he was an injured bird.

“And how was I supposed to do it, huh?” she shot back, her tone mixing defense and annoyance as she raised an eyebrow. “They watch me all the time! Do you think I can just pull you out in the middle of the hallway and say ‘oh, look, I found a mage in my vagina’?”

Iris made an exaggerated gesture with her free hand, like she was mimicking a ridiculous introduction, but then stopped, frowning as a thought hit her.

‘Wait a second… this idiot snuck into my room without permission,’ she thought, narrowing her eyes as she gred at him with suspicion.

Before she could accuse him, another doubt crashed over her like a bucket of cold water.

She remembered the exam, the grayish answers only she could see, and her parents’ over-the-top reaction.

‘What if he had something to do with that?’ she wondered, biting her lower lip as her gaze drifted from Kai to nothing, lost in thought.

  It didn’t make sense.

How could shoving a tiny guy into her vagina help her pass an exam?

But he was a mage, right?

  Maybe…

‘Did he get in there to help me in some weird way?’ Iris thought, a bit confused.

Kai, oblivious to her musings, kept grumbling.

“I didn’t ‘get’ anywhere, you moron!” he said, cutting through her thoughts as he kicked the air in frustration. “I showed up in your room by accident, and you stuffed me into your panties and then inside you without giving me a chance to do anything.”

Kai crossed his arms, his drenched clothes clinging to him, and shot her an irritated look.

Iris blinked, her mouth parting slightly as she processed his words.

‘Accident? Really?’ she thought, doubting every sylble he spat out.

Part of her wanted to believe him, but another part screamed he had hidden motives.

Iris let out a long, almost theatrical sigh and decided to let it slide for now.

She remembered her parents’ words—“perfect score,” “standout student”—and a spark of something like joy warmed her chest.

“Fine, I’ll believe you for now,” Iris said, her tone aiming for firm but coming out softer than she’d meant. “What’s your name, mage?”

Kai arched an eyebrow, thrown by her shift in mood.

“Kai,” he replied, with a short grunt as he scratched his neck, leaving a wet streak on his skin.

Iris nodded, like she was sizing him up, then tilted her head.

“Well, Kai, since you’re here… what’d you like to eat?” she asked, blending curiosity and resignation.

He blinked, caught off guard by the offer, and blurted the first thing that popped into his head:

  “A burger with fries.”

Iris frowned, tilting her head further like she’d misheard.

“A what?” she said, her tone puzzled as her brows knitted together. Kai opened his mouth to expin, then realized:

‘Shit, I’m in a medieval world. That doesn’t exist here.’

Kai sighed, dragging a hand down his face in exasperation.

“Forget it. Something simple… bread and meat, I guess,” he muttered, his tone resigned as he stared at the floor.

Iris nodded slowly, still eyeing him with curiosity.

“Okay, I’ll get you food, but then you’re on your own, got it?” she said, her voice turning authoritative as she tried to take charge.

Kai let out a dry chuckle, shaking his head.

“Leave? Hell yeah, I’m getting out of this damn pce,” he shot back, sarcasm dripping from every word.

But then Iris gnced down, noticing his clothes again: a tight shirt and weird pants, soaked and sticky with her fluids.

It was the first time she’d seen anything like it—no noble tunics or embroidery, just pin, odd fabric.

‘Where’d this guy come from?’ she thought, frowning. Kai, catching her stare, wrinkled his nose.

“I need a bath. I reek of you all over,” he said, sniffing a sleeve.

Iris blinked, her cheeks flushing red again.

“I can help a little, but I don’t have new clothes for you,” she said, her tone rushed as she pointed to the half-full tub of clean water.

Kai sighed, fumbling off his tiny shoes with an awkward tug and dropping them onto her palm.

“No choice, I guess. I’ll bathe in this crap,” he grumbled, trudging to the edge of her hand.

Iris carried him to the tub and lowered him carefully, but his size betrayed him: he spshed in clumsily, sinking into the water like it was a giant pool.

“Shit!” Kai yelped, filing his arms as he tried to swim to the surface.

The water was warm and clear, but to him, it was an ocean.

Iris watched, leaning over the tub’s edge with bright, curious eyes.

He swam in circles, scrubbing his clothes with his hands to get rid of the stickiness, then looked up at her, frowning.

“What? Aren’t you getting me food or what?” he asked, his tone annoyed as he spat out a bit of water.

Iris tilted her head, a crooked smile tugging at her lips.

“I want to make sure no one sees you. You’ve got to stay with me,” she said, her voice sounding more serious than she’d intended.

Kai stopped swimming, floating with a look of disbelief.

“What? You’re shoving me back inside you again?” he asked, his voice pitching up as he pointed an accusing finger at her groin.

Iris turned tomato-red, fpping her hands in front of her.

“No, no! That was an emergency!” she excimed, her voice shaky with embarrassment. “But if you can’t use magic to leave or hide, I’ll carry you with me so no one finds you here.”

Kai frowned, swimming to the tub’s edge.

“What a weird offer,” he said, grabbing the rim with his hands.

‘This chick’s nuts, but I don’t have many options,’ he thought, still scrubbing his clothes.

Iris leaned closer, lifting him out with careful fingers and wrapping him in a soft towel corner.

The fabric wiped off the stickiness, though his clothes stayed damp and wrinkled.

“Ready for me to order food?” she asked, her tone trying for casual as she dried him.

  Kai nodded, grimacing.

“Yeah, I guess,” he muttered, crossing his arms as he dripped a little in her palm.

She held him gently, but before he could gripe, Iris lifted her dress with her free hand, stretching her panties’ waistband with a quick tug.

“Wait, wait!” Kai yelped, waving his hands as his eyes bulged. “Are you seriously sticking me in there again?”

Iris blinked, pausing with the estic half-pulled.

“No, no! I’m just putting you here while I get the food,” she expined, her tone hurried as she pointed to the space between the fabric and her skin. “You’ll eat outside, rex.”

  Kai frowned, skeptical.

“Why not let me walk or hide?” he asked, with a low growl.

  She sighed, exasperated.

“I know we’re alone now, but any second…”

Before she finished, a creak echoed through the room.

The door flew open, and firm footsteps approached the bathroom.

Iris reacted on instinct, shoving Kai into her panties with a swift move and dropping her dress just in time.

Her heart pounded in her throat as she turned her head, and there she was: Lirien, her second sister.

The older princess strode in with regal poise, her bck hair cascading in perfect waves over a deep red dress that screamed authority.

Her green eyes locked onto Iris, narrowing with a mix of suspicion and disdain, as a cold smile curved her lips.

“Well, little sister,” she said, her icy tone slicing the air, “you look busy.”
