The outline of the story will be simir to the original Novel's extra. But im gonna change the history, pacing, power system, and some setting, add some new power system, characters etc.

  Start: In this world it starts of the same as original story but the difference is when hajin finds that many thing differs from his original novel.

  Power system : There are people such as

  Martial artist (eastern origin).

  Knights (western origin)

  Mage (western origin)

  Spirit mage (there are both in east and west)

  How the rank system works.

  F rank (Note: they are usually rookies who started not long ago. This is entirely made for rookies. Some newbie with enough talent might be as strong as a low level D rank. But they are still newbie which is why they are ranked F. If they want to be D they have to pass a test)

  D rank (Note: they are no longer rookies atleast. But they ck experience and strength for real battle)

  C rank (Note: they are those with enough experience and strenth for real combat)

  B rank (Note: there are the experienced veterans who are able to do raids and lead party)

  A rank (Note: they are the elites. With many experience and really strong)

  S rank (Note: they are national powerhouse the strongest)

  Avobe S rank (Note: they are extremely strong and wayyy rare. They are normally on international affairs)

  How martial artists rank works.

  3rd rate = F-D css. (Note: mostly F rank. But if they are D rank then they mostly are low level D css)

  2nd rate= D-C css (Note: they are at average high level D css to intermediate level C css. And sometimes Mid to High level C css)

  1st rate = B css (Note: ranges from low level to high level B css. Needs atleast 20 years woth of mana, qi.)

  [Special note: qi and mana are bacically the same thing. But are called mana in west and qi in east. But in modern days they motly called mana]

  Peak to Supreme peak = A rank (Note: they are really strong. And master at martial art)

  Transcendental = S rank (Note: they are humans who have broken the limits of normal humans in martial art)

  Evolutionary,mystic, life and death realm = Above S rank (Note: they are above S rank. Evolutionary in itself is really rare and only a few handfull of people are in mystic realm. Only the current sword saint and some other people others are at life and death realm. Even he is at low level of it. )

  [Special note about martial artist in modern world: about 400 years ago in a great war many martial artist died and traitors imerged which resulted in the power of martial world diminishing. And many ancient martial art, martial techniques, cultivation techniques being lost]

  How kights rank system works

  Knights and martial artists are essentially simir in essence. But differences is knights focus more on their physical capability and skill which they use mana to support. Where martial artist focus more on their qi, qi flow, and efficient qi based attacks. But they are really simir. Both knights and martial artist use a dantian where they story qi or mana. Qi and mana are the same things. The west calls it mana core. And the east call it dantian.

  Begginer knight = F-D rank (Note: they are begginer trainee are simir to 3rd rate martial artist )

  Kights = D-C rank (Note: they are people who have been well trained and has some experince. Comparable to a 2nd rate martial artist)

  Expert knight = B rank (Note: They are expert with experince. They are comparable to 1st rate martial artist)

  Aura expert = A rank (Note: masters. They are comparable to peak to supreme peak martial artist)

  Swordmaster = S rank (Note they are master at their field since a knight may use weapon other than sword. Comparable to a trancended martial artist. Some may be avobe S rank and at low level evolutionary realm. Rares than normal swordmaster)

  Grandmaster = Above S rank (Note: they are atleast mid to high evolutionary to life and death realm level. The current sword saint is an Grandmaster to be exact)

  [Speacial note for knight: they are not bound to only use sword. They might use different weapon such as bow,battle axe, battle hammer, spear and such. There were three types of knights ones who had a family they served, the vagrant knights searching for a master to serve, or knights who had their own family of knights. They usually served duke and royal families . But nowadays they are just considered the close combatants of the west]

  How mage rank system works

  Mages use their heart as a medium where they make a circle of mana that have strange ancient inscription which helps in the formation of the magic circle. They make these to mostly control magic since unlike martial artist and knights. Mages use magic which is almost unnatural. They also use mana core to store mana. Mages have a kind of kink for knowledge. And some mages are crazy about knowledge since it helps in faster circle,magic devolpment. And they may even create their own unique magic.

  1st circle = F rank (Note: They are begginer mages)

  2nd circle = F-D rank (Note: they are still rookie but have some experince and knowledge. They are mostly high level F rank. But those with talent minght be a low level D rank)

  3rd circle = D-C rank (Note: they are now full fledged mage. To be exact not a rookie anymore. They are mostly ranged mid level D to high level D rank. Those with more creativity, talent and versitility are most intermediate C rank.)

  4th circle = C rank (Note: they range from intermediate to high level C rank. They are ready for real life combat.)

  5th circle = B rank (Note: they are veteran at magic can as well be party leaders.)

  6th circle = A rank (Note: They are the elites of mages.)

  7th circle = S rank (Note: they are the highest level mages who are called Archmages. They are rare and need a lot of talent and knowledge to achieve)

  8th and 9th circle = beyond S rank (Note: they breaks the normal limit of a mage. There are only a handful of people in 8th circle and barely any in 9th circle)

  Now let's go down to st spirit mages

  First of all to understand how they work. There are two types of siprits. They are elemental spirit and yokai spirit.

  Elemental spirit: they are spirit of nature that are born from the world tree in itself

  Yokai spirit: they are spirit who are born from strong emotion. Such as resentment, anger, sorrow, or sometime even from love or affection. They are usually stronger than elemental spirit but more votile.

  To make contract with elemental spirit one has to give mana and needs spirit affinity to form a contract. And contact with yokai are harder. Either one gives a meaningful thing that the yokai might want and the yokai will give its strenth. Like a deal. Or one can dominate a yokai to control it, but it is incredibly hard. Those who controlled yokai were used to be called shaman. But nowadays both are called spirit mage.

  Spirit ranks

  Low rank spirit (Note: they are weak and can only do basic things which concerns their element. Yokai is stronger by 1.5 times than normal element spirit In every rank but harder to control and make contract with)

  Intermediate rank spirit (Note: they are strong spirit capable of battle. And they are able to take down weak monsters. As i said yokai are always stronger by 1.5 times stronger than their counterpart elemental spirit in the same rank. But they are always more votile and harder to control the higher the rank. Since they are stronger the stronger their emotion is)

  Mid rank spirit (Note: they are capable of defeating strong monsters.)

  High rank spirit (Note: they are the strongest of strongest spirits and take a lot to make contract. Capable of defeating really strong monsters alone)

  Spirit kings (Note: there are only one spirit king for each element. Yokai have no particur king but there are yokai strong enough to contend spirit kings)

  Finally spirit mage ranks

  1-2 low rank spirit = F rank (Note: depending on what kind of spirit. Element or yokai it is strenth differs. They are still rookie)

  Atleast 5 low ranked spirit with enough versitility = D rank (Note: 5 for elemental spirit and atleast 3 for yokai)

  One or two intermediate rank spirit = C rank (Note: they are able to go in a battle and have better control over spirit)

  Atleast 1 mid rank spirit = B rank (Note: they are veteran at handling spirits)

  Atleast 1 high rank spirit = A rank (Note: they are elites of spirit mages)

  Multiple high and mid rank spirits = S rank (Note: they are the most strongest a normal spirit mage can become. They are stronger than normal S rank because of their versitility )

  Spirit king contacted spirit mage = Avobe S rank (Note: they are onea who have contracted with a spirit king or an yokai on the rabk of spirit king. A contact with a spirit king grants control over all spirit of the corresponding element of the said spirit king. And a contact with a yokai on level of spirit king grants control over all the lesser yokai under that yokai)

  [Special not on spirits: elemental spirit kings live for atleast 10000 years and pass their power to another spirit of same element before dying. An yokai on level of spirit king actually governs a whole kingdom of yokai in their own territory. They have rge territory all over the east. Spirit kings have trials that a human must pass to contract them. And yokai do not have a fixed way since they are tottaly unpredictable]

  Now i will introduce GM(Gate Mangement) Association this appears 5 years after the gate crisis and stabalizes the world. Which takes two years. Gates first appears at 1970. They are an international organisation respected by everyone.

  I will add some chracters in the story ter on but the most important of them will be a boy with silver hair and eyes named jeung. He will be a mysterious figure for a good amount of the early part of my novel. And im thinking of adding some more things as i progress the story.
