A buzzing sound nearby, Sebastian looked around, everyone was still asleep. The sound was coming from his wristband. He quietly awakened Enid and Rob, motioning at his wristband and pointing at the room next door.

  He took out the transmitter from his bag before they sneaked outside; he glanced at Shanna before closing the door. They sat on a worn out couch and he opened the comm.

  "Kid!" Sannekth looked enthusiastic "We uncovered lots of information."

  "This space station was built by Nadia Corp," said Laenoth.

  "Nadia?" Rob looking at Sebastian "isn't that our ship name?"

  "Who's this Nadia?" he asked.

  "An organization contributed in advancing earth technologies," explained Laenoth "They were also pioneering the colonization of outer space."

  "This Nadia, are they alien?" Enid wondered “They kind of matc with those star people..”

  "They are human," Sannekth crossed his arms.

  "Uh.. so then.. who’s the star people?"

  "We haven't found any data mentioning this star people, there's stories of being from the skies, but it's just some deities, unrelated to star people,"

  "Also there's no such race matches your friend's statue in our archives.." Ammaurith added.

  "Although.. my guess is this Nadia corp was the inspiration behind this star people story," said Laenoth.

  The logs continued, but the woman was now holding a baby.

  "August 18, year 3175. With the success of- we will begin introducing the procedure to the masses- this will steer humanity for a better, peaceful-"

  A little girl tugged her sleeve "Oh! what's wrong Lily?" She hugged her.

  "Jan- 5, year 31-. An unforeseen circumstance- even my girl-" she looked depressed.

  "April 22, year 3186. We were still unable to find the caused of the sudden mutation.. i-"

  The logs stopped. Laenoth tried to fixed it, but it still not working. A loud banging noise surprised them.

  "Soth! careful with that!" she yelled.

  "February 22, year 3192. The united earth goverment was able to stop - people began rallying-"

  They heard Gersoth replied "See! It works now, you're welcome."

  "November 29, year 3193. We are saving as many-"

  The logs changed again. She now wore a spacesuit and looked terrified.

  "December 24, year 3193. We- we- are leaving earth, we couldn't saved all of them, but.. at least my girl is-"

  The woman was now replaced by a really pale women with shiny white hair and red eyes.

  "May 29, year 3229. "Nadia"- "

  "She looks like Shanna!" Rob shouted.

  Enid pinched his arm "You'll wake her.."

  "March 5, year 3232.-"

  "Wait, are they related to Shanna?"

  Laenoth paused the logs "That human was the first successful subject of this experiment conducted by Nadia corp."

  "According to the database, they were modifying human," said Mafith.

  "Modifying human?" Sebastian bewildered "why they did that?"

  "Their goals was to create a peaceful world by lessening the harmful trait on human," explained Laenoth "and preparing for space exploration."

  "The woman before mentioned about a mutation?" Enid asked.

  "As they matured, they lose their pigments and theirs eyes turned red."

  "Also, their offspring will always shared their mutations," added Mafith.

  "I see.."

  Laenoth rewinds the logs.

  "May 29, year 3229. "Nadia" is almost at final phase, hopefully-"

  "March 5, year 3232. The first batch of- to the artificial womb-"

  "December 4, year 3232. Thousands of 2nd gen- safely born, they-"

  "June - year 3236. "Today we mourned the lost of our chief sci-, without him this project-"

  The woman was really old now. A young man was helping her sat on the chair to face the monitor.

  "August 17, year 3250. Thank you dear.. now go back to your class- so far there are no mutation- it seemed they were reluctant to go- but - they- yiiiiiiii-"

  The scene became distorted. Another banging noise and the screen returned normal. The silver haired woman was now lied in the bed and hooked to a life support machine.

  "January 1, year 3261." her voice was shaking "A brand new year.. few hours ago.. they finally.. left to their new.. home.. - mankind future.. is.. in good hands-" her voice getting weaker and weaker "It's.. so.. quiet here.. - i.. - but.. why- it's warm.." she stared at something "Everyone..? mother is that- Lily.. miss you-"

  The logs stopped.

  "That’s the last one," said Mafith.

  "This 2nd generation.." asked Enid "are they- us?"

  Laenoth nodded.

  "What about the underground people? there's no mention of them," Rob asked "Shanna said they were lizard people."

  Sannekth rubbed his chin "Maybe in other data, we still haven't chec-"

  "Who are you talking to?" asked someone.

  Startled, Sebastian turned his head and saw Shanna stood at the door; he swiftly lowered the volume.

  "Uh.. we were just- discussing the plan for tomorrow," he smiled nervously.

  "But.. i hear someone talking?" she looked around "It's like hissing-"

  "It's Rob! he's imitating our leader uh- back home!" blurted Enid "Our leader has a lung problem, that's why he sounded like that."

  "Uh? what?" Rob looking at her confused.

  Enid pinched his back.

  "Ah! yes!" he started hissing, blurting random words.

  Sebastian faintly heard Sannekth, Gersoth and Mafith laughing over the comm.

  Shanna was perplexed "I thought- all of you were gone, so i-"

  "Sorry.. we just didn't want to wake you up.." Sebastian gave a quick nod to Enid.

  She grabbed Shanna’s hand and they went back inside the room.

  After they left, they resumed their conversation with Sannekth, however he told them to get some rest and added they will be returning to earth as soon as they finished gathering all the data before turning off the transmission.

  They went back to the bedroom. He saw Enid and Shanna had already went back to sleep. Rob said good night and quickly snored. Sebastian lied beside the door and wondering about the logs.
