Chapter 170: Polygamy Law (v1.1)

  **6C POLYGAMY LAW - VERSION 1.1 (Consolidated with Legal Augmentation Package v1.1)**

  **SECTION A: GENERAL FRAMEWORK & DEFINITIONS**

  A.1. **Legal Definitions:**

  - **REI (Retional Equity Index):** A quarterly score (0.0 to 1.0) reflecting power distribution within a Femme Group. Groups below 0.65 for two consecutive quarters are fgged as Fragile Entities.

  - **EIS (Emotional Influence Scoring):** An algorithm measuring internal dominance via behavioral metrics (e.g., speech interruption, resource gating, affective alignment).

  - **Fragile Entity:** A Femme Group underperforming REI standards requiring internal restructuring.

  - **CLI (Caregiving Log Index):** Monthly data submission documenting care standards (education, health, emotional, housing) filed with the state.

  **SECTION B: POLYGAMOUS MARRIAGE CORE REGULATIONS**

  B.1. A male U.S. citizen may legally register **up to four wives**.

  B.2. Registered wives may not be sisters.

  B.3. A woman may not register or have sexual retions with more than one man in any 6-month period (Polyandry Ban).

  B.4. Upon initiating a divorce, a husband’s wife quota reduces by one for a period of three years.

  B.5. Child custody defaults to the husband unless the wife is a member of a registered Femme Group (see Section C).

  B.6. A divorced wife may remarry only after 6 months.

  B.7. A man may register **up to two Concubines** only if his wife quota is fully utilized.

  **SECTION C: FEMME GROUP PROVISIONS**

  C.1. Women may have unlimited female sexual partners.

  C.2. Mutual cohabitation between female partners is permitted.

  C.3. A wife may have unlimited female partners, with husband notification but without requiring consent.

  C.4. Femme Groups consist of two or more women aged 18+, formally registered.

  C.5. **75% of Femme Group members must be wives or concubines legally registered to a husband.**

  C.6. Wives in the same Femme Group may be registered to the same husband.

  C.7. Wives may pre-arrange marriages to a husband without his prior knowledge.

  C.8. Wives must reside with their husband for at least two full days per week.

  C.9. **Custody is transferred to the Femme Group** when the wife is a member. Post-divorce, custody returns to the husband after one year unless the wife remarries within that period.

  C.10. Registered Femme Groups may own assets and incur liabilities.

  C.11. Decisions in Femme Groups are voided if dominance is detected using REI or EIS indicators.

  C.12. A husband may withdraw a wife from a Femme Group if she does not meet residency or sexual obligations.

  **SECTION D: CONCUBINE CLAUSE**

  D.1. Up to two concubines may be registered by a man who has four wives.

  D.2. Any U.S. female citizen may voluntarily become a concubine.

  D.3. Concubines cannot vote, hold public office, own assets, or hold bank accounts.

  D.4. Concubines are treated equally to wives for child custody.

  D.5. Concubines are **not required to cohabit** with their registered man.

  D.6. Coerced concubinage is void.

  D.7. A concubine may terminate her registration by court-mediated financial settlement.

  **SECTION E: NEW LEGAL PROVISIONS (v1.1)**

  E.1. **Femme Restructuring Cuse (FRC):**

  - Triggered when a Femme Group’s REI score remains below 0.65 for two consecutive quarters.

  - Panel composition:

  - One legal arbitrator appointed by the state.

  - One peer-assessor from the top REI-scoring Femme Group in the same state.

  - Panel issues a restructuring mandate without external (male) oversight.

  E.2. **Proof of Caregiving Amendment (PCA):**

  - Monthly CLI submissions required from all Femme Groups with minor dependents.

  - Records stored and secured by the state.

  - Fathers may access CLI records concerning their children upon request.

  E.3. **Concubine Exit Path Crification:**

  - No Emotional Adjustment Buffer.

  - Exit process must include:

  - Femme Group consultation.

  - Court-determined financial resolution.
